Before Brenda and Angela were about to walk into the room, Jenny's parents came out sobbing. Angela tightened her grip on Sally and walked in the room.

Jenny looked up. "Hi Angela." she said weakly.

Angela rushed over. "Are you okay? I mean, I know you aren't but I just wanted to know how you felt. What happened? How did you fall?"

Jenny stared at her blankly, thinking about it. "Well I don't really know if I'm going crazy or not, but I'm sure that-" Suddenly she caught a glimpse of Sally under Angela's arm.

"No!" She screamed. "Get that thing away from me! Get it away!" She struggled and tried to get up.

The heart monitor started beeping like crazy.

Angela tried to calm her down. "No Jenny, it's fine, it's just-."

Jenny was still screaming and pulling against the machines that were connected to her.

Brenda grabbed Angela's arm. "Let's get out of here!" Angela yanked against her arm.

Jenny was still yelling and the monitors were beeping like crazy until.... It stopped followed by a long beep.

The room was quiet for 2 seconds before Angela cried out "No please Jenny! You're my only friend! Please please please-"

Suddenly, 4 nurses burst in and one of them pushed Brenda and Angela out. "Sorry but you must get out. I'm very sorry."

The door slammed. Angela was silent. She was just staring at the door.

Brenda sighed. "Well I'm kinda hungry. Let's go down to the cafeteria."

Angela didn't say anything. She was still in shock.

Suddenly Angela turned and yelled "MY BEST FRIEND DIED AND ALL YOU WORRY ABOUT IS EATING! You COW!"

Brenda snatched Sally away. "Well it's not my fault you carried this old thing around and it freaked her out!"

Angela took her back. "You know what, forget this. I don't have time to deal with you."

Brenda stared at her gape mouth as Angela walked the opposite direction in the hall.
