"Dad, I can take care of it. Marcus is here as well. You don't have to cancel your trip to London," Silas tried to reason with his father, who has been extremely worried since Silas broke the news of his house break-in incident. "We have all the help we need here. We will update you with everything. Silas is right, you should not cancel your trip." Marcus added.

Owen rubbed his temple, he hasn't been able to think straight since Silas and Marcus showed up at his office. They told him about everything that has been happening for the past couple of months. He was not surprised to find that Silas has been hiding this from him. They try not to worry their father anymore. They have been extra careful of his health – especially since Ruby died. Owen slowly nodded his head, "Alright, boys. I am sure you can take care of it. But remember, Marcus, I need you to update me every day with the situation. And please, Silas, don't take matters into your own hands. Let the authorities do their work," Owen advised his sons.

Silas rolled his eyes, "I know. That's what everyone has been telling me." He mumbled.

Marcus smiled at his father, "Of course, Dad. I will let you know about everything. When are you leaving for London?" He asked.

Owen heaved a sigh, "Tomorrow morning," He replied. "I am taking Franklin with me. He has never been out of the country. It might be refreshing for him," Owen added.

Marcus and Silas were surprised to know that Franklin will be flying to London with their father. "Really? Does he know?" Silas chuckled. Owen smiled and nodded his head, "Yes, I asked him to accompany me a few days ago and he agreed." Owen replied.

Silas was impressed. Franklin had a hard life. He had seen a lot of difficulties in his life and it is about time he relaxes a bit. Both his children are doing well in their lives. They are settled and happy in their lives. It is time for Franklin to take a break as well. Silas smiled, "I am glad he is going with you, Dad. Does Maria know?" He asked.

Owen shrugged, "I think he didn't tell her yet, but he did go to Marcus's place after he came to know that Maria will be spending her time with Charlie and Elizabeth there," Owen answered. "Maybe he went to tell her," He added.

"How long will you be gone?" Maria asked her father when he broke the news of him going on a trip to London with Owen. She wasn't expecting such news. Leo has been asking their father to come back to Chicago as well, but something always comes up, and also, Maria doesn't want him to go and permanently live with Leo.

Franklin sighed, "A month. Owen insisted that I come along with him. He wants me to visit London," He chuckled.

Maria smiled. It was very nice of Owen to ask her father to go with him. He hardly ever go out – let alone travel to another country. All his life, he has been a responsible father. For once, it will be nice for him to enjoy himself. Owen and Franklin are very good friends and they both enjoy each other's company. It will be nice for these two friends to be off their fatherly duties for once. This is why Maria didn't bring what happened last night in front of her father. She wants him to go without any worries. He has worried enough in his life.

Franklin, Maria, Charlie, and Elizabeth had lunch together. Elizabeth did plan to go out for lunch unknowingly of what happened last night, but Charlie lied about Kathie's not feeling well – who was sleeping in her room and they ended up having lunch at home. Maria was thankful for Charlie's quick thinking. Elizabeth is leaving with her brother for Chicago today, and Maria doesn't want her to worry about them. She is already feeling a little down, leaving her father and brothers to live in another city.

After lunch, Elizabeth went to Silas's home to find it empty. She had some of her things there which she needed to pack with the rest of her things. As she expected Silas was at work and his dog was with Maira. What Elizabeth noticed was that there was more than usual security around his house. She wondered what it was about, then realized about Silas and Maria's wedding news going out and maybe Silas increased the security to keep the media away from his life. Elizabeth didn't think more about it as she already had so much work to do. She collected her things and went back to Leo's hotel, where she had brought the rest of her luggage.

Elizabeth could hear the shower, which means Leo was in there. Her suitcases were mostly packed and neatly sitting in the corner. One suitcase was opened. It was the last one Elizabeth needed to pack – all the rest were packed and sat aside by Leo and here – well, mostly Leo. She has been very excited to start – or should she say restart this new phase of her life with Leo, but at the moment as she stood in the middle of the room – her heart dropped. She will be leaving everything behind.

She gulped as she think about her father, how much he must need her – especially after losing her mother like the way he did. She thought about her nieces and nephew – how they are going to grow up without their aunt constantly around them. She thought about the family dinners her brothers will have and how she will not be a part of them.

And in the last, she wondered what waits for her in Chicago. Where she lost the chunk of her memory, where she attacked – but also, met the love of her life. Even if everyone tells her that she will do fine because she did spend months in there, the truth will always be the same. She doesn't remember those so they don't exist for her. This is a fresh start for her and as daring as she is – Elizabeth is scared. Even when she has Leo by her side, she is scared.

Elizabeth was startled as she felt an arm wrapping around her waist from behind her. Her heart was racing by the time Leo chuckled and kissed her cheek from behind her. "I can hear you think," He mumbled as he rested his chin on her shoulder.

Elizabeth didn't notice when he came out of the shower. He wasn't wearing any clothes instead a towel was wrapped around his waist. She could feel his damp chest pressing behind her back. She relaxed in his arms, "And what do you hear?" She asked softly and put her hands over his on her stomach.

Leo hummed, "I hear that you are nervous. You are scared of this new start. You are also sad because you are leaving your loved ones behind," He answered. Elizabeth chuckled. Only Leo can read him so well. "And I am here to tell you that it is okay to be nervous. And it is natural to be scared, but please – never lose your trust in me. I might not be able to replace your family, but I promise that I will always care for you and will always be your home." He told her. Elizabeth closed her eyes and leaned back to her. Leo removed his chin off her shoulder and gently spun her around to make her face him. Leo cupped her face and softly brushed her thumb against her cheek, "Hey, open your eyes." He asked and so she did – slowly.

