Bella has a brother though no one knew about him; only because he had been in the hospital because of his asthma
(it's really bad and he needs to have an air tank with him constantly).
Bella doesn't like talking about him and brining him up what so ever. So what happens when he comes to forks Washington to be with his dad and sister that doesn't like him.
