You all opened fire on the approaching three headed Grimm. It smashed through logs and bushes as it got closer, barring its teeth.

It's pounces at everyone but Jaune puts his shield up and barely holds it as it growls and pushes him away with ease.

Pyrrha: Jaune!

Pyrrha yells. Her gun transforms into its spear form as she equipped her spear and changed at the grimm. She ducks under its arm after it took notice of her and swiped at her. She then stabs it in the leg which causes it to howl and grab the red haired girl by her hair. It's arm was however cut off by Ruby. It howls in pain then swipes at the red caped huntress who backs off against the tree.

The grimm looks at its arm and picks it up. It looks at everyone before using its dismembered arm as a weapon by swinging it at everyone.

Jaune: It's using its arm as a weapon?!

The blond boy shouts as he runs for cover.

Ren: How?! It's arm should have disappeared the second Ruby cut it off.

You shoot its back getting its attention. It looks at you and growls. It swings its arm at you which makes you duck and roll away from it.

(Y/n): Boys! I'm up for suggestions here.

Star: Nightmare has manifested himself into this Grimm.

(Y/n): Great! He can do that?

Jasper: His darkness and the darkness inside the grimm have combined to make an abomination.

(Y/n): So how do I kill it?!

Star: Aim for its heads!

You do as he says and shoot at the grimm's heads but it protects itself and roars at you.

(Y/n): Okay now what?

Star: That's its weak spots. You kill each of the heads it'll go down.

You nod to yourself and look at everyone.

(Y/n): Aim for its heads!

Bianca looks at you and nods. She aims for the heads.

Nora: Don't tell us what to do!

Nora runs at the grimm and Bianca looks.

Bianca: Get back!

Nora doesn't listen as she jumps up and smashes her hammer into the mutated Beowolf's chest. A crack ing sound is heard before the grimm is launched into a tree.

Nora stands proudly with her hammer on her shoulder and a smirk plastered on her face.

Nora: That wasn't so difficult.

You looked at the grimm to see it's arm twitch before more cracking was heard from it.

Ike: She just pissed it off.

Everyone looks and looks in shock as the Beowolf gets up on its hind legs with its chest caved in and spilling a black ooze.

The beowolf's chest began to heal and the black ooze gives birth to two pup versions of the mutated beowolf.

(Y/n): For fuck sake!

Star: Retreat!

Bianca runs to you.

Bianca: What do we do?!

You look at Bianca.

(Y/n): We have to run.

Bianca nods.

Bianca: Everyone fall back!

Everyone looks at Bianca.

Yang: What? We can take it!

You look at her.

(Y/n): No you can't! Now run!

You and Bianca run off. The two teams stare at the Cerberus as it stomps it's way towards them with its pups.

Jaune: I don't mean to be a coward but this thing is no ordinary Beowolf and it heals itself.

Ruby: Yang! Weiss! Freezer burn!

Weiss spins gracefully before planting her rapier in the ground creating a ice-circle. She backs out of Yang's way who jumps into the air and hits the epicenter with her Ember Celica, creating a wave of mist.

The Beowolf growls and looks around. Everyone runs and the Cerberus grimm howl and give chase.

It sniffs around with its pups and continues on. Meanwhile, everyone was in a tree of their own with Ren using his semblance to cloak himself and everyone else. Once he's sure the mutated grimm is gone, he breaths out and stops using his semblance. Everyone starts stepping down out of their trees.

You look at Nora and grit your teeth. You walk towards her.

(Y/n): Are you trying to get us all killed?!

Nora steps back from you as Ren steps in your way.

Ren: Back off (Y/n).

(Y/n): Your teammate just made this situation worse cause she didn't listen to me.

Pyrrha pushes you away from Ren.

Pyrrha: How do you know going for it's heads would work?!

(Y/n: It's called common sense!

Yang goes next you you.

Yang: (Y/n) just relax okay. I get it, you're a bit upset.

You look at Yang.

(Y/n): A bit upset? A bit upset?! Yang I'm fucking ropeable.

Bianca goes to you too.

Bianca: (Y/n). Just relax.

You take a deep breath and walk away from the group.

Nora: Yeah that's it go and cry cause you didn't get your wa-

She's cut off as Bianca punches her square in the face.

Nora holds her nose as it starts to bleed.

Bianca: Is this a game to you?! To see who the better person is in skill? Cause it's not!

Ren goes to Nora while everyone including yourself, stare at Bianca.

Bianca: Whatever grudges or hate you have towards (Y/n). Throw it away because right now your acting like children. It's an embarrassment.

She turns away and stands beside you.

Bianca: (Y/n) knows something. More than I do in fact and I'm a year level above him. So unless you start listening to him then the easier this mission will be.

Everyone except Yang looks down.

Bianca: If you can't do that simple thing then I see you as a liability. We WILL leave you behind.

She continues walking and you follow.

(Y/n): Thank you Bianca.

She looks at you and smiles.

Bianca: Chin up please Mr Hunter.

She says as she lightly taps your cheek. You hold your cheek. Yang sees this and pouts.

Ruby: Yang?

Yang looks at her half sister.

Yang: I'm okay Rubes. Just a little shaken from that encounter with the grimm.

Jaune: How does (Y/n) even know about it's weakness?

Blake: Well...in this circumstance. It really WAS common sense to go for the heads.

Weiss looks at Blake.

Weiss: Blake. Did you just 'sort of' agree with the loser?

Blake looks at Weiss.

Blake: It's called using your head ice queen.

Suddenly a Cerberus pup jumped out of the bushes onto Blake.

Yang: Blake-

Yang is cut off when she is flung into a tree by the adult Cerberus. It growls and slams Nora into the ground.

Ren: Nora!

Ren shoots at the mutated Beowolf while Ruby snipes the pup that was on Blake.

