Hey! Basically I am a writer on Wattpad (: The author of Royal Alpha Jaxon, Vixen, and the Alpha series (Alpha Landon, Alpha Kaden)

Sophie : I am a Seventeen year old girl, who is a born and raised New Zealander. I am very passionate about my writing, but I also spend a lot of time connecting with my readers, and going out of my way to read comments, and pick top commenters every chapter!

I am fairly average person, who is driven, and indulges in many past times. Although I must say, writing is my ultimate favourite.

Sophie: A lot of people think my username is my name, but it isn't.

I don't actually disclose my name, for safety reasons (mainly just my last name) I began writing on this account at the age of thirteen, and my mother was strict about the fact that my identity shall not be released.

I actually inherited this profile from a girl named Midika. She didn't write, and had about five followers when she handed it to me. She didn't want to completely shut down this profile, and today, is very glad I took it over.

(P.s my real name is Sophie)

I discovered Wattpad very late one night. As someone who consumes words from books at a rapid pace, I was looking for fresh material to read, when I discovered a book on an online site called Wattpad. Instantly an account was made (Not @Midika) and I began to read.

Of course it took seconds before I was writing (or at least attempting to) I had two accounts before this one, which I wrote shocking books on. Both are now deleted.

As someone who wrote books with a pen on paper before on my computer or phone, I was not accustomed to the fact that people can comment. Over the years, I have learnt to embrace and consider every comment with an open heart and mind.

Sophie:I've always been writing, from a young age. I used to go into my backyard, climb up a tree, and listen to the sound of a soft stream while I wrote in a small book. Back then, I wrote about fairies and what not, but it was still something I loved.

I decided to start writing on Wattpad, as every book I read only fuelled my want to write. At first, I wanted to be just like them, with the millions of reads! It took me a long while to reach the 10 million reads I have acquired today

Sophie:Yes, I most definitely have some strange writing habits.

Headphones in, a YouTube video as back noise on, and in bed under my covers. That's the ideal situation for me!

If I am writing a more sexy chapter, I have a specific playlist on Spotify of calm music.

I always have to shower before I write. I take a moment to calm down, and run through what's going to be included in the chapter. Sometimes I'll even recite important dialogue in the shower, so I can remember it.

Sophie: Hobbies:

Me: Writing, reading, cheerleading, and watching a lot of YouTube

Mara: She enjoys reading to pass time.

Kaden: Sculpting weapons. His way of showing creativity, and art.

Favourite things:

Me: My family and friends. I love watching rugby, so I guess I am a typical kiwi. I love scrapbooking with all the photos I take. (Mostly from snapchat) I just love life in general.

Mara: Her religion, and beliefs. Kaden XD

Kaden: his weapons. Stirring up certain people...

Strengths:

Me: I think a strength of mine is my ability to write. Also, I am very invested in my study, and always strive to be the best.

Mara: Very opened minded. Strategic, and bold

Kaden: Cunning. Masking his emotions.

Weaknesses:

Me: I am quite shy. Distracted easily. I tend to put others before myself. Over thinker.

Mara: Always wanting to help others, which can be used against her. Often naive

Kaden: His mate, his friends and his family.

Pet Peeves:

Me: Ignorant people. Patriotic people. Those who mention my height all the time (I get it, I'm only 5,3)...Attention seekers

Mara: Narrow minded people annoy her. She likes to experience a situation before judging it, and doesn't like people who don't.

Kaden: Pleasant People get under his skin. Genuinely happy, optimistic people do too.

Obsessions:

Me: Watching YouTube. Checking Wattpad. Conspiracy theories. Snapchat.

Mara: Reading. Her mate. Trying to find the best in a situation.

Kaden: His mate. His Pack. The art work he welds.

Inspirations:

Me: Myself. My mother.

Mara: The Moon Goddess.

Kaden: His parents.

Sophie:Writing has changed me a lot. It's taught me to look at a situation, and assess its full potential. How can I twist it so it could become an amazing plot? It has also taught me discipline in time management, and planning.

After much deliberation, I have discovered that I do not plan to base my career around writing. Instead, I shall use my skills in another profession, and continue to write as a hobby, like I do currently.

I do wish to pursue Law, and the Arts (History, Classics, Philosophy). Law is my main choice, as I am very opinionated, and justice is something I always see a lack of these days. This job I feel will make a change in other people's lives, such as my own.

I am also such a big fan of nerd subjects such as History. I plan to study these subjects, and use them to broaden my writing in the future. In saying this, I plan to never give up writing, as I love it too much. In fact, I think I do better at writing when I'm under stress from something else.

Sophie:Personally, I consider myself my own inspiration. No author has ever given me the same push toward writing like I have myself.

Unlike many authors, I actually dream my story ideas. From a young age, I was assessed by a professional, due to horrifically vivid nightmares that would often occur. I was soon diagnosed with a sleeping disorder, they characterised as Hypnagogic Hallucinations.

Basically I have vivid dreams. And most of the time, I use them to create a story. My brain takes snippets from my day, and translates them into something that can either be absolute trash, or a brilliant idea I just have to utilise.

Sophie: I often tell my fans I love them very much. They are my best friends, my support and basically my whole life. I write for myself, and for them. Knowing they enjoy my writing gives me so much pleasure.

