Hello everyone.. My name is Sruthi [mostly known as Sru.. and I love if someone addresses me with that name ;-)] , pursuing final year in Bachelor of technology in the stream of Electronics and Communications Engineering. I am from Andhra Pradesh, South India. I was blessed with a joint family which made me feel a happy-go-lucky girl. (When our present is beautiful, why to think about past and future...!!!) . Little sensitive by heart. I Love making new friends. Minions and Music lover.. Photo freak.. ;-)

Well.. My username is @sruthilaya13 . It might sound silly.. Actually, I was named as SRUTHI by my lovely parents (they are so sweet.. My name sounds really good.. atleast for me ;-) ). The word "SRUTHI" is a Sanskrit term related to Indian music. And "LAYA" is also related to Indian Music which means "THE TEMPO".. Usually we Indians use to pronounce them together as "SRUTHI LAYA".. And I myself changed my name as "SRUTHI LAYA" at my very small age.. and coming to the number 13 in my username, its my date of birth.. I was born on 13th of May.. and this is the reason behind my username..

I already mentioned that I'm a very friendly natured girl.. So, if you ever meet me, you can expect a sweet smile followed by a formal greeting and your basic information..

And if i meet a person all of a sudden, I expect that person not be Arrogant and little friendly.. That's it..

I got many suggestions in facebook regarding wattpad stories.. and I love reading new stories.. In that manner, One day, I came across this wattpad and found many stories on familiar characters "MANAN" (Man + Nan) i.e., Manik (Man) and Nandini (Nan).. And I love their couple.. Every story had a different concept.. I didnt read more stories but whatever i read, I must appreciate every writer.. They were amazing.. usually I am an imaginative person since childhood.. If you say something, I just imagine the whole scenario.. So, I thought why not give a try to put my imaginations on a paper ad here I got the platform of wattpad.. I seriously started writing as a pastime hobby with no expectations.. and now got much more following and amazing readers who support me all the time.. ALL THANKS TO WATTPAD..!! J

I love reading books.. But little lazy too.. So never finish a book so quickly.. But most of the people (I guess) love E-learning including me.. So, I read stories in some random websites.. I used to watch a youth show known as "kaisi yeh yaariyan" and very much attracted to all the characters in that show.. Especially the lead roles "Manik" and "Nandini".. Every day the show begun at 6:30 pm (IST) and continued till 7:00 pm (IST), my complete time is dedicated to watch that show.. I was so attached with those characters that i even use to stalk every information about them through Twitter, Instagram and Facebook (Social Networking Sites)..

When I was reading stories on MANAN.. Then I too started writing as well.. just for fun..

I never thought of taking writing as my career.. I am very new to this field and I am still learning..

umm.. No one in particular.. as i said earlier, I am very lazy in reading books.. So, I don't wanna insult any author saying them as my inspiration...

I never follow any ritual.. If i get any free time, I just sit in front of my laptop and write whatever I get in my mind.. I don't pre-think or preplan about the further tracks of my stories.. I Just writes as my mind suggests.. Thats it..

Tips for new writers...!!!! come on yar.. I'm a learner.. I cant suggest them.. But I can help them saying "just present your books in your style.. Every person has a different style with their own imaginations.. And as far as I know, people love to read something different.. So, be what you are and entertain your readers through your amazing ideas and imaginations.."

DREAMS: To be settled as a software Engineer in a reputed company and be a perfect daughter for my parents.

DESIRES: to be successful in life in all the ways..(like as a perfect daughter, cute sister, good employee(future), lovely wife(future) and a bestest friend... )

I remember, once my dad mentioned that " I am very special for him " and what can a daughter expect more than that.. This was my biggest accomplishment I mostly feel proud of and will always be..

And one more accomplishment is, when my readers praised my writing skills and appreciated my works.. I dont know whether it to consider as a proud moment or not.. But in my view, it was a proud moment.. and a very big fat thanks to all my readers..

I cant give 25 random facts but can share some interesting facts..

* The male lead of the story is very possessive for his girl..

* The family bonding is adorable..

* The cute fights between the couple will be funny..

*The character Riya in one of my stories is too loving and adorable..

And many more..

* I can remember every single thing you speak with me..

*You can easily become my friend if you speak for 2-3 times..

Oh.. yes.. I usually address them as Readers/Lovely readers/Friends.. So i here i go with my short and sweet (I guess) speech..

