A/N: Okay so, I figured out the full equation. Dr. Janine Patricia Gerona Robredo is 28 years old as of now, six years younger than ate Aika, and six years older than the paboritong anak- Her birthdate being July 18, 1994!

------------------------------------------------------------

"Trish?"

"Ate?"

The sisters stand outside your apartment building, confused about running into each other here after two. The older woman holds in her hands flowers and a bottle of champagne while the younger holds flowers and takeout from your favorite restaurant. They eye each other's presents before locking eyes with each other, Aika is the first to break the silence between them as they step into the lobby- Stopping her sister just before they take the stairs.

"Trish, may gusto ka rin sa kanya ano?"

The younger girl sighs, before turning to her sister.

"Oo.."

Aika closes her eyes with resignation in her heart. She knew she'd have competition, but she never expected her own sister. It's not as much as she doesn't like the fact that Tricia likes Y/N, the person's smart, kind, exciting, endearing- All the qualities the person posses makes them downright irresistible. She takes a deep breathe before opening her eyes and smiling encouragingly at her sister.

"Well I guess now we both know.. Tara akyat na tayo."

-----------------------------------------------------------

The doorbell rings and you look towards the door in confusion. You're not expecting anyone, it's your day off and so is the next day and you plan to enjoy it by playing videogames and reading books. Besides it's pretty late for any of your friends to ask you to go out because for you, sunset means "Time to enjoy my indoor peace." So you pray its not anyone who'd ask you to accompany them to a club or a bar, or any sort of night activity. Unless it's a night market, then you could be convinced otherwise.

You peak through the peephole and you find your friends Aika and Tricia. Without hesitation, you turn the lock and open the door to be greeted with smiles from the sisters, who raise the items in their hands before loudly greeting you. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" An unbelieving laugh escapes you and you usher them inside and give each of them a tight hug in gratitude. Tricia hands you the bouquet she was carrying after you pull away from her sister, and you smile at her in thanks.

You usher them both into the living room, telling them to put the champagne and food on the coffee table, you also tell them to make themselves comfortable before excusing yourself to find a vase for Tricia's flowers.

Tricia gets to work on unpacking the food she brought while Aika raids your kitchen for glasses that the three of you could use. You return to the sisters seated on your couch in silence while waiting for you, both heads turn to you after your entry into the living room and the two stand up in synch.

They smile at you before they each taking up a task: Aika pops open the bottle and pours all three of you a glass, while Tricia hands you a plate with a spoon as you walk closer to the table. She hands one to her sister as well, after the older woman finishes pouring your drinks. The three of you get to work in taking portions of food before sitting back down.

"I'm surprised naalala niyo birthday ko. Isang beses ko lang minention yun which was when I first met each of you."

They both seem shocked for a moment- Like kids caught in a silly lie. Aika hangs her head low with a hand covering her mouth while she lets out a single cough, her face heats up but Tricia keeps her cool despite being unable to hide the wide smile that appears on her face. She speaks without breaking eye contact with you. "Ganun talaga pag attentive ka sa tao. You remember the little details, hindi ba?" She softly elbows her sister, who looks up and shoots you a tight lipped smile and a nod before she takes in a spoonful of food.

The three of you bond together, talking about your day and about the things you have been up to since you last saw each other which was two weeks ago. You share laughs, stories, and jokes- The mood was light until they told you of how they both ended up here in your apartment.

"Teka hindi kayo pumunta dito ng sabay?"

Aika and Tricia look at each other, silently asking who's going to tell you what they agreed to do at the end of the day. It seems to them as if the topic for later is about to become the topic of now. "No, hindi kami sabay nagpunta. Nakasalubong ako ni Trish sa labas ng building mo noong papasok na ako."

Tricia takes the lead for the next part.

"We actually wanted to tell you something, by the end of the night para makapag isip ka ng walang mang gugulo pero since andito naman na tayo.. Parehas kami ni ate na may gusto sayo, and we both came here seperately with the intention to confess to you in private pero nagkasabay kami ng punta kaya ayan."

Tricia gestures with her hands, taking a moment to stay silent and catch her breath. Aika adds on to the statement.

"Di naman ibig sabihin na andito kami ngayon ay dapat pumili ka na agad, o agad na may sagutin ka. Ang para saamin lang, ay kung maari namin ipakita sayo na seriyoso kami- At okay lang rin naman kung ayaw mo muna ng manliligaw edi kaya naman namin mag hintay."

------------------------------------------------------------

6 Months Later

You wait for Tricia outside of the Hospital. Aika, Jillian, and Tita Leni have all told you seperately that a certain eye-glass wearing member of their family has been taking on way too much overtime for her own good which results to extreme fatigue after her shifts which then results in her skipping meals.

Reports are that she sometimes also takes work home with her. Talking to staff members on her phone and helping them with hospital files instead of resting or sleeping like she ought to be doing.

So now you're here to ensure she does not skip another meal. That and you see this as the most opportune moment to get back at her for all those chastising when you were the one who had been skipping some of your meals due to a busy schedule.

The sliding doors open, and she steps out.

A smile breaks out on your face and you immediately roll down the window on the passenger's side, then you lean over to ensure you're atleast a bit more audible before you speak.

"Hey Trish!"

The Doctor looks at you in surprise, in the broad morning light you notice how much deeper her eyebags seem to be. You settle right then and there that she'll be doing nothing but resting as soon as she gets to the hospital. She fixes her hair and glasses unconsciously before moving closer to your car and speaking.