You look in shock and run to their aid. You kick the pup into a tree and put Vulcan's barrel in one of its mouths and blow its head off. Its remaining heads yelp in pain causing the adult Cerberus Grimm to look at you and roar. You look at it.

(Y/n): Come on. Come on you ugly fucker.

You run leading it way from the others.

Bianca: (Y/n)!

She gives chase. The pup starts to get up but Blake steps on it, keeping it down. She lights up the remaining heads with her Gambol Shroud. The pups body twitches before it eventually begins to evaporate.

Blake: Huh. Guess it is the heads.

Yang: We need to help Bianca and (Y/n)!

Yang yells as she runs after the two of you. The others give chase.

You were maneuvering around trees and logs and pushing past trees suffering minor cuts as you were running for your life. You look back to see the Cerberus gaining on you. You growl in frustration and turn to it.

It shoulder charges you which sends you flying into a tree. You gasp and fall to the ground, spitting out blood as you look at the mutated grimm approach. It raises its claw but it's hand is sliced off making it whimper in pain and look at the attacker, Bianca, who quickly back flips and jumps into a tree.

The Cerberus growls and grabs on of the bones sticking out of its flesh and breaks it off. He throws it at her but she dodged and keeps shooting. You hide behind a tree and take a deep breath.

Jasper: I have an idea.

(Y/n): I'm open to those...

Jasper: This could strain your body but it's our only chance to take this thing down.

You look at the fight going on between the Cerberus and Bianca. The Cerberus knocks down the next tree Bianca was going to jump to which makes her fall and roll in the dirt.

(Y/n): .....Do it.

Yang and the others came to the scene and saw the 'mutated' beowolf go to slash at Bianca with its already healed up hand.

Yang: No!

As it went to bring its claw down, it was grabbed. It looked to see its hand trapped in another hand made of earth. Everyone looks in shock to see you are controlling the hand. You had a red aura around you as you had your hand sticking out like you had a hold of something. The Cerberus grimm growls and dislocated it caught hand but you raise your other hand and grab its other arm with a hand made of earth. You looked over at the group.

(Y/n) (Jasper controlled): Now! Go for its heads!

You yelled.

Bianca shook off the awe and picked her sword back up. She ran at the 'mutated' beowolf and sliced its legs off. Ruby charges at the grimm with her Crescent Rose ready as she proceeds to cut the left head off. Pyrrha threw her spear at the right head which impaled it through its mouth as the spear tip came through the back of its head. You look at the spear and drop the hands which makes the earth hands crumble. You jump to the spear and pull it through the Cerberus's right head.

The remaining head howls loudly and tries to throw you off it. You however hold on and get up to its last head.

Bianca: (Y/n)!

You look at her as she tosses her sword to you. You grab it and bury the blade deep into its head.

The Cerberus stops struggling. You twist the blade making a crunching sound. It gives in and falls forward. Finally dying.

You jumped off its now evaporating body and hand Bianca her weapon. You hold Pyrrha's spear out to her. She takes it and watches as you walk forward before collapsing to your knees as your red eyes go back to their normal colour.

Bianca kneels next to you.

Bianca: You okay?

(Y/n): Internal bleeding. Just need a few minutes.

Yang looks around.

Yang: What the hell are we walking into exactly?

She asks.

(Y/n): Can't believe I'm saying this...especially to all of you. I will explain everything afterwards. I promise.

You stand and reach for your scroll.

(Y/n): I will call for an evac. I understand if you want to leave now especially after seeing...that.

You tilt your head over at the Cerberus Grimm that was still evaporating. Yang holds your scroll. You look up at her.

Yang: We wouldn't be in beacon if we didn't think we were fit to be Hunters and Huntress'.

You look at her. You look back at your scroll and narrow your eyes.

Bianca: Miss Xiao Long. If I may, he's only looking out for you all. The threat we are facing today is unlike anything we've seen.

Blake: It's just the white fang right? Your report in the briefing told us you found a village occupied by them.

You put your scroll away. You check your ammo and curse to yourself.

(Y/n): I'm nearly out.

Suddenly you hear a growl and look to see the other pup Cerberus Grimm.

(Y/n): Oops. We forgot one.

Everyone stares at it.

Ruby: Aww it's so cute.

Ike: Yeah, Awww, Cute. Then it grows up like it's father or mother and reproduces as well by just taking damage.

The pup steps back and bows it's heads before disappearing into the bushes.

Jaune comes next to you.

Jaune: Okay..?

(Y/n): We can't let it go. After it.

You all give chase as the pup begins to run away on all fours. You come out into the open and everyone stops.

(Y/n): Oh shit.

It was the village....and the white fang. Lined up in packs with their guns aimed at all of you.

The pup runs up to a man with a mask and horns on his head. The man pats the pup and smiles. Blake's eyes widen.

Blake: A-Adam?

Adam Taurus smiles as he lightly pats the Cerberus' middle head.

Adam: They're all here! Just like you said!

A few white fang members move to the side for a man dressed in dark clothing with a red scarf around his neck.

Bianca's eyes show a hint of anger as she tightly grips the hilt of her sword.

The man stands next to Adam with a gentle smile plastered on his face.

Star: That's him.

Star says with a mix of anger and fear.

(Y/n): ...Nightmare.

Nightmare steps forward. Yang stares at him. Suddenly she gets chills after she stares into his eyes as she begins to remember what happened back at the bar a few nights ago.

Yang: Those eyes...

Ruby looks at her sister.

Ruby: Yang?

Yang: ...I...know you.

Nightmare looks at her.

Yang: The bar...but, you were-

She looks at you.

Yang: (Y/n)...?

You look at her. You could tell she was very confused.

Nightmare: On your knees.

You look at him.

Nightmare: Or I won't go easy on you.
