《Byakuya X Reader》🌸Serial Fiends🌸

Me and Byakuya walked silently towards the red door. The memories of the last time, Chihiro... Aoi... and now Mukuro was gone. But, were we right in thinking it's Toko?
I entered the room to which I felt everyone's eyes on me, I was still the number one suspect. However, I ignored the glances and continued forward into the lift. I stood there silently as everyone followed and I glanced at Byakuya, giving him a small nod.
'This will be an easy trial,' Mondo pounded his fists together.
'Whatever you say,' I rolled my eyes.
'Don't act all innocent! We know it was you,' Taka pointed at me.
'Sure, sure,' I crossed my arms as the lift started to travel down.
I stepped out into the all familiar trail room, as I took my place I looked at Mukuro's picture. It was a picture of her as Junko, with a red x on it. 'It's time for the second class trial!' Monokuma appeared on his podium again, laughing like a maniac. 'Let's get started!'
'Well then, let's start on the biggest clue, The secret Mukuro received,' Makoto started the trial.
'It was Y/N's secret, that she was a hitman, she must have killed her to keep her secret!' Taka accused me.
'If I killed her to keep it a secret, why did I leave the secret behind?' I countered.
'Maybe you didn't know she had it on her, Maybe she just confronted you,' Leon suggested.
'Hm, fair point, but still, what about the other secret we found in the room?' I pulled out the two secret's I found in the locker.
'Huh?! What's that?' Hifumi remarked.
'These are two other secrets that I found. One is Mukuro's the other.. is unknown,' I grinned slightly.

'Hold on.. how could there be three secrets?' A look of confusion fell onto Sayaka's face.
'Actually.. I gave Mukuro her secret when I was given it, right after the motives,' Sakura piped up.
'So mukuro Must have had one of the secrets, Y/N's or Unknown's while the other had the other one,' Kyoko explained. 'Which also leads us to believe it was Y/N or Unknown, but if we can figure out who Unknown is.. we'll have more of a lead,'
'Let's take a look at the secret then,' Byakuya pushed his glasses up his nose, grinning to himself.
'Blank is also known as the infamous serial killer, genocider Jack, due to a split personality disorder,' I read it aloud.
'Whaaaa?!' Hifumi screeched.
Everyone went dealthy silent as I stood there, twirling the paper round in my hand, grinning. This was actually quite entertaining, believe it or not.
'If we work out who got whose secrets we can work out who Unknown is,' Leon suggested.
'Oh, that won't be necessary,' Byakuya grinned.
'We already know who it is,' I smiled.
'Toko Fukawa,' He announced, glaring at her with an icy look.
'Wha..? How could you..?' She trembled.
'How is it Toko? She faints at the sight of blood!' Yashiro laughed.
'How could you..?' Fury spread across her face.
'Yeah! How could you accuse Toko of the murder!' Sayaka stood her up.
'Oh, shes not saying, how could you accuse me, shes saying who could you have known,' I smiled. 'Right, Toko?'
'Ggn,' She grabbed her braids, tugging on them.
'If you want more proof we can do Leon's idea, it'll confirm it,' I shrugged.
'But it's Toko! How could she be a killer?' Taka frowned.

'Split personality disorder, weren't you listening?' Byakuya glared at him. 'Also, if you still believe Y/N was responsible, she does have an alibi,'
'N-no,' Toko stammered 'I-I didnt.. no!' She suddenly fell back.
'Toko!' Sayaka yelled as she laid on the ground, but a split second later she leapt back up again, a crazed look in her eyes.
'Well, well, well! What do we have here?' She laughed.
'Told you,' I shrugged 'Also, Celeste, you have a statement, right?'
'Oh yes, I saw Toko enter the kitchen yesterday, but she was acting weird, when I next went in, three of the knives were missing, but before Toko went in, they were there,' She added.
'So it was Toko then, or genocider Jack,' Kyoko said.
'Wha..?' She hung her tongue out.
'Genocider Jack, last night you killed Mukuro Ikusaba,' I glared at her.
'Pfff,' she laughed 'You talk a lot about other killers for being one yourself,'
'Yeah, well I killed for money, you kill for pleasure,' I laughed.
'Well then.. shouldn't we move onto voting,' Makoto said.
'This will be fun,' I smiled slightly as I pressed to Vote for Toko.
'The person who received the most votes was... Toko Fukawa!' Monokuma announced. 'Last words?'
'I hope you all get killed too,' she laughed. 'I'll see you later,' She grinned.
Suddenly, the same contraption from before came out of nowhere, grabbing her by the neck and being pulled back. By now, she had switched back to Toko, she was confused and scared. I watched as she was thrown into darkness. In the background I could see a model of Byakuya. She ran towards the model, jumping towards him, but then, a roller appears. It rolls towards her and as she began to run away she tripped, the roller ended up rolling over her, turning her into a pancake, squishing all of her organs, causing her to explode into a heap of blood and crushed bones and small pieces of skin.
Everyone stood there silently. 'That was brutal,' I muttered 'Also weird,' I frowned, before remembering she acted all weird around Byakuya, probably the reason for him being there.
'Well then, let's go,' Byakuya stayed before walking away and towards the lift, I followed him.
'Thanks for helping me,' I smiled at him.
'It was only because I knew you were innocent, don't except this to be usual,' he glanced at me before looking away.
'Still, thanks,' I smiled. 'You're not as bad as you seemed to be,'

Rogue Dungeon: A LitRPG Adventure
From James A. Hunter, author of Viridian Gate Online and War God's Mantle! Check out my first attempt at a Dungeon litRPG Novel! Roark von Graf—hedge mage and lesser noble of Traisbin—is one of only a handful of Freedom fighters left, and he knows the Resistance’s days are numbered. Unless they do something drastic … But when a daring plan to unseat the Tyrant King goes awry, Roark finds himself on the run through an interdimensional portal, which strands him in a very unexpected location: an ultra-immersive, fantasy video game called Hearthworld. He can’t log out, his magic is on the fritz, and worst of all, he’s not even human. Now, he’s a low-class, run-of-the-mil Dungeon monster. Some disgusting, blue-skinned creature called a Troll. At least there’s one small silver lining—Roark managed the grab a powerful magic artifact on his way through the portal, and with it he might just be able to save the world after all. Unless, of course, the Tyrant King gets to him first …Hey everyone, so as most of you know, I write books for a living, and I just put this title up on Amazon (and enrolled it in KU). Because KU requires exclusivity as part of their terms of service, I have had to pull the majority of the content from this site. I left the full novel up for as long as possible, so I hope everyone got a chance to read it. If you haven't had a chance to read it in its entirety (sorry!) you can pick it up on Amazon. Thanks again for coming on this journey with me, and I so hope you enjoyed it. The book will be out on Tuesday July 24th. Best, James Hunter
