Sammy was humming a small tune. Rene had to change his tanks to a new one. Luckily they have prepared for this type of thing.

Packing an extra pair.

They arrived shortly to a food place, it wasn't to bad of a crowed place. An the food options weren't too bad as well.

"Sammy I need to talk to you about something okay?" Rene spike up. Trying to say this as gentle as she could

"Of course mommy!" Sammy said while taking a big bite of his burger.

"Sammy you know how I said that we were having a sleepover at the Cullens house?" She got a nod from her son and a yeah.

"Well it's more of a permanent thing. For you." She said gently and watching his reaction.

"So we're staying forever?! Oh I'm so glad I really like them and now we can play more games and- and we can make flower crowns oh and Izzy would be so happy. Thank you so much mommy!" Sammy exclaimed.

Clearly not understanding that it was going to be just him that's staying. And sadly it's going to be her that has to tell him.

"Baby I'm not staying here with you. It's going to be you and Izzy baby. I have to go back." Sammy was quiet.

'No mommy?' He was confused 'why no mommy?'

"Why no mommy? It's not going to be the same!" Sammy exclaimed trying to understand but failing to.

"Baby they want to get to know Bella's brother, and your dad hasn't seen you in a long time! So they offered to let you stay in there house and since Carlisle is a doctor he can help if you get sick again." Rene said knowing that Sammy doesn't know much about the sickness that he has.

"Will mommy come visit Sammy and Izzy?" Sammy asked.

An since Rene knows that this might be the only thing for him to agree to staying here. She immediately agreed though of course she was going to.

"Of course baby. I will visit you when I get the time and we can then all go out and eat or do stuff with each other!"

Sammy was happy and went and hugged his mom close

"I love mommy!" Sammy exclaimed.

"And I love my Sammy!" Rene said back.

All too soon Rene has to leave and go back to her home. She gave Carlisle everything that he needed medically like medication and things that he likes and dislikes.

"I'll call as soon as I land okay?" She said to Sammy and waves.

She admits it's hard leaving a kid like that. An to not worry, though she has a feeling that everything will be fine.

Sammy waves and you can see the tears in his eyes that are threatening to fall down. An as soon as she's out of the driveway, he cries and cries and is hugging the closest person. Who happens to be Jasper close. Squeezing his shirt in his tiny hands, all the while saying that he wants cuddle time.

Hours have passed and Sammy was now on the couch cuddled up to Jasper and watching a kids a cartoon.

It was quite funny how as soon as the T.V turned on and he saw what was on. He almost immediately stopped crying and started to watch the show. Emmet only turned on the T.V because he wanted to play a game. But as soon as Sammy stopped crying, he kindly left it on.

Alice cane flying into the room to tell them how to help Sammy. To turn in the tv, to a kiddy show.

Say if he starts crying or gets aggravated, a cartoon will immediately stop him. Calm him down and or distract him. At least that's what it says in one of many Rene's notes.

Though not hearing crying...

"Oh your all good?"Alice said noticing that the room is no longer filled with cries of the boy.

"Yeah just happened to turn the T.V on to a cartoon." Emmet said.

"Yeah it might not be so bad." Carlisle said looking at the two mates on the couch Sammy giggling at the characters. While showing Jasper them even though he's already watching it.

"Yeah might not be easy but you have to admit the kid changed us all." Alice said smiling happily.

"He sure did."