Its a great feeling being a part of this wonderful journey with all your support.. I wholeheartedly thank each and everyone of my readers, for all the support and love you people showered.. I always feel special with you people around.. When I started working on my first story, I seriously didn't expect this kind of appreciation and following.. Thanks for everything.. Keep loving my works and support as well.. Stay blessed and happy.. If time persists I will try to write a new story in general fiction to entertain you all.. Love you all..

Its just my beginning stage of writing.. So, I selected the fanfiction genre and writing stories on "manan".. I am planning to write a "non-manan" story after gaining enough knowledge on writing..

My most favorite genre would be "Romance" and "Humor".. I used to think that romance is not my cup of tea.. But after writing manan fanfics, I realised that I too can write Romantic stuff... (self patting on my shoulders ;-) )

and the worst would be "Action" .. I so hate those violence, fights and stunts..

I dont think I will run out of content for manan.. Because thinking of them, new ideas will be lined up in my mind automatically.. But if I really run out of content for Manan at any stage, I will try to keep the story on hold for sometime till I get new ideas..

I can mix 3 cups of kindness, 5 cups of Love and 3 spoonful of sweetness.. (I am so shy type.. I cant say more..! sorry..! L )

---> If i won a game show, I would definitely expect my winning prize to be a new branded Mobile phone.. because I am so fond of electronic gadgets..

---> If I have a magical phone, I could call the person who invented "EXAMINATIONS" and ask him to change his mind and will ask him to replace the examinations with more fun.. DOnt think that I hate exams.. I'm just helping others who dont like exams ;-)

---> If i could wish for one more thing then, I could call a Santa claus and ask him to stay with me forever so that I can make any wish at any time..

The nature all around is the best thing in this world.. and the worst thing is Poverty..!!

My weirdest obsession/habit is addiction to social networking sites..!!

If I will get to tattooed someone face on my back then I will tattoo my face itself.. The reason is I love myself..!!

I would like to advice my younger self to live their life to the fullest and dream high..!!

My secret recipie for writing would be "whatever you write, write from your heart with your own imagination.. Just remember one thing..!! NO ONE IS BETTER THAN YOU..!! If you feel someone is better than you, then you should also know that you might be the BEST..!!"

I prefer study for the rest of my life instead of Vampire hunters.. I so hate violence..!!

My personal Philosophy is " Be patient and never show off your anger on others" .. and my personal pet peeve is "my short temper"..

It meant that if we take any decisions in anger, we'll definitely regret later.. So, I think we shouldn't show off our anger on others..!

14. Give your recipe on writing good dialogues? How do you feel on wattpad-a community with so many people of so many colors?

My recipe on writing good dialogues is " Before writing the dialogues for a character, do Know the characters closely"..

I feel blessed for being a part of this wattpad community.. I never expected this kind of love and support.. I am really thankful to wattpad for giving me this amazing platform to gain so much love from the readers...

If I would get a chance to erase one genre from wattpad then I will erase the "Action" genre.. Because I hate action films..

The features I hate in wattpad is "not knowing whether a friend is online or not.."

Oh wow..!! so.. yes.. If I were the head of wattpad development crew, then the list of changes I would do will be-

*In newsfeed, one can be able to post pics..

If I were immortal with many flaws, I would rather try to rectify my flaws..

I prefer myself to play my role in my life based movie because I don't think others can play my role better than me (just kidding)..

I dont do any collabs yet.. because I'm not sure whether the other one will think similar to me or not.. And I cant hurt their feelings too.. If I get someone imaginations resembles me then definitely I would like to do collabs with them..!!

No.. I don't think the bad boy and good girl romance is over rated..

If I had the power to create a new species, then I create snowman just like OLAF in FROZEN.. And I'll name it as Olaf only.. Its qualities and features should be "talkative.. with 3 feet minimum height.. and it shouldn't melt forever.."

If I were a dinosaur then I would be a good kind hearted one with no harms..."

If I lose my loved one's trust, it will be my breaking point.. I fear of losing good relations and my loved people trust..

Never.. the reason is I don't get much time in my busy life of college to be a psychopath for someone..

May be the friendliness and patience..

I am a good listener.. If you speak continuously for hours I will hear patiently with no complaints.. This feature of mine results with lot of friends..

No idea.. because nothing is there in our hands.. We don't whats waiting for us in future..!
