《Tricia Robredo x Y/N (Oneshots)》Madre Leonor

Tricia smashes you in the face with a pillow, and in the exact moment that she pulls the pillow away- You grab your own and chase her around the couch. You swipe at her with the pillow every now and then, but it doesn't connect.
She runs to the kitchen with her own pillow under her arm. Tricia puts the dining table between you as a buffer, but you go under instead and she wastes no time running back to the living room. There's a bit of distance between the both of you now, and so you come up with a grand but potentially risky plan.
Risky as in you might end up with an open skull-
"TRICIA!"
She turns to look at you for a second, and it's all the stillness and opening you need from her. You throw your body at her, and she drops the pillow to catch you with an expression of shock at your life decisions.
You tackle her by the waist, and she flies over the arm rest and into the couch cushions. You quickly pin her down by placing your legs on either side of her waist and with a battle cry of victory, you raise the pillow over your head to whack her with. But the advantage of being tall and having long arms goes to your girlfriend so she quickly pulls you down by your forearms, resulting in your grip on the pillow to loosen.
Your arms end up on either side of her head, and due to the speed that your arms end up being pulled down- Your legs wobble. To support your new position, Tricia quickly places a hand on your waist and the other can only come up to your stomach as it was pinned between your bodies in the scuffle.
"Hi."
"Hello."
You and Tricia smile at each other, the silence of the atmosphere wrapping a comfortable blanket around the two of you. She leans up to press your foreheads together, and you can't help but smile and chuckle at the cute gesture. Her hand squeezes your waist while she grins with her eyes closed.
The front door clicks open, and the two of you snap your heads in its direction.
Vice President Leni Robredo stands in the doorway, rifling through her bag in search of something as she steps inside the apartment before shutting the door with her foot. With one hand still searching through her bag, she locks the door with her keys on one hand.

She pulls her phone out of her bag in triumph before turning around only for her smile to fall into a shocked expression as she gets frozen in place. One of her hands holds her phone while the other is stuck mid air- Halfway through the motion of tossing her house keys into the holding bowl.
She takes in your position on the couch. Tricia's hands on your torso, one leg propped up while you're hovering over her body with your hands on each side of her head, the messy hairdos and the couch pillows on the floor-
The shocked faces does it for her, she blinks once and she decides she'll give the two of you a moment to recompose yourselves.
She heads straight into her room with her eyes fleeting from place to place, looking anywhere but at her daughter and you.
------------------------------------------------------------
You and Tricia jump apart in mortification. Picking up your pillows and tossing them back on the couch, the two of you fix yourselves up and quickly sit back down on the couch with a respectable distance between the two of you just before someone else opens the door.
"Hello, nakauwi na si mama?"
The two of you smile at the eldest Robredo sister, before you confirm that their mother has indeed arrived and is currently in her room. Aika returns the smile as she makes her way to her room.
"Idlip muna ako, if kakain kayo ng lunch pakisabi na lang kay Jill at kay mama na sobrang busy namin kanina and I still need to get back to the office by three PM. Thank you!"
She waves at the both of you before stepping inside her room and shutting the door behind her. You and Tricia look at each other, she's the first to speak although she does so in a hushed tone.
"Ikaw kasi, bat ka nananalon?!"
"Ako?! Bat ka nanghahampas?!"
Tricia is in the process of retorting when a door opens and her mother steps out of her room in silence. Once again the three of you look at each other, and Leni moves towards the both of you. She takes a seat in the space between you and Tricia before she takes a deep breath and clears her throat. Leni holds out a hand for each of you, and after a split second of hesitation and a shared gaze over the Vice President's head- The both of you place a hand in hers.

"Alam niyo, I was once your age rin.."
"..."
"Oh my God, mama-"
"Shush."
Tricia tries to explain to no avail, she's shut down before she can even start to get to the point. You sit silently with your head hung low in mortification. The doctor falls into silence, accepting her defeat with a silent prayer that her mother just get over the topic quickly.
"So ayun na nga, kahit medjo bago man yung relasyon niyo.. Matagal naman na kayong magkakilala, and I agree and wholeheartedly support your relationship- I have nothing against my daughter being with somebody else's daughter...."
You start hoping for the ground to open up and swallow you whole.
"Ang pakiusap ko lang, ay wag naman sana sa salas kung saan kung sino sino ang maaring makakita.. May malaking bintana jaan sa likod ng sofa oh, tapos ayan pagkapasok ko ng pinto edi huli kayo agad." She shakes her daughter's hand, and Tricia's head shoots up to meet her mother's gaze despite the embarrassing misunderstanding that has landed you two in this situation.
"Anak, Malaki ka na, may trabaho ka na, kaya mo na sustentohan sarili mo, at wala na akong karapatan sabihan ka pa kung ano ang bawal mong gawin.... Pero may kwarto ka ha?? Huwag kakalimutan okay?"
Tricia's eyes widen in disbelief, and before she can respond or deny the allegations- Her mother turns to you, shaking your hand as well. You meet her gaze, and despite the cold that has settled in your bones and stomach you manage to keep her gaze.
"Y/N I'm trusting you ha? The next time na.... May balak kayo ni Trish.... Kaladkarin mo, o bitbitin mo sa kwarto niya ha? Wag ka basta basta magpapadala sa mood."
"Aba wait lang bakit parang kasalanan ko pa?!?"
At Tricia's outburst, the feeling of shyness and mortification fades from your body and is instead replaced by the uncontrollable need to laugh. Leni is confused at why you're laughing at such a serious time, and after a few moments, you manage to pull yourself together. With a deep breath, you turn your whole body towards your girlfriendvs mother and place your other hand atop hers.
"Salamat po sa concern at pangangalaga tita, pero hindi po talaga yun ang nangyari." She looks confused, and Tricia remains standing in indignation when her mother asks what really happened in a lost tone.
"Nag pillow fight po kami ni Tricia, and nung una dito lang po kami sa salas nag hahabulan. Napaka liit lang po nung agwat, pero hindi ko pa rin po maabot kapag inihahampas ko po yung unan. Tapos dinala niya po yung laban sa kusina, at iginitna niya po yung kainan saamin. I decided to crawl under the dining table po, and tumakbo na siya pabalik sa salas tapos mas lalo po lumaki yung agwat."
Leni nods at each change of events in the story, listening intently.
"Tapos nung andito na po siya sa may bandang kamay nung sofa, tinawag ko po para tumalikod at mapaharap po saakin. Nag succeed, at dahil po doon ay nakakuha po ako ng pagkakataon na mang tackle."
Leni's mouth has formed an 'O' shape, finally understanding where your embarrassment has come from. It's not because of the event that she assumed was taking place before she arrived, but because of the assumption she had made when she first came into the room.
She lets out a laugh, before shaking her head and fully facing you as well. "Pasensiya ka na ha Y/N, ako pala ung may mali." You smile at her words before she pulls you into a hug that you return.
Tricia's eyebrows furrow and her mouth hangs open in disbelief. She taps her mother on the shoulder incessantly as she speaks.
"Ma, bakit ako walang sorry? Ako ung pinag bintangan mong pasimuno? Ma inosente ako?"
The mother in question lets go of you before she stands from the couch and starts making her way back to her room.
"Ma paano ako?? Ma? MA NAMAN!"
You laugh along with your Tita as her daughter tails after her in demand of a separate apology.
Leni only waves her hand at the doctor in nonchalance. "Settled naman na wag ka mag alala." She says before closing the door to her room.
Tricia turns to you. Disbelief written all over her face, and all you can do is laugh harder at the scene.
