"The bus..is pretty crowded, isn't it?" I awkwardly noted, trying to avoid the boy's intense stare.

He hasn't let go of my wrist yet.

"Yeah. You are right."

Heeseung released my hand, causing me to huff a breath, nervously attempting to look at him.

"It's going to take us a few hours till we arrive at our destination." He added, making me turn to glance at him disbelief.

"Hours?!"

"Why?" He raised an eyebrow, grinning before he slightly messed up my hair, "You don't like being seated next to me?"

"I hate it so much, you can't even imagine." I grinned back, elbowing his side so he would stop ruffling my hair. We have now reached a rather bumpy road as I tightly held onto the armrests.

"By the way." He started narrowing his eyes slightly, also putting his hand on top of the armrest. Which meant our arms were on top of each others, "Is there any progress? Between you and Jungwon—"

My eyes widened immediately as I covered up his mouth to shut him up. I was afraid Jungwon, who was several seats away could hear us if he mentioned his name.

"Be quiet." I glared at Heeseung, who on other hand just snickered at me. He had his hand wrapped around my wrist as he slowly put it down.

"Why? It's not going well?" He tilted his head.

"No, It's going great actually." I smiled contentedly to myself before releasing him. He was nice enough to switch seats with me so I would get the window seat.

I could now admire the view without any problems.

"I don't know if It's just me...but it just got so much colder." Heeseung shuddered next to me, hugging himself with his arms as I eyed him in confusion.

That's when I realized that he was right.

It did get perceptibly colder.

Turning around, I glanced at Jungwon who at the same time looked at me as well.

I smiled at him, but instead of smiling back he frowned and looked daggers at me. His eyes were cold.

No, I was wrong.

Jungwon didn't look at me.

He was looking at the boy next to me.

Finally arriving at the destination, Eunji was the first one to storm out of the stuffy bus.

She stretched her arms, while yawning and looking around the campus which they would be staying at for the next few days.

It looked completely abandoned.

"I'm so excited!" Youngmin exclaimed next to the girl, startling her slightly.

Looking back, Eunji noticed Heeseung getting off as well before he rubbed his eyes, yawning in the same way she did just a moment ago.

When he spotted her among their other classmates, he was just about to approach her when Jungwon walked past him with Eunji's suitcase in his right hand while his own was in his left.

"Oh." Eunji smiled, gratefully taking her suitcase from the boy, "Thanks."

"You are welcome." Jungwon looked at her with a satisfied smile before he looked back to Heeseung who glanced at them in perplexity.

Eunji side-eyed him carefully, a smirk made its way up to her lips. Was the boy trying to prove something?

"Youngmin, let's go to our room!" She intentionally ignored Jungwon and walked over to her friend who was busy comforting her boyfriend.

"It's not like we will be separated for long, Sunghoon." She smiled at him, patting his head while Eunji looked at them in shock. She felt out of place all of a sudden.

"Stop sulking, Sunghoon." Eunji shook her head with a snicker, linking her arm with Youngmin's to pull her away from the other boy, "You should go be roommated with Jungwon. I bet he wouldn't mind it if you constantly leave your room to go meet up with Youngmin."

"Are you sure?" Sunghoon's eyes sparkled.

"Yep." Eunji nodded confidently, "Because he will be meeting me in the meantime."

"Woah, is something going on between you two?" He blinked in surprise.

"There he is!" Eunji changed the topic quickly, looking at Jungwon who was approaching the friend group.

Sunghoon quickly put his arm around the other who was taken aback at the gesture. The older smiled, "Let's be roommates, Jungwon! I heard you are pretty neat and tidy. Exactly my style~"

"Sure."

"Then it's settled!" Youngmin exclaimed enthusiastically, already walking ahead with Eunji, "Let's go into one bungalow, everyone!"

_

"Why did you bring so much for a 5 day trip?" Eunji was completely shocked at the two suitcases laying open on Youngmin's bed.

"When will we ever get such an opportunity?" She remarked, dramatically widening her eyes, "I have to look good."

