I started to wake up slightly... shaking my head awake...

I opened my eyes a slith, i was in one of the beds in the dormitory.

It was quiet...almost motionless...

I blinked a few times, trying to regain a clear mindset...

I felt a light tap on the side of my head as i flinched a bit in response.

I quickly sat up and saw one of the guards.

"So your finally awake?"

"Why are you still here?" I asked a bit nervous

"Tch... ask me something easier... are you alright?"

I hesitantly nodded looking off to the side.

"When are the others players coming back?"

"I dont know exactly, but it shouldnt be too long"

I started to worry about my group a little... i hope they were all okay...

"Hey, you look sad" he tapped the back of his gun against my head.

I sighed, "im not, please dont worry about me"

I stayed silent for a bit before contiuning to speak, "whats your number? I feel like i should need something to call you by..."

"...34, but how do you know that the guards have codes too?"

"One of your friends told me... i tought that you have one too then"

"Friends?"

"Oh, sorry for phrasing it like that...i just 'coworker' is a better word..."

"And which one if i might ask?"

I stood up from the mattress, staring off into space...

"Number 12... if i remember correctly..."

'Hm... i hoped the 'palm writing method' worked for once...'

I suddendly felt a light tug on my shoulder.

"Didnt i tell you to watch out for the managers?" He pulled me a bit closer to the point that if he didnt wear a mask i could most likely feel his breath...

"Managers? So square means manager..." i poked on his mask, "so what does a triangle mean?"

He sighed, adjusting his mask a bit.

"Why do you want to know so much? Theres no benefit to it other than that you risk losing your life"

I looked at him for a while, "why would you kill me?"

"Huh?"

"I doubt any of the guards here are really in charge here. Simply the word 'manager' pretty much confirmed my theory. There must be a real mastermind. And whoever they might be, they dont seem to have a problem with you guys helping me out"

I looked at him blankly, waiting for an answer.

"Your smarter than you act, ill give you that"

I smiled a bit.

"Now, since you want to know, let me tell you then... triangle means 'soldiers', its one rank below the managers"

"Is that why you guys carry weapons?"

"Exactly, but one last thing"

He gently lifted up my chin.

"Might i know what your name is?"

I paused for a second, "y/n"

"Ah, suits you. A pretty name for a pretty face"

I felt my cheeks heat up...

"Shut up..." i scoffed.

"hm? I should shut up?"

He laid his hand along my jawline, lifting my head up a bit.

"Your even cuter up close..."

I ripped my eyes wide open as i suddendly felt a soft pair of lips intertwine with mine, softly kissing me.

My breathing stocked as my heart started beating out of my chest...

After a few seconds he pulled away from me as i stared at him dumbfounded, my face completely flushed.

He quickly pulled his masks back over his mouth, twirling around a piece of my hair...

I pushed him off as i crossed my arms over my chest, "tch... what the hell was that for?"

"Almost all the other guards have already laid their eyes on you. It was only a matter of time you know?" He laughed.

'Ts... that was my first kiss you jerk...'

He suddendly wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling my back against him.

"H-huh..?" I covered my cheeks up with my hand, trying to hide the intense blush on my face.

"Come on, lets make sure you win this, okay?"

"Wouldnt that be...cheating?"

I heard a low chuckle

"Id break any rule for you my dear..."

"U-ugh..." i grit my teeth, my face tingling from how hard i was blushing...

"Lets talk another time, the players are coming back soon" he brushed some hair behind my ear.

"Y-yeah.. J-just let go of me!"

"Your absolutely stunning dear..."

"I'll haunt you in your dreams i swear to god!"
