Elle stared at the love of her life in shock. The gun she held at her side fell to the ground. Tears started to spring from her eyes. She didn't know how he was here, or when he woke up, all she knew was she loved him and needed his arms around her. She ran forward and jumped up landing her arms around his neck. He let go of Eric and wrapped his arms around her waist. The feeling of her body against his gave him the air back in his lungs.

"Elle." He whispered. As if to confirm that she was really there. Elle felt his hands run the width of her small waist.

"I missed you Shelly." He whispered as he put her down.

"H-how are you here?" She asked still holding tight to his arm.

"I woke up, four weeks ago, and I came lookin for you." Elle stepped back and pushed on his chest.

"Why would you do that!?" Noah gave her an exasperated look.

"Why do you think? I love you!" Elle sighed.

"Noah, you should have just left me." She sighed. A look of hurt and anger crossed Noah's face.

"Elle." Eric coughed. Elle was snapped out of her revere.

"Go." He rasped. Elle walked over to him and kneeled down.

"Eric." She whispered.

"What happened to you?" Eric pointed down the hall.

"D-Doesn't matter, g-go." Eric hadn't ever hurt her or tried to kill her, he'd saved Noah's life, he'd helped her when she needed it, she couldn't leave him.

"C'mon get up." She said as she lifted him by his arm. Eric stumbled forward and grabbed onto the door frame.

"Elle what the hell we don't have time for this!" Noah exclaimed. Elle rolled her eyes.

"Noah, this kid is the reason you woke up. He's the reason you're alive so shut the hell up and help me!" Noah shoved the gun into the back of his jeans and leaned down to help Eric up from the door frame. Elle quickly ran back into the room and grabbed her dropped gun. She held it while holding onto Noah's arm.

"We can't take my bike, it's too small." Noah said as they moved forward in the red lighting of the hallway.

"We can take Eric's car, we'll buy you a better bike when we get home, that old thing always had a hitch in the breaks." Elle grunted. She could hear Noah's annoyance through his hard breathing. He loved that bike. As they lugged Eric into the garage they heard a car unlock from behind a blue tarp. Eric had the keys in his hand. As they moved toward the vehicle they could hear Eric's shallow breathing slowing. Noah opened up the car doors and piled Elle in the back seat with Eric and hightailed it in reverse out of the open garage door. Bullets wizzed past the windows and hit the bed of the truck they were in.

"Noah please step on the the has he needs a hospital." Noah nodded at her in he rear view mirror. Elle felt the roar of the engine as the car sped up. Noah, watched Elle tend to Eric, in the rear view mirror. As Noah sped on he saw cars in the rear view, pulling out of the garage behind him.

"Elle, hold on." He said. No way were these assholes getting him or Elle in their little conspiracy again.
