Tate hasn't texted me in 4 days. He said he'd text me everyday. No big deal. He's on vacation.

This passed week has been so lonely without Tate. Peyton and I have been hanging out more, though. Yesterday, Peyton and I went on a "road trip".

She drove us all around New York. I saw so many great things. School's been the same. Tate and I never really talked that much in school, I mean we talked, but like we aren't in that many classes together. Whenever we did talk in the classes, we'd get in trouble.

1 Week Later

Peyton and I are going to the mall. It's around the time that Tate would be coming home, but he hasn't texted.. at all.

I sighed and walked out of my room with my phone. I walked downstairs and sat on the couch. Peyton said she'd text me when she was leaving.

I was wearing my 5 Seconds Of Summer shirt with my green leggings along with my black jacket tied around my waist and my white Adidas high-top shoes.

A minute later, my phone goes off. It was Peyton.

It read:

"Hey girl, I'm leaving now. I should be there in about 5 minutes, 10 at the most :)" 

I texted back, "Okay." and locked my phone. I leaned back on the couch and propped my feet up on the coffee table in front of me.

About 6 minutes later, I heard a knock on the door. I got up and walked towards the door. I opened it up to see Peyton standing there, smiling.

"Hi." I said smiling back at her.

"hey, ready?" she asked, still smiling.

I nodded my head and walked out the door, shutting it behind me. We walked down the hallway and out the apartment building.

Half Hour Later

"Ouch." I said grabbing my ear as we were walking into HotTopic.

"What?" Peyton asked me.

"Nothing, my gauges hurt." I told her.

"Oh, right. Didn't you gauge them up another size like a few days ago or something?" she asked.

I nodded my head. We walked around HotTopic.

"Oooo." Peyton said grabbing a dress with music notes and the music staff all over it. (if u don't know what that is its the lines that the music notes sit on)

I smiled at her and said, "That's kind of cute."

She smiled back at me, but then the smile disappeared when she checked the price.

"Ugh, 50 dollars?" she groaned. Peyton put back the dress and started looking around more.

I walked over to the band merch and looked through the Bring Me The Horizon section. I pulled out a shirt that had the BMTH album "Sempiternal" logo on it. I checked the price and it was $22.50.

I decided that the price was acceptable and kept it in my hands. I then get a call. It was a number that I didn't know, but I decided to answer it anyway.

*on the phone*

Me: Um, hello?

Tate: Hey, its Tate. I'm on my mom's phone, because I dropped my phone in the fucking ocean.

Me: Awe, that sucks. Well, I'm glad you called.

Tate: Same, I miss you.

Me: I miss you too.

Tate: I'm coming home today. I should be home around 9:30 PM.

Me: Ugh, so late. But, oh well. Cant wait.

Tate: *chuckles* see you tonight, love you.

Me: I love you too. Bye.

Tate: Bye.

*hangs up*

"Who was that?" Peyton asked me.

"It was Tate." I told her.

She nodded her head and turned her attention back to the clothes. Then, an idea popped in my head.

"Tate dropped his phone in the ocean and his birthday is in two days. I think I'm going to get him a new phone." I told Peyton, excitedly.

A Few Hours Later

Peyton and I are walking out of the mall. Peyton got like 3 dresses from Rue 21 and I got band merch. Also, I got Tate a new phone. Its the IPhone 5s. I didn't have enough money for the 6.

When we reached her car, I opened the door and hopped in. It took a half hour to get home. The whole time driving there, Peyton and I sang, well basically screamed, Sleeping With Sirens songs that were playing from her phone.

"Well, I had fun today. Ill see you at school on Monday." she said stopping the car in front of the apartment building.

"Me too and see you." I said grabbing my bags and getting out of the car.

I shut the door and waved goodbye and she did the same. I walked up to the apartment building and went inside. I walked into my apartment door.

When I shut the door, I set my bags down. I turn around and see Tate standing there.

"Surprise!!" Tate shouts, smiling.

I smile brightly.

"I thought you weren't getting here till 9?" I ask him still smiling.

"I got here early and wanted to surprise you." he said smirking.

I playfully roll my eyes and run towards him, and jump up on him and hug him. He's holding me and hugging me back, tightly.

"I missed you." he said, still hugging me.

"I missed you, too." I said jumping out of the hug.

He smiled and leaned in to kiss me.

"Well then, welcome home." my mother said walking into the room.

We pull apart from the kiss and look at her laughing.

"Now, when I let u in here to surprise her Tate, I didn't mean eat her face." she said laughing.

Tate didn't know what to say so he just laughed.

"I'm just kidding, Tate. You know that," she said while continuing to laugh, "Continue." my mother finished, walking out of the room.

I laughed and rolled my eyes while I watched her walking out of the room. When I shift my face towards Tate's again, he kisses me.

When we pulled apart we smiled and I grabbed his hand. I lead him to my room and we sat down on the floor.

"Its hot in here." I said grabbing all of my hair and puting it into a messy bun.

"Dude, I know right?" he said grabbing his collar and moving it up and down.

When I finished putting up my hair I got up to open the window. I walked over and sat back down next to Tate. He looked at me and smiled.

"Hey, your gauges look bigger," he said, "...And swollen." he finished while touching them.

"Ouch!" I quietly shouted.

"Sorry." he whispered and pulled his hand away.

"Its okay, I sized up like a few days ago." I told him.

"Nice." he said.

I nodded and smiled.

"So what do u want to do?" he asked me.
