*1 year later******
Jakes POV
I looked at my beautiful wife lying next to me feeling absolutely happy. Her even breaths causing her chest to rise slowly up and down.
He hair was in a tangled mess but she somehow managed to make it work. I stroked her cheek bone and she slightly shifted.
He eyes fluttered open and I saw this hazel orbs again.
"Good morning," I said smiling. She smiled and sighed.
"Good morning, husband," she said.
I never got tired of that. It was the day after our wedding and let's just say last night was tiring.
"so was yesterday, like your best day ever?" She asked me, turning over to face me.
"Absolutely," I said happily. She chuckled and sat up.
"I bet you Ravin is probably eating fruit loops right now," she said.
I laughed. It's most likely true. Ravin has an obsession with fruit loops, it's what she asks for every morning.
She's now 1 year about be two. Spence and I have talked about starting a family of my own but so far nothing.
She laid back down and sighed happily up at the ceiling.
"Did you brush your teeth?" She asked me.
"Yeah." I said.
She looked at me with a frown.
"I think you need to go do it again," she said.
Damn.
"Really? My breath is bad?" I asked her. She nodded and wrinkled her nose. I smelled my breath to smell mint.
"It doesn't smell like anything but mint," I said. She shook her head.
"Go do it. Please husband?" She asked. I sighed and got up from the bed.
"Make sure you don't squeeze the tooth paste so hard!" She yelled after me.
Women.

Spencer's POV
This was alL a set up. A set up for something great. I didn't know how to tell him, so I went for a hysterical way.
I held in my laugh as i waited for his reaction. I heard the faucet and I quickly grabbed his shirt from the floor. I slipped it on and sat up, waiting.

He came out with the toothpaste in his hands. Looking up at me and back to the toothpaste, his lips broke out into a huge grin.
"Oh my god! Are you serious?" He asked. I laughed and nodded me head.
"Yes! I took the test yesterday," I exclaimed. He dropped the toothpaste and ran over to me. Tackling me, he pulled me into a tight hug and gave me kisses all over my face.
"I love you even more," he said. I laughed and kissed him happily.
Of course I taped the pregnancy test to the back of the toothpaste. If you're wondering, yes the cap was over the pee part.
I'm not nasty.
I'm so happy that he's so excited for this baby. He let me go and ran over to his phone.
"Babe, I got to tell people, I'll be back," he said excitedly, phone in hand. I smiled and nodded.
Falling back into the bed, I replayed my life in snaps.
"Babe, I think I may have cancer," he said.
I looked at him and couldn't believe my eyes. Tears immediately came to my eyes and I shook my head.
"You don't. Why would you think this?" I asked him.
"Because I took a test and it's a possibility I have it. They aren't sure," he said. His voice cracked a bit I felt like breaking down.
"The fuck do you mean there's a possibility?! Let's go right now," I said forcefully. We drove to some private room instead of a hospital. His doctor told Us to meet him there so we drove in silence.
I didn't know what to think. Part of me wants to break down and the other wants to beat something up.
We arrived and sat down, waiting for the screen to show the results in fear. We were in a private room with a huge mirror and flat screen tv in the corner. It was different but then again I didn't know anything about this stuff.
Please don't let him be one of them.
I took a deep breath and grabbed his hand. Holding it tightly, we both looked up at the screen waiting for the answer. The screen flickered to life and the status was posted.

"Will you Marry me?"
I frowned and looked over at him. He was down on one knee and had the most beautiful ring in hand.
"Spencer. It's been about a good year now and I have fallen in love you completely. Some people fall in love because they make them a better person, but the truth is you're my favorite person because you've always wanted me to be myself. I know between Mason and Megan the lines got blurry and we lost our way, but we found it again. Complicated defined our relationship for the longest but i think we've earned simplicity. I've rehearsed a thousand times how I would ask you and what I would say to you. Just looking at you makes me forget everything and I love you so much. I always will. So, Spencer shapel, would you do me the honor of becoming my wife?"
I remember completely freakin out. It was nothing like I had expected. Here I am thinking he was dying and he's actually not.
What a jerk.
"Yes I will marry you," I said. He slipped the ring on and kissed me. Suddenly clapping sounded and my entire family came parading in.
There were balloons and cake and champagne. It was amazing.
"How are you guys here?" I asked them.
"Behind the mirror," they said. I laughed.
"Just to be clear, you're not dying?" I asked Jake. He smiled and shook his head no.
"No, Spence. I'm not dying," he said smiling.
"You jerk!" I yelled. Everyone started to laugh and pretty soon we were celebrating.
Paige is actually in another pretty serious relationship with Brandon. He's a tall fitness trainer and really gorgeous if you ask me. But that's none of my business.
After Hayden's death, Paige kind of shut down again but it wasn't as bad as the baby loss. We are still very close to this day and everything. As for James, Jake's biological dad, he still remains clueless in Jake's life.
To be honest, I would like to keep it that way.
Ravin is just my little cough drop. If I have a bad day at work she always cheers me up.I remember the day she told me something that changed everything.
I sat on the bed staring at the TV and Ravin was on the carpet playing with her toys. She walked over and tapped me on my shoulder.
"Yes, Ravin?" I asked her. She looked away and smiled.
"Dada," she said.
I went crazy at that moment. She thinks that Jake is her dad which he would be perfect as. I just didn't know how she got that word. I've only taught her mama and that's it.
A few days later she whispered' ring' in my ear. I had no idea where she got it from but now looking back, it makes sense.
I just don't know how she knew I was going to get married.
Mason and Nick are serving life for a number of things. As a matter of fact, they were sent to an isolated island, far away from here. Paige, jake, and my sister all testified against them and everything went successfully.
No worries.
Of course things didn't turn out as planned. If you are asking me if I regret any decisions? No. I wouldn't be where I was today without the smart and dumb decisions.
They made me who I am.
And I'm proud.
I looked out on the balcony at Jake who was ecstatic as he was on the phone. He was shirtless but still in some pajama pants, his bed head adorable. Smiling to myself, I put a hand on my stomach and relaxed.
Another baby.
Suddenly the balcony slid open and Jake ran towards the bed. He jumped on it and pulled me down with him.
"I love you," he whispered and kissed me. Then I felt my shirt tug and felt jakes lips on my stomach. I chuckled.
"You too," he said.
