Tails woke by the bright sunlight coming from the window. He sat up in the bed he layed on, but not his. The dark blue sheets fell of his shoulders as he looked around in the room with sleepy and tired eyes. Tails shook his head and tried to remember what happend last night. He only remembered Sonic's comforting words and body warmth.

"Oh yeah. That is what happend yesterday." Tails said to himself. A big morning yawn came from the kitsune's mouth and he streched to get his own body to work. Tails glided out of the bed and walked downstairs. As he rubbed his eyes, a note on the kitchen catched his eyes. He walked over to the kitchen bench and picked up the note. Knowing it was from Sonic. On the note it stood:

Hi there my twin - tailed genius~

You probably know already that i'm not here when you wake up. That is because Robuttnik decided to attack in the forest. Again...

Will be back by noon I guess.

Tails lowered his ears when he finished reading. He knew that Sonic were busy and all, but at least Tails could have helped. Even if he's 14, doesn't mean that he is helpless. Tails crumbled the note in a ball and threw it in the trash under the sink. He then turned around and opened the fridge. The first thing he saw inside was a little meal on a plate and a note hanging from the plastic with the name 'Tails' on it. Tails first shook his head and then blinked awhile, looking at the meal.

"Did Sonic just make breakfast for me?"

He began to giggle and grabbed the plate.

"Jeez Sonic, I think you've gone nuts" Taild walked over to the couch and sat down, grabbed the control and turned on the tv, searched for something interessing to watch. The meal Sonic made was salad with some chicken pieces in it. Something he never really makes. Tails just chuckled and found a program about cooking that looked a little cool, so he stayed on that channel.

About in an hour or two. Tails got bored of watching tv, to he got to his workshop and started tinkering with some of his inventions. Sooner he started to fix and build on some of them. One thing were still on his mind though.

"Where are you now, Sonic?"

~Sonic~

Sonic have been running for ages right now. He was in a battle with a huge robot that looked like Eggman of course, but taller, bigger and more dangerous. The blue blur himself were alone in this fight. No one was helping him this time. The robot had a hammer in one hand and a scary looking glass cube in the other. Sonic have been batteling this robot since he came to this place and it was located in the middle of a snowfield. The snow was thick and it was hard to see sometimes when it began to snow. He stopped again and spindashed towards the robot with all of the power he could give. Of course, expecting this, Sonic speeded right through the robot.

"Wohoo!! Another victory for Sonic the hedgehog!"

Sonic shouted to himself, leaving the now half-black robot on the icy ground. When he landed. Eggman already left. And Sonic took a quick look around to see if anyone were there. He colapsed on the ground. Ever since he came here he've been secretly tired. As he layed in the snow, snowflakes danced around him as they fell to the ground.

A smile formed across his face and he let out a relaxed sigh.

"Winter is so beautiful"

Sonic stood up and was about to head home to his loved one, but he heard a beeping sound and he looked back. The black robot were now in a blazing red color and his eyes widened. A second later everything turned silent for Sonic. The robot exploded 3 meters away from him. And it had made a huge pressure to his ears. Sonic were silent on the ground of snow, but managed to say a word.

"...Help..... Tails..."

He blacked out.

~Tails~

Tails had fallen asleep on his couch while the tv were on. His eyes opened and he let out an annoyed groan. "Did I really fall asleep again? Ugh.."

Tails stood up from the couch and streched. By looking around, he noticed that nothing had changed. The fox turned off the tv using the controller and walked upstairs, but when he looked inside, no one was there. He blinked of surprise and thought to himself. 'Why haven't Sonic come back again?'

About when he wanted to find out where Soniv had been, T-pup came rushing from Tails' workshop while barking loudly. "T-pup be quiet!"

He shouted to his robot dog, but he bit on Tails' pants trying to say something. Tails later gave up on resisting and bent down. "What is it buddy?" He said rather annoyed than happy. T-pup stepped away 2 meters and opened his eyes. Making a screen to show up. It showed a lot of blur, but Tails could see snow and hear an explotion. After that, he could hear:

"Help.... Tails..." And then it went black. He was in shock and went to his computer to search for different places that is filled with snow to find where Sonic went.

He found one similar place and took on his pilot jacket and goggles. Opening the garage and jumping inside the cockpit of the Tornado, Tails started the engine while T-pup jumped in the passanger seat and the propeller of the Tornado started. Flying them up in the air and towards Sonic's destination. Tails had put a scanner on Sonic's communication clock he had made for him a while ago. But he had to find out where he had to fly to get there as fast as possible.

Sonic might have been digged down with the snow by now and freezing, so he had to be fast.
