Kai Hosako, the twin brother of Kaori Hosako, is Japan's first autistic pro wrestler who made waves in New Japan Pro Wrestling and would be considered one of the greatest Japanese wrestlers to ever step foot inside the wrestling ring, proclaimed by Dave Meltzer.
Looking to join his twin sister in NXT, Kai made his surprise debut at Takeover: Brooklyn IV, helping his sister win the NXT Women's Championship against Shayna Baszler, but would reunite with someone who he considered a second sister, Io Shirai.
