"y/n, wake up" I heard a voice whisper following with a finger tapping my shoulder repeatedly.
my eyes fluttered open slowly, getting met with kuroo's concerned face.
"We fell asleep on the floor and your phones been going off for the last 10 minutes"
he explained groggily, lifting me up so I had my back against the door again.
"...what's the time," I asked whilst stretching my arms.
"it's 2 in the morning..." he responded, placing his phone down onto the floor as he ducked down in front of me, his eye puffy and bruised.
"Are you okay?" I asked, brushing a finger over the bruise so it wouldn't hurt as much.
"I'm fine, it doesn't hurt much anymore." he smiled, standing back up before grabbing my phone and sitting himself next to me.
"hiro..." I mumbled, unlocking the phone and dialling his number.
"I'm fine, I had a breakdown and I snapped..."
"I'm at kuroos. I'll stay here for
the rest of the night"
"What? that fucking prick. I'll tell you about it tomorrow. night hiro"
"night hiro"
-----
I placed my phone down, looking over at kuroo with narrowed eyes.
"do you think kenma would be awake?"
"what do you think?" kuroo snickered, standing up and holding a hand out for me to grab.
"we're talking with him" I stated, pulling him out the door and locking it before making our way to his dorm.
kuroo knocked on the door, fiddling with the keys in his pocket before looking down at me.
"imagine he was asleep-"
"Hello?" a woman's voice spoke tiredly, mine and kuroos heads turning to it quickly with a disgusted look shared on our faces.
"I forgot she was a thing..." I muttered to him, looking the girl up and down.

"what do YOU want?" she spoke saltily, crossing her arms with a scowl on her face.
"Who do you think would win in a fight, Naomi or aishi?" kuroo asked, a hand moving to his mouth before pushing past her with me following behind.
"Naomi's like a criminal isn't she? but that's for like sexual assault and stuff so I dont... hmm. that's hard because I hate the both of them, who would be more fun to watch get curb stomped?" we debated, leaving sakura at the door with her jaw swung open as she slammed the door shut. she started chasing after us, trying to make us stop before we swung kenma's door open, closing it behind us.
"no, Naomi looks like she can KILL and sakura would be fun to watch get curb stomped" kuroo nodded, sitting himself on kenmas bed as you slide your body down the door with a snicker.
"Okay okay, who do you think would win in a fight, Ushijima or... bokuto"
"Ushijima straight up, kou's my best bud but he's getting smoked-"
"what the fuck are use doing in here!" kenma's voice cut our conversation short as he stands up, shooting the both of us death glares.
"Oh, hello again. I just wanna know why you went to my house?" I pursed my lips together before standing up, walking closer to him.
"Who told you that?" he asked, his brows furrowing together.
"hiro"
"...that prick" he mumbled, sitting back down on his chair as I stood in front of kuroo with my back faced to him.
the door swung open, revealing sakura with a scowl on her face as both me and kuroo cocked a brow at her.
"Why are use here?! and I would so win in a fight, I know karate!" she spoke, her eyes narrowing in annoyance.

"Everyone knows that karate only works if the other person knows it. and Naomi goes to the gym" kuroo spoke, his hands grabbing my waist softly before bringing me down to his lap.
"That's not true! I'm a black belt!"
"okay? do you want a prize for it? you already have kenma wrapped around your little finger, this conversation doesn't concern you, bye now." kuroo waved as she scoffed, slamming the door shut.
"At least Naomi tried to be nice," I said, glancing at kenma who was already looking at us.
"anyways, why'd you go to my house?"
kenma averted his eyes to the ground, leaning back in his chair.
"because why not?"
"just give me a reason." I rolled my eyes, opening and closing my hands.
"kuroo, get out for a second" he stated, closing his eyes while resting his chin on his hand.
"...alright?" I got up off his lap, placing myself back down on kenmas bed while kuroo walked out the door.
we sat in silence for a bit, kenma sitting in the same position he was before while I laid myself down on the bed, fiddling with the blankets.
"oh my god hurry up and say something!" I groaned, getting irritated by the silence.
"you and kuroo. did he ask you out?" he spoke blankly, not daring to make eye contact with me as I got up.
"no?"
"then why is he all over you like that?"
"Why are you asking me that? I don't control what he does"
"you should, it's your body."
"but did you see me pushing him aw-"
"That's my point. you don't push people away, you wait 'till they leave. that's why you get hurt so much, that's why people like to touch you whenever they please. they like you because your easy." he stated, his eyes averting to mine. I picked at the bandages that covered my cut, pondering to myself.
"and that leads to my second point. you say you're fine when your not. the last time you did that, you almost died and you scared EVERYONE around you. what would've happened if you did die? hmm?"
"you'd probably make a move on aishi."
I shrugged, laying back down on the bed.
"I wouldn't make a move on her, she's not my type and she's arrogant"
"just like you"
"I'm not arrogant all the time!? anyways. I went to your house to see if you were okay but OBVIOUSLY, you were still at kuroo's getting comforted by him." he spoke, standing up from his chair as he pushed his hair back with his hand.
I turned my head over to him, a small smirk playing on my lips as I sighed.
"your jealousy is showing and it's not a look."
"so what if I am jealous? it's not like it changes anything" he scoffed, walking to the edge of the bed, his hands holding up his body weight on the frame.
he looked down at me, his golden cat eyes watching my every move.
I looked up at him, a small smile on my lips.
"don't look at me like that" he rolled his eyes, his chain dangling from his naked chest as he sighs.
