In all honesty, things just got unclearer. Yes, (Y/N) is confuse and probably lost but she didn't lost hope! Somehow, she believed that these strangers... no, friends of her's will help her solve this puzzle.
She remembered everything from the tiny useless memories to the memorable moments she have until now. Before she found herself playing in this circus, she knew she was about to get hit by some kind of truck but mysteriously ended up, well, in the Wolf Circus! These thoughts left her puzzled but she stayed strong.
It's only a matter of time before all of this will be over.
==[ Trustworthy Comrades! ]==
"You really like those?" Popee wheezed as he tried to keep himself from laughing his butt off.
"So what?" (Y/N) hissed, clearly annoyed of his actions. In spite of the fact that a heat of an argument was about to start, she refused to immaturely make a fuss about this so called QnA. (Y/N) was almost about to let it all out but knowing her reasonable thinking she sighed in defeat. As much as she wanted to punch the hell outta him, she couldn't.
The sociopathic teenager uttered in return, "You got some weird taste (Y/N)! Why not have some standards?" He smiled like he didn't just dropped a nuclear bomb on her head! "Even I have some standards you wouldn't even have!"
Hearing that of course would make anybody go mad, like for instance the girl (Y/N). She GLADLY answered back.
"Oh yeah? If I weren't up for your standards then why bother me then?"
Each word laced with such fierce and terror. For a second, she sounded like her mother. This was shocking especially for (Y/N). Sure, she sometimes talk quite loudly but it never reaches this point.

Popee flinched from the sudden outburst, he never expect something like that to come from her trap. He knew he did something wrong but he doesn't know how to fix it.
She's mad... at me?
(Y/N)'s hands clenched tightly, her eyes switching slightly, her usual composure now struggles to stay calm. Tension sprouted just as the atmosphere thickened from too much pressure coming from the angered visitor and the troubled performer.
W-what should I do?
Popee wanted to do something, he NEEDED to do something. Even jerks like him suffocates from such an ominous aura. (Y/N) stared daggers at his timid figure which made him sweat faster.
What did I even do to deserve this!?
We all know the two always get into quarrels with each other but this time, it's different. A thought came out of the blue, he despised it but it's the only way.
"I'm really sorry, (Y/N)." It was spoken in a low gentle tone but (Y/N) can tell how disgusted he is at whatever he is doing.
How shocking for (Y/N). She watched him fiddle with his fingers while he stood as stiff as a board. This isn't like him, (Y/N) thought. The surprised girl carefully eyed him, checking for any uncertainties ready to be caught.
"L-look okay? I'm not good in these apology stuff, but I really mean it!" Popee uttered making a droplet of sweat slide across his stern but sorry face.
The thick atmosphere dissipated causing a quick breeze of air between the two. Suddenly (Y/N) started laughing like crazy, Popee giggled along still confuse about this crap.
"Popee, you're amazing!" She managed to spat some words as she kept laughing.
"R-really?" Popee slightly perked up from her warm smile but then realized he looked like a dork. He cleared his throat, forcing his voice to deepen "I mean, yeah I know. But do ya mean it, (Y/N)?"

"I do, besides you've always been."
Things like these always have an affect on Popee. He couldn't accept it but he enjoy her company. He's lonely, really lonely but when she's around everything doesn't matter. He's quite glad to be here with her but one thing always come to his mind when they're together... is she glad to be here too?
"(Y/N)..." he called her.
"Hmm?"
"Do you— D-do you en—"
Here he goes again with the stutters. It's a tad bit annoying but since he apologized, she didn't mind waiting for him to find the right words to tell her.
"Okay big guy, what is it?"
His eyes were fixed to the cold sand. It took a while but at last Popee finally cocked his head to her direction. Shooting her a confident grin.
"Please stay!" After realizing what he said, he turned away. Blushing from embarrassment.
"Woah, where is all of this coming from? I've never seen you this eager to let me stay." (Y/N) rambled hastily like it was the end of the world! Questions kept coming out of another, creating this long list of questions.
"I thought you dislike me?" She asked for the last time.
"I don't dislike you, I just— I'm always like this."
(Y/N) didn't reply.
"I've always been this problematic kid and I-I don't want you to leave—"
"Stop, I get it."
Popee faces her with tears gleaming on his eyes.
"If it makes you feel better, I'll stay."
"R-really—?"
"Shut it, I'm still not done. I'll stay until your dreams come true!"
"Wha?"
"Didn't you say it's Keda's and your dream to have a show with an audience?"
"Well yeah, but having you here is okay too—"
"Me? Oh no, no, up you need a larger audience! So I'll help."
She isn't listening to me as expected. Popee gave (Y/N) a reassuring smile but deep inside it's nothing but to hide his despair.
"You don't have to—"
"We'll prepare a performance! A performance filled with such wonders that'll make everyone in all ages come visit our Wolf Circus!"
"If you think this'll help me and Keda, then we'll do it!"
"That's the spirit! Let's start tomorrow, how's that Pops?"
"Sounds good! And did you really just?"
"Yep, I just did... Pops."
"(Y/N)..." he smiled.
All's well;ends well, that's what they always say. In today's chapter we witnessed a very honest conversation between two friends. But despite (Y/N)'s will to help the troubled performer, Popee never seemed to brighten up.
What word is it again? Right, misunderstanding. This girl overdrives herself to fulfill his dear friend's desire, when in fact the wish was already granted. Meanwhile the troubled one lied and kept his feelings to himself, masking his inner self with a childish facade.
Efforts gone to waste.
Lies to keep her safe.
Upsetting, I agree.