"I love you," He told her. These mere simple words were like magic to her. She smiled at him. She doesn't have to travel to another city or live with him to know that he is indeed her home, so no matter where they end up – as long as she has him, she will always be at home.

Lauren has worked as Owen Harrison's secretary for the past twenty-three years. She started when she was in her twenties and still is working for him even when she is in her late forties. She has always been very loyal to Owen. She has seen Marcus, Silas, and Elizabeth grow into successful people. She has seen Owen during his up and downs. She was there when Ruby was still a loving wife and she was there when she was found out as a delinquent of the family. She was there when Owen moved to London to take care of his wife and she was there when Ruby died. Lauren is not just a secretary to Owen, she is a friend.

She walked into Owen's office after Silas and Marcus walked out. They greeted her with as much love and respect as always. Marcus asked her about her cats and wished her well before the brothers walk away. Lauren suspected by the smiles on their face, their father hasn't told them anything well. She heaved a sigh and shook her head as she walked closer to Owen, who had his eyes closed and his head was resting against the header of his chair.

"I know what you are going to say," Owen mumbled, without even opening his eyes. He knows it was Lauren. Only she can walk into his office without permission. Lauren smiled as she poured water for Owen in his glass. She placed the glass on the desk just when Owen opened his eyes and looked at her. "I couldn't tell them," He mumbled. "It's not the right time," He added tiredly.

Lauren looked straight into his eyes, "It will never be, Mr. Harrison. You have kept it a secret for months now. It is time you tell your children. They deserve to know." She politely tried to reason.

Owen exhaled, "Not now," He mumbled and shook his head. Lauren has worked long enough with Owen to know that Owen can be a stubborn man – if he says not now then not now. Lauren quietly nodded her head and walked out of the office. She only wondered how his family will react when they will know the truth.

"Damn it," Silas halted in his way and mumbled as he and Marcus were making their way to the elevator. They are supposed to meet one of Marcus's old friends, Jard, a law enforcer. They will explain everything to him and ask him what can and can't do to stop Sean from hurting anyone. But as they were getting closer to the elevator, Silas saw that girl from that bakery walking in. He completely forgot about his stupidity.

Marcus halted a few steps ahead of him. He looked at his brother with his eyebrows drawn and walked back to him. "What?" He asked, but when Silas didn't answer him and kept on looking at the girl, whose he has forgotten – Marcus followed his brother's gaze. He didn't have to process longer to realize that she was the girl, Silas stupidly challenged. They cannot have her around, especially with what has been going around. They see the girl looking around – trying to find someone to get more information from. "Silas, make that girl leave. We can't afford to have her around. As horrible as it may sound, but pay her if you must – but make her leave, you hear me?" Marcus spoke to his brother.

Silas know that his brother is right, so he nodded his head. He will have to ask this girl to go away. Marcus told him that he will be waiting for Silas in the car and walked away – leaving Silas to tackle this situation, he created himself. Silas blew his cheeks out. The sooner he talk to her, the sooner he will be able to pay attention to the real issue – that is Sean.

With stiff back and dispassionate face, He walked to her. She had her back towards him as she was talking to an employee – asking him about Silas. When his employee looked behind her shoulder, she turned around to find Silas strolling towards him. Josephine gulped and walked towards Silas. They stopped a few steps away from each other. Silas opened his mouth to tell her to leave and to accept that it was a mistake and that he cannot deal with her, but Josephine beat her to it.

"Listen, Mr. Harrion – I, well – I need to talk to you. Please, can you give me just five minutes to explain?" She asked. She didn't seem as confident as she did the other day. Silas raised his eyebrow. He decided not to stretch this further and apologize to her and ask her to leave when she spoke again, "I am sorry, okay? I was frustrated and I shouldn't have judged you. Please, can you spare just fives minutes?" She pleaded.

Silas shouldn't have agreed to it, especially when his brother is waiting for him in the car, but he decided to listen to her. It was only five minutes, after all. Silas asked her to follow her to his office. He closed the door to his office after her. As Silas sat on his chair, Josephine looked around his spacious office. "I am in a hurry, so please – say what you have to say," Silas said – pointing towards one of the chairs in front of his desk.

Josephine gulped and slowly sat on one of the chairs. She was wearing a white blouse and a pair of black pants. She didn't have a backpack with her like the last time – instead, she had a black binder resting on her lap. "Uh, I will be straightforward with you. I know what will happen if I agree to your challenge." She paused and looked down at her intertwined fingers. "I will fail and end up with nothing," She softly added before looking at Silas, "So, instead of that – can you – can you please hire me? I can prove my capabilities to you." She asked – flinching a bit at her own request.

"I know I don't have much experience and the one I have isn't sufficient enough for a firm like yours." She bit her tongue – trying to calm herself as she spoke. "But I really need a job. I am not asking for a job I am not qualified for, and I am not asking you to hire me in your firm nor am I asking for unreasonable pay – but maybe – uh, well – maybe you can recommend me to someplace else? I really need a job at this moment, Mr. Harrison. I will be very thankful to you if you would help," She asked with her head bowed down. She did shoot her self-esteem to be here.

Silas was speechless, he didn't think she would say that or behave so compliant in front of him. When Silas didn't speak, she put her binder on his desk. "If you decide to help me, this has my resume and contact details. Uh, I am sorry again." She told him before she sighed and slowly stood up on her. She was hoping that he would stop her and tell her that he will help, but it never happened, so she wordless walked out of his office.
