A couple of minutes have past and Jasper had finally came back up to where Sammy was. Sammy himself was still were he was where jasper had left him. Jasper smiled at seeing his mate coloring and periodically looking to the T.V. While the flowers and plants were doing the same.
Jasper walked over to Sammy and sat down on the ground with him. Sammy looked up as Jasper sat down beside him. Sammy smiles at him and lifted his hands up wanting Jasper to hold him in his arms. Jasper chuckled and picked him up, holding him tightly. Thinking back to what the man said.
"You know you should be more careful now, after all you and the others don't know the full power of The Flower Of Life!"
That scared Jasper more then anything, how does he know about the 'Flower Of Life'?
What does he mean that others will be after him now?
Jasper leaned his head on top of Sammy's. While running his hand on Sammy's head smoothing out his hair. Sammy hummed, and leaned into Jasper's sweet touches. Looking up at him with a smile.
Sammy can't know what's going on who knows how he'll react to it. An Jasper can't bare to see his mate be worried about this.
Jasper kept thinking about what to do. His mind was running with thoughts and Sammy sees this. He looks at Jasper and sees that he seems to be deep in thought. Sammy raised his hands to stroke Jasper's hair. Jasper snapped out of his thoughts and looked down to see that it was Sammy.
He leaned into his mates touch, and smiled down at him. Immediately all his thoughts had vanished. He's glad that he has a mate like Sammy.
Sammy smiled looking at Jasper as he showed him the pictures that he and his friends had made. Jasper indeed loved them though it was strange how plants have made a picture. Though from what he's already seen them do. It does make sense in some way.

After some more time of being up stairs. They finally came down, neither of them need to eat for some time. Which Jasper is glad for.
Form the corner of his eye Jasper, could see the plants and flowers from the open window following behind Sammy.
Everyone looked at Sammy, though trying to hide it. They were all worried, some more then others though. Jasper took a peak at Bella, only to see like most times. That she was gone with Edward and Renesme.
Carlisle re-took out the book that somehow appeared on his shelf. He must have missed something if there's more to Sammy than they thought. That's all that he can think.
That's all that they all thought.
Sammy sat in the living room with Jasper as the others are in the kitchen. Talking about plans and what's really happening.
Sammy like usual completely oblivious.
Sammy's friends can see that they are struggling. That they aren't seeing the real point.
So they decided to take it into their own leafy hands. They gently moved from the living room area and to the kitchen. Where the other Cullen's were at, as they found the book they flipped through it trying to find the right page. Carlisle and the others in there saw them.
"Hey uh what are you doing?" Carlisle said.
Not knowing what to say or do. He tried to carefully take the book back. But they gently moved his hands away. When they found the page they handed the book back to Carlisle, showing him.
Like they said earlier they can hear and see. They just try not to show that, but in this case when it involves Sammy they'll gladly show it.
Carlisle looked at the page that they were holding up, and gently took it. When they somewhat shoved out to him and read it. Once he was finished he looked back the plants that are no longer there. But went back over by Sammy and Jasper.

Gently putting their leafy, viney, hands on his head or around his arm.
Carlisle looked back down at the page and now fully understand what Sammy really is.

"Jasper can you come here for a minute?" Carlisle asked.
Grabbing Jasper's attention, Jasper looks to his mate and nodded his head and stood up from his chair and walked over to them.
Once he made it to where the others were at. Carlisle handed him the book, Jasper took it and read it.
"Be aware of the symbol for if they get to emotion beside their own. Untold things may happen. And if they get in the wrong hands then disastrous things will happen."
Jasper looked up at Carlisle at stared at him hoping that what it says isn't true.
"What does this mean? What can we do?" Jasper said.
Feeling bad for his flower, hoping that they can do something for him.
"We're not sure yet we're hoping that if he stays here protected. He'll be fine. An in the mean time, we'll figure out more." Carlisle said looking at the others.
He the glanced at Sammy who was now dancing with the flowers. As he turned on the radio.
Jasper glanced behind him as well when he heard the radio turned on.
He saw his mate dancing and twirling around with the flowers, and hopping around.
Jasper smiles at his mate, glad to see him happy. Glad that he didn't seem to over hear anything.
Jasper can only hope that truly keeping him here in the the house would indeed keep him safe.
Safe from whoever wants to take him and use him for their own selfish needs.
Jasper looked back the others.
"Let's just hope that it works out long enough for us us the figure out what's going on. And to find who that man is."
All the Cullens looked at him and nodded their heads. Knowing that it's true. That they can't and won't let anything happen to him. They all looked to Sammy and smiled. Laughing slightly at him, as he's being silly and dancing like crazy.
The dance wasn't good, but that's what made it special, Sammy just having the best day and life that he can have.
After all it's not he's going to die.

8 172The Weather Vane
This is the first few chapter of my new book available on Amazon. The beginning is very light and fun, but more mature content comes later. From medieval fantasy to ultra high-tech to dinosaurs, The Weather Vane is a grippingly fast-paced adventure full of fun and excitement, literary flourish, and colorful characters. A group of ascendant masters find themselves in the afterlife and learn that they are newly recruited into the cosmic battle of good versus evil. Before they can join the fight, shipwreck strikes and they are lost in the ether. Stranded in a magical land beyond the reaches of the universe, The Weather Vane follows our crew of heroes as they try to piece things back together even while The Dark Lord’s forces march, maraud, and murder at every turn. Themes of darkness chase the overall levity of The Weather Vane which suffers not a lull as the climax begins near the beginning of the book and drives on through the greatly satisfying finish. The most epic of epics.
