For a split second everything was quiet, there were no sounds, no yelling, nothing.

Then it seems all so fast there was this loud crack, and Jasper rushes to get to Sammys side. But in his way was some sort of translucent shield that he could just see in the sunlight.

The others were thrown to the side by the sheilds that was around him. Jaspers a foot away when he shouts to Sammy hoping that he would get some sort of reaction from him.

"Sammy!" Jasper try's to get through to grab him. He needs help him. If he doesn't get it soon he might die.

As Jasper reaches him, he gently touches him then picks him up as he holds him safely. He runs to the nearest hospital hoping that they could help him; and that it wasn't too late.

Jasper holds tightly to his flower crown. Hoping that it won't be the last time to sees his one on his mates head.

All that he could hear was a beeping sound. It wasn't even one that you hear in a piano when you play they same note over and over it wasn't fun.

But Sammy does know where he's heard of the beeping from. The place where he goes to when he gets sick.

But why's he here?

He didn't get sick did he?

He can't remember his head hurts,

his head hurts, almost everything hurts. But what hurts the most is his hand and he doesn't know why.

He try's to open his eyes but the darn light is in his way. After a few more attempts he finally has them open. He looks around the room to see the familiar whiteness of the room.

'They need more color if they want more friends over.'

He looks to the door when he hears the click of the door opening. Jasper walks in with a rather grim look on his face as he carefully walks in. He looks up only to see that Sammy was awake

"Flower!" Jasper said

with a bright smile on his face, happy that he woke up. Sammy smiles back at seeing Jasper, he has his arms up like a child wanting to be picked up.

Jasper knowing this but needing to be careful and relax. He walks over and and gently hugs him.

Sammy pouts at Jasper wanting to be picked up.

"I can't flower you need to rest. After all you were out for a couple of days I'll go get Carlisle."

Sammy made a whining sound as he got denied. But happy when he came back a second later and with Carlisle just like he said.

"Hello Sammy I'm happy to see that your alright. You've been out for a couple of days. But that was mostly only due to stress and how much air that you were lacking. I'm just going to a check up okay?"

Sammy nodded.

"Okay mister Carlisle!" Sammy said.

His voice sounding scratchy from not being used in some time. Jasper and Carlisle smiles at the boy, glad to hear his voice and to know that he's okay. Carlisle was doing his regular check up when he sees something on Sammys hand that was never there before.

A symbol that he's never seen in real life but only books.

"Is something wrong Carlisle?" Jasper asks.

"No I-no everything's fine." Carlisle said with a smile looking back up.

He gets up giving Sammy a smile, same with Jasper. Only motions him to outside they need to have a talk.

Jasper looked at Sammy who was watching T.V. he didn't even notice that Jasper has left his side.

Carlisle told him what he found on Sammy's hand and Jasper wouldn't say it out loud but he's concerned. Of course they know that he is. As this is something that it involves his mate.

But that doesn't mean that he doesn't like to show it. Though they know that Sammy is changing him, for the better that is.

"You don't know what it is?" Jasper asks.

In a hushed voice so that Sammy doesn't hear. But he's distracted by the characters dancing or whatever they're doing.

"I'm afraid not but from what I can see it's not harming him, and it doesn't seem to bother him. I don't think that he even knows about it. Please Jasper, don't worry about this I'll looked more into it." Carlisle said.

Giving him a comforting smile. Before he left to do some more paper work to discharge Sammy.

After that they were all off to go home, knowing that they have to do a lot of research.

An most likely some explaining to Sammy.

"Buh Bye!" Said Sammy waving to the nurses and doctors as they were leaving then hospital.

They waved back to him with a smile glad to see that the little guy was okay.

"Jazzy! Do you see my flower crown?!" Said Sammy.

Sammy has asked Jasper to get some flowers for today's flower crown, and Jasper was more then happy to help his mate.

"I do Flower they look wonderful darlin'." Jasper said knowing that he would giggle at it, and he did.

Carlisle wrapped up Sammys hand saying that he has a little cut on it. Just so that, hopefully Sammy wouldn't freak out when he saw it.

Or the others for that matter.

"Home!" Yelled Sammy though it was as loud as a kitten 'screaming' for its mother when it can't found her.

The others quickly came to where the sound same from. He was quickly engulfed in lots of hugs. They all carefully gave him a hug, and a little kiss on the cheek from Esme.

Bella and Edward were no where to be found. But right in front of him was a teen age girl the same girl who was a mere child the last time he saw her.

Claiming to be Renesme (Nessie) to other day. And now she's a teenage girl.

"Is this Renesme? The baby-child?" Whispered Sammy to Jasper though everyone can hear him.

Jasper chuckled and nodded his head yes.

Sammy looked at her she looks just like Izzy. Sammy nodded and opened his arms for a hug.

He gets it, now, kinda, maybe, okay maybe not his mind is a little fuzzy.

"Nessie's gotten big!" Sammy said with a smile.

Renesme smiles at her uncle and welcomes the hug glad to see that he's okay. The others have explained it to her that he doesn't know what's going on. They also gave a brief explanation that Bella doesn't like him.

Though they don't know why.

In the middle of their hugging the gauze that was covering his hand had came lose.

Rosalie was the first to see the symbol on his hand. It looked like a repeating set of flowers over and over again.

She looks at Carlisle who noticed that it had fallen after all it wasn't a good wrap. He kept moving and giggling claiming that it tickled.

He sighed and thought that now it would be a good time to look into the the symbol.

He went to his study knowing that Rosalie wouldn't follow. She knows though, to not say anything in the moment. Sammy has really changed all of us.

Carlisle was looking through books when he sees one that he doesn't remember having. The cover shows the exact flower symbol on Sammys hand.
