User Terms of Service

1. Both parties to this service agreement are the users of East Tale website and East Tale, and this service agreement has contractual effect.

The content of this service agreement includes the text of the agreement and all kinds of rules that East Tale have published or may publish in the future. All rules are an integral part of the agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the agreement.

While using the services provided by East Tale Novel, users promise to accept and abide by the relevant rules and regulations. If there are any changes to this agreement, East Tale will publish an announcement on the website to notify users. If the user does not agree to the relevant changes, he must stop using the "service". The revised agreement will automatically take effect immediately after East Tale Novel is announced. Second, users and user registration

3. User rights and obligations:

Users have the right to have their own username and password in East Tale, and have the right to use their username and password to log in to East Tale platform at any time. Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to use their own East Tale Novel username in any form without authorization;

Users have the right to use the search platform on East Tale to query book information, author information, complete tasks to obtain book coins, evaluate the content of books, and participate in East Tale in accordance with the provisions of this service agreement and the relevant rules published on East Tale Related activities and the right to enjoy other related information services provided by East Tale Novel;

Four. Rights and Obligations of Enjoying Novels:

East Tale is obliged to maintain the normal operation of the entire online platform based on the existing technology, and strive to improve and improve the technology so that users’ online activities can proceed smoothly; for users who have encountered problems in registering and using the East Tale Novel on the platform East Tale should respond in time to the questions and reflections related to reading or registration;

For user misbehavior on the East Tale Novel platform or any other situation where East Tale Novel believes that the service should be terminated, East Tale Novel has the right to delete relevant information and terminate service provision at any time, without the user’s request. Agree;

V. Interruption and termination of services:

The user agrees that if East Tale Novel does not charge the user a service fee (that is, annual fee, management fee), East Tale Novel may decide at its sole discretion for any reason (including but not limited to East Tale Novel’s belief that the user has violated The literal meaning and spirit of this agreement, or acting in a way that does not conform to the literal meaning and spirit of this agreement, or the user has not logged into the website with the user’s account and password for more than 90 days, etc.) Terminate the user’s "service" password , Account (or any part of it) or user's use of the "service", and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by the user during the use of the "service". After the account is terminated, East Tale Novel has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user, or forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or a third party. In addition, the user agrees that East Tale Novel will not be liable to the user or any third party for terminating the user’s access to the "service";

If a user asks East Tale Novel to cancel the registered user status of East Tale Novel, after East Tale Novel's approval, the registered user is cancelled by East Tale Novel, and the user will terminate the service agreement relationship with East Tale Novel.

Six. Scope of Responsibility:

The user clearly understands and agrees that East Tale Novel shall not be liable for any damages caused by any of the following situations, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, etc. or other intangible losses Compensation (regardless of whether East Tale Novel has been notified of the possibility of such damages):

① Use or fail to use "service;

② Unapproved access by a third party or a third party to change the user's transmitted data or data;

④ When the user conducts account information transactions with a third party, any responsibility is the user's own responsibility.