"I'm envious." Eunji sulked, not even bothering to put her clothes into the wardrobe next to their bed. She was going to just leave her suitcase open for the next few days.

"Wait, there's something I need to tell you!" Youngmin hurriedly closed her suitcase, "I think...Jungwon is jealous."

"What?" Eunji laughed, but her friend looked so serious that she immediately stopped.

"During the bus ride. He looked like he was about to charge at someone."

Eunji bursted out laughing at her comment.

Wiping her tears, she tried to control her breathing, "C-Come again? Charge? As in a attack?"

"Yes! I mean, I noticed it too. You were pretty touchy with Heeseung." Youngmin nodded, "Remember when I used to think you liked him? Heeseung, I mean. Back then when Jungwon hadn't been transferred to our school yet. I still think you like him sometimes!"

"I do not like Heeseung." Eunji emphasized, still chuckling, "He is such a beautiful soul and he is really funny, but I don't think we would be a good match."

"But you and Jungwon are?"

"Stop mentioning his name!" Eunji quickly cut her off, looking around as if he was in their room.

She almost forgot.

What if he heard them?

"Let's...Let's use a code name for him."

"For who? You mean, Jun—"

"Shut up!"

"Alright, I get it. I get it. Do you have one in mind?"

Eunji thought carefully, "How about..—"

"I have one! Let's call him dimples. He will never figure it out." Youngmin proudly grinned, excitedly clapping her hands.

"Dimples? No, that's way too obvious." Eunji frowned thoughtfully. His dimpled-smile was one of the things she liked the most about him.

"Then snowball!"

Eunji was just about to reject it, but after thinking about it for a while she actually liked it, "I...like the sound of it." She had no idea how her friend thought of such an abstract name, but she thought it fit Jungwon well for some reason.

"I think..snowball likes you." Youngmin whispered all of a sudden, "Just think about it! He is acting as obvious as you are."

"Do you think so?"

"A hundred per cent."

Feeling the butterflies in her stomach, Eunji looked down. With a warm smile on her face she spoke, "You know what? I think, I will confess my feelings to snowball during this trip. I just have to."

_

"Did you finish packing yet?" Eunji approached Jungwon who was sitting on a bench while reading a book all by himself.

She couldn't help but be all smiles.

"Trying to look intellectual?" She took the boy's book, attracting his attention almost immediately.

"You are reading Twilight? There's no way." Eunji flipped the book around to make sure that her eyes weren't playing tricks on her.

Jungwon on the other hand became embarrassed right away, trying to get the book which was now in her hands. His ears were starting to turn red again. "I-I just wanted to understand why you kept talking about it. Give it back."

"And? How do you like it so far?" The girl sat down next to him, her eyes sparkling in anticipation.

If she was honest to herself, as much as the Twilight saga was hated, the books were a guilty pleasure to her and brought back memories and a kind of nostalgia.

"Interesting. Since I relate to a few things in the book." Jungwon looked down, "But I'm only on page 92. You interrupted me."

"I sincerely apologize, your majesty." Eunji exaggeratedly bowed, changing her voice, "And Edward? Do you like him?"

"Stop asking me about him, I'm already embarrassed as it is." He mumbled, looking down. Eunji chuckled.

He was so cute.

"Aw, you are jealous again." She elbowed him in a teasing manner before grinning, "By the way, what's with the tension between you and Heeseung? One could think that you actually got jealous—"

"I was jealous."

"Sorry?"

"I was jea— No, I still am. I'm jealous of Heeseung." Jungwon admitted honestly, "You guys seemed so close...During the bus ride."

Eunji looked down with a small smile, "But there's no need for you to be jealous."

"I know I'm lacking in many aspects when it comes to being a good friend." Jungwon looked up to the sky, sighing, "And I know, I'm being selfish right now, but you are my first friend. I don't want you to grow tired of me."

"Tired of you? That's never going to happen." She reassured him, "You are doing great, Jungwon."

"Really?"

"Yes." Eunji nodded to put emphasis on her statement, "Thank your for telling me."

And the two of them fell silent, admiring the scenery in front of them while enjoying each other's presence without uttering another word.

If only the communication between them was always this great.
