Chapter 5
"We need a plan. A countermeasure for those situations."
Tristan walked around in circles with his hand on his chin.
"We have to make sure we have values on our heads and and don't flatly refuse them. We will never know if we might accidentally step on a lion's tail."
"So our options are: join the war or probably give them knowledge" Raze gave the two known options the party have.
"This demon lord gig is really giving me the chills. Joining a war to fight demons. War seems to be endless even on other worlds." Roan gave a mocking statement about wars
"Does anyone willing to join this 'war'? For me, I don't plan on dying so i'll avoid any wars against demons and such. If there's other options, i'll gladly take it." Tristan said looking for any possible options.
"Huh.. Like maybe working for them like a subordinate? Be an officer? So you're staying here then.." (Roan)
"I'm considering it but, I still don't know anything about this kingdom. We need to know the pros and cons." Tristan gave a reply.
Few more minutes of brainstorming when Roan suddenly had an idea.
"I'm not sure if this is possible but, can we just make some sort of fake law? That back on our world, we cannot simply give any advance knowledge and technology. And they will have to develope by themselves. And if they ask the reason why is there such a law, we can just lie about some incident happened when we tried to provide wisdom to a kingdom, but that kingdom is now in ruins because of such knowledge. You know, the same thing on that classic movie and game?" Roan
"Hmm that's is actually a sound plan." Tristan gave an approval. "Still, it sounds like we're bluntly refusing to give help. It might be better if we give them the ideas or the base blueprint of such technology, what are your thoughts?" Tristan

"I think its a good option." Fia
"Hey wait guys, are you giving them knowledge of weapons? If possible don't even give them ideas like that." Amelia spoke with a worried tone
"Obviously we wont but, if we really don't have any options... We might just give them low level ones like maybe a flintlocks or canons, or anything that might interest them."
"Try to think more about it okay? We dont want to regret our actions later on"
While they were proposing a plan, a knock on the door sounded. A female voice was heard at the other end of the door. " *** *****, ******* ' **** "
"Quick. Take the stones" Tristan said. The party took the stones swiftly.
"Yes, come in" (Raze)
A maid came in with trays and teapots. She bowed and spoke in a respectful tone.
"Excuse me, We have Teas and food for you. Also a message from Master Turstin: "An urgent matter suddenly came and we will have to postpone the meeting tonight. We will answer more of any questions you may ask and teach you more of our world by tomorrow. Call it a day and we will also appraise your affinities after we explained more of our situation." The maid bowed once more.
"Also, we have rooms prepared for everyone. If you have any request you can speak to me or any waiting maids outside of the rooms"
The party took glances at each other, waiting for any request. The maid waited for a few seconds before she dismissed herself. "If there is none. I'll excuse myself" she walked put of the door, bowed once more and close the door.
The party looked at the tray of foods, snacks and tea-set.
"Hmm let's take a break for a bit. I haven't had any lunch so i'm a bit hungry" Tristan proposed a quick break.

"Yeah. Haven't had dinner yet. Tea and snacks will calm me down." Amelia walked to the table and sat down.
"I'll take a bite. Class just ended for me and I was supposed to visit a cafe"
"I just had dinner. I'll pass for now, but I would like something to drink please. Is there anything like coffee?" Raze asked. Fia then looks at the tray but found no coffee. She looked at Raze and shook her head.
"How about you Roan?" Fia to Roan.
"I'm alright. I just had breakfast. And it seems we were summoned at different time huh."
........
After the party had their fill, they decided to end the day and asked the waiting mades to guide their rooms. In the middle of being escorted, the girls decided to stay on one room for the night.
In the girl's room. The two looked outside the window and gazed at the night sky.
"Two moons... Beautiful" Amelia whispered. "Two white moons with a bluish and violent shade" she added.
"This just confirmed we are really on another world. Just like those novels and movies." Fia the took out a small rectangular shape object and pointed it the moon.
Amelia walked over to the bed and sat down "Are we gonna be alright?"
"I... I don't know. I'm as anxious as you are. I do hope we can go home really quickly."
"A few years. This is unfair. Demons and wars, summoned and being called a hero." Tears forming onto Amelia's eyes.
Fia walked at the other side and leaned on Amelia's back. "We cant do anything about it. I don't even know why it was us who got dragged into this. Let's just hope that everything will be fine"
"...." Amelia paused "you think we'll be fine?"
"Well... The boys seems calm about it and they are thinking something to help us out and not be on the disadvantage. Let's trust them for now, It seems they know what to do"
"I guess...so. It's a good thing they were there huh"
"Mhmm. So let them observe everyone for now and don't let our guard down. Okay?"
"Alright" Amelia gave a nod.
"Good! Then lets get to bed. I'm feeling exhausted. Good night, Amy" She then walked over to her bed and laid down.
"Yeah. Good night, Fia"