"Y/N?! Ginagawa mo dito??"

You unbuckle your seat belt with grin, before you reach over to open the door. "Sinusundo ka, di ba halata? Now get in! We're going for breakfast. Treat kita for being such a hardworking doctor, yieeee."

She rolls her eyes at you but gets into the car without a retort. The two of you buckle your seatbelts and you ask her if she's ready. When she affirms that she is, you waste no time pulling out of the parking space and heading to her favorite 24/7 Bistro.

The two of you get there in no time, the roads are still quite clear given that its seven AM and there's no school today so the roads aren't as jam packed as they'd normally be. You and Tricia make your way inside, with you ordering her favorite meal as well as yours while she finds a table for you both.

You make your way to her to find that she's got her head supported by her hands with her eyes closed. You shake your head with a soft smile before taking yoir seat across her as quietly as you can. There aren't that many people here the the diner just yet as is a little early in the morning, so you let her rest her eyes. Based off of the stories her family has been telling you about her recent schedule, she needs it.

"Plus ang ganda niya pag candid."

You take in the scene of the diner around you, savoring the peace as its not too often that the place isn't packed. Soon enough you spot the counter staff preparing to hand your food over to the waiter, and you take that as a sign to wake Tricia up from her nap.

"Trish? Trish gising, yung favourite mo paparating na."

She comes back to the land of the awoken with a small disgruntled sound, her eyes open just a bit before she meets your gaze.

"Hm? Anong paparating? Eh anjan ka na nga nakaupo oh."

You lightly slap her on the arm for good measure. She shoots you a bright smile to show her good natured teasing, after the fully wakes herself up- The two of you start eating your breakfast meal. Soon enough the two of you are finished, and normally you would stay and chat but right now you can see Tricia's eyelids drooping.

You don't think she could stay awake to save her life right now so you offer to take her home immediately. "That would be amazing." She responds honestly, and with a laugh you lead her out of the diner.

You open the door for her and once she's in, you close her door and make your way to the driver's side. You get in and start the engine, warming it up for a few seconds before asking if the woman beside you is all ready to go. No response comes from her and you thought she had her airpods on- But when you spare her a glance, you find that Tricia has fallen asleep on you.

------------------------------------------------------------

You pull up to the front of the Robredo's home. Almost an hour on the road since traffic has kicked up by the time you finished eating and Tricia's still asleep. Her head's no longer upright and has long since bent her neck to the left, you wince just looking at her position. You can feel the ache and you're not even the one in her place right now.

You turn the engine off and pull the key out before unbuckling your seatbelt and unlocking both your door and Tricia's. You get out of the car, locking your door behind you then you make your way to the gate and open the lock.

When you're sure you could just push the gate open, you make your way back to the passenger side. Then as slowly and as quietly as you can, you open the door and unbuckle Tricia's seatbelt before locking the door from the interior. You take a deep breath before gently taking her arm, placing it around your neck and hoisting the doctor into your arms.

You gently but securely kick the door closed, and you easily make your way to the front door of their house. Then you wonder how you'll manage to knock with both of your hands full. An idea that's sure to land you in hell makes its way into your head...

Looking down at the girl in your arms, you wonder if the impact would cause a loud knock if you simply toss her at the front door.

You stifle a laughter and shake your head. Looking around, you make sure there's no one around to see what you're about to do before you quickly headbutt the doorbell twice.

Almost immediately the door opens and Jillian appears, trying her best to hold in a laugh. You know because she only nods at you in acknowledgement without uttering a word, and that is not how Jillian is. The girl loves causing chaos with nothing but words that you'd swear it was her sole purpose in life.

Jillian steps aside, letting you inside and you mutter a quiet thanks at her before you make your way to Tricia's room.

It's painted beige with white sheets and pillows, the wooden furnitures are made up of light colored wood while the chairs are white, there's a grey rug on the wall that makes the lightness of the room pop, and two bookshelves with one and one-half solely dedicated for her medical books, while the other half of the second bookshelf holds past-time novels.

The room itself reflects the owner's personality.

You make your way inside and place Tricia down on the bed, not bothering to close the door as you'll be on your way out quickly. You make sure she's not in any risk of falling off in her sleep before you make a move to pull away. Only for Tricia to groan and lock her arms around your neck, effectively pulling you closer.

"Trish, asa bahay ka na. I gotta go na, matulog ka lang jan at masyado mo nang binu-bugbog ng trabaho yang katawan mo."

Tricia pulls you closer to her until you have to place an arm at the side of her head to keep yourself from falling on top of her. She softly utters one word, but with the short distance between the two of you- It's easy to understand.

"Stay."

So with a sigh, and a little bit of contemplation. You come to the conclusion that she's not letting you go any time soon, and you've got nowhere to be for the day anyway. So you kick off your shoes and prepare to get on the twin sized bed.

"Usog ka muna."

She complies, and you're able to get in bed and lie beside her. Tricia adjusts so that she's got you in her arms instead of the other way around. She inhales deeply before exhaling with a sigh, you wouldn't say you're sleepy. But with the way you feel safe where you are with the woman you like?

Sleep comes as easy as breathing after a few minutes with your eyes closed.

------------------------------------------------------------

Aika softly knocks on the doorframe before appearing in the doorway and leaning her head and her shoulder against the frame with her arms crossed.

A bittersweet smile tugs on her lips over the fact that her sister ended up with you, someone that the four of them trust deeply. But at the same time:

A small, selfish part of her wishes that you chose her instead.