To myself, I call my fans my Baes, or my Queens.

Sophie:Keep doing what you're doing. Love life, and record as much as it down as you can. Write whenever you can. And don't take Math with statistics in year twelve, silly...You hate Math

Sophie: My personal philosophy is definitely to apply optimism to every situation. Positivity is something many people compliment me on. It makes you an enjoyable person to be around.

My favourite genre is probably High Fantasy. Least favourite...Non fiction (Unless its historical)

1. A group where they author can privately message a group of their readers to discuss ideas for the story

2. Ad revenue for authors. We deserve to get money since we have ads on our stories!

3. Top commenter. Able to like comments

4. Moderators. Have people moderate your story and profile without needing your password

5. Certain achievements for certain amounts of reads and followers

Sophie: A good description in my eyes is short, sweet and mouth watering. Leave your readers wanting more.

Title I think matters, but not nearly as much as a cover. A good cover catches people's eyes.

Sophie:I like to think I am unique, as I am very invested in my readers. I have made many close friends from Wattpad, who I trust so much. I pick top commenters, and go out of my way to remember specific usernames and profile pictures.

Sophie:For me, an ending is very important. Because my stories link together at the end, I have to pay special attention to the way characters come in, and what they say.

Sophie:Something different. Perhaps a spinoff of a cliche that actually turns out to be full of twists, turns, and romance.

sophie: My reader habits are strange. I tend to read a book in one sitting. If I don't, I won't set it down until a good part. For some reason, I can't put a book down if it's at a slow part, as I know I won't be able to pick it up again.

I wish there was more historical fiction in today's teenage genres. I love me some good historical conspiracy theories too.

Sophie: I get self confidence from my readers. Being able to see their comments pursues me to write the best I can to entertain them.

Sophie:I write because I have to. My body doesn't know how to express its creativity any other way. I do plenty of research for my book. I'm always planning!

Sophie:I actually didn't initially wanted him to be evil. I was scrolling through inline comments, and I saw people saying how much they loved him.

Then I realized that the perfect plot twist would include him being evil! No one saw it coming (:

Sophie:My ideas come from, like I mentioned earlier, my dreams. Also from observing people, or hearing conversations that might spark something in my mind.

The hardest part of the plot is probably a good twist in the middle. The middle is where people get bored, so you got to keep them on their toes.

Sophie:Food is nice, but friends are too. Hard one.

Sophie:Planner, for sure

Sophie:A lot of thinking on my part, definitely. As a character, Kaden is very hard to express. He's misunderstood, but he still has an edge about him, that doesn't make him anywhere near as pure as his mate.

Sophie:I am very superstitious. Whenever I jinx something, I'm knocking on wood. I believe in spirits, and although I am not religious, I do believe I have a guardian angel.

Conspiracy theories are also something I believe in. I'm actually basing the fourth book in the Alpha series on a conspiracy. Phantom Helicopters. Now known as Phantom Wolves. Hehe.

Sophie:I would love to be in my own book! Could you imagine the Pack system? Being able to chose your own Pack where you can live with people with similar interests to yourself. I would pick the Wisdom Pack (:

Sophie:I have evolved in a way that allows me to observe many things around me in a new way. Every moment of my life is a possible story plot!

Hardest part of writing I think is finding time to do it.

Sophie:Unofficial synopsis:

"Lexia has been held captive for most of her life.

Until one day, when a young, attractive Alpha appears to free one of the many woman also contained with Lexia.

Why he chose her, to come live with him in his lavish estate, she didn't know.

Until, she begins to open doors she shouldn't.

Until she begins to question why he leaves the house every night, and does not return until morning.

Until she discovers exactly what bond they share, when touching."

Sophie:Writing is easy if you love it as much as I do. For me, it's second nature.

I must say I don't get writers block often. Once I start writing, it's hard to stop me. And the fact that I plan out a lot, helps! I tend to shift around the plot sometimes to freshen my inspiration, and that excitement I get when starting a new story.

Sophie:Two new characters soon! A plot twist. A death. And a lot more romance!

Sophie:I loved the thought of Kaden. First creating him was so much fun. I love the dark side of him, with all the mystery. I don't think there is a specific way to create a character like him.

I've always wanted a Kaden, so I created him!

Sophie:Princess. If you gave me an endless supply of books, you could lock me in any tower you like! Do I get a Prince? ;)

Sophie:In five years, I hope I am writing more than ever, and I hope I finished the Alpha series! (Doubt it. It's going to be twelve books)

Whoever that sexy man is in the book cover would be Kaden for sure! I would like the plot to remain as close to the book as possible. In saying that, there are parts I would love to cut from it though!

Sophie:"Beneath this mask, there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask, Mr Creedy, is an idea. And ideas are bulletproof."

-V for Vendetta

I don't think I would make any changes. It's perfect the way it is!

Sophie:A good story, well thought out, and expresses the authors obvious passion for writing. Good grammar is nice too.

That's hard one. I would just like to be in a room with Dylan O'Brien so I can question him as to why he is so damn attractive!!

Sophie:Recently my best friend passed away. I never got to say goodbye, so I would like to call her one last time and tell her how much I love her.
