《Yandere Kouha Ren x Reader (Magi)》The Brown Bottle

About an hour after the sun set you arrived in the city the villagers had told you about. Just like Kuo said, you saw a tower looming over the city on top of a hill. Well it was sort of a tower... More like a really small house... With a giant tower coming out of the top? Anyway it looked very weird and stupid. You entered the city and hurried around looking for an inn to stay in. You found one after a long while of searching and booked a room there. Immediately when you entered the room you passed out on the bed.
When you woke up your legs ached horribly from all that walking. As you sat yourself up you felt the world spin. You laid back down and only had enough time to pull a basin out from under the bed and puke into it. You felt extremely thirsty but did not want to drink any water because you knew you would just puke it out. As you swallowed the little amount of spit you had in your dry mouth, you noticed your throat felt incredibly dry too. You gasped in some air that felt cold on your dry throat. No doubt about it, by tomorrow morning your throat would be soar and aching. It was horrible that of all times to get sick, it had to happen now! Just as you were about to get angry at your own body you fell into a loud coughing fit. Being sick made you extremely uncomfortable and you kept tossing and turning in the bed, trying to find a comfortable position.
A few hours passed and your fever broke. You pushed yourself up on the bed and decided it would be best to get someone to call a doctor while you could stand and before another fever came upon you. You struggled over to the door and down the stairs. When you reached the bottom floor you lost your strength and had to call out for someone to help you. Luckily, the innkeeper was nearby and came to see what was the matter with you. Before he could kick you out as a threat to his other customers you pulled out a few gold pieces from you purse and asked him to get a doctor. He smiled and grabbed the gold, then called to some boy, who probably worked for him. He then assisted you up the stairs and back to your room, which you rewarded with another coin. You didn't want to waste your money like that, but you knew you needed to keep this man satisfied, otherwise he might go to the trouble to steal your money.

He helped you into your bed then left. When he was gone you forced yourself up from the bed and went to find a place to hide your gold. He would probably come back for it when you were asleep. You found a hole, that seemed to have been dug out by a woodpecker, on the wall an arm's length away outside of your window. You took a few coins out to pay the doctor then stretched your body out to shove the purse in the hole.
Afterwards you collapsed into your bed due to utter exhaustion and fell asleep.

I really really didn't want to ride anything that could fly to search for (Name) but I guess it was worth it to find my (Name) as fast as possible. But I definitely was not going to take this stupid carpet back to Rakushou. As I tried to stop my hair from blowing everywhere I saw a caravan heading down a road. I wasn't certain if (Name) was there because, when I destroyed that map, I accidentally broke the magic tool that was used to track her. All I knew was the direction she was headed. I told Reirei, who was controlling the carpet, to land by the caravan. It would be just like all the other travelers we had stopped by. I would just drop in and take a look around for (Name). If I kept traveling in the same direction eventually I was certain to find my precious (Name). Reirei landed in front of the moving caravan which caused the first wagon in the group to stop, then all of the others to come to a halt behind the first one. A man came out of one of the wagons and approached me.
"You got a problem?" The person must have been blind or something to not realize how important I was by my attire. Even if he was blind, I still lifted up picture of (Name) up to his face.
"Have you seen this girl, she may have joined your caravan."
"How am I supposed to keep up with everyone who comes in and out of here?!"
This guy was seriously making me angry. Couldn't he just tell me where my (Name) was. Even if he didn't know, he was delaying my reunion with her. "Listen here old man. I'll just take a look around these dumb people and be on my way. Trust me I don't want to stay here any longer then I have to. Besides I doubt that my absolutely perfect (Name) would ever associate herself with the likes of you."

I left him before he could say anything that might just make me cut him into pieces and I sent Jinjin, Junjun, and Reirei to look for (Name). Of course I also could not stop myself from looking for her. I just couldn't wait to see her.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to find her and I was about to leave another caravan empty handed when I heard a whisper. "Wait, wait. Is there a reward for any information about this girl?"
I turned to the voice which came from a girl who seemed about (Name)'s age. "Do you know about her?"
"Is there a reward?!" She questioned enthusiastically, poor people and their greed for money.
"If your information is helpful I'll pay you for it." She smiled eagerly at the proposition and walked over to me in a cautious manner.
"I believe I saw the girl you are looking for in our caravan before."
I lit up to what she said. "And where is she now?!"
"A little bit back I stopped seeing her around. The last time I saw her was two nights ago."
I felt my stomach drop with worry as to what might have happened to (Name). Why would she have just disappeared from this caravan? "How is this helpful to me?"
"She may still be around there. You can go look around 2 days south from here." She smiled, extending her hand out to me, expecting payment for her information. However, my worries had turned into anger. Had they just left (Name) somewhere? If they had seen that she wasn't in there caravan they never should have gone on. Seeing this girl's hand extended infuriated me even more. How dare she expect a reward for doing something as horrible as leaving (Name) in the middle of nowhere! A grasped the handle of my sword and before the girl could even react, the arm she had extended toppled onto the floor. She let out a bloodcurdling cry and gripped her arm as she started to fall forward onto her knees. However, befor her knees even touched the ground I had chopped her head of her body and minced her up.
"That is what you get for putting my (Name) in danger. But don't worry I know you aren't the only one to blame. It's this whole caravan who abandoned my (Name). Soon they will all suffer the same punishment as you!" I carried my sword over to the caravan that had just began to move again. The excitement that filled my body sent a wide grin across my face.

You laid in bed while the doctor examined you. What surprised you the most was that this doctor wasn't a normal doctor, he was a magician. He ended up doing some sort of magic, you didn't really understand, and prescribed you some medicine. You didn't think you needed any magic treatment, after all when you lived in your village you managed to get by without any medicine at all. The only reason you had bothered to have a doctor check up on you now was because you were in a hurry to get moving. Staying in one place didn't seem like the best idea to you.
The doctor explained that you would get better over the course of a few days and to be sure not to take more then the prescribed daily dose of medicine. Having more he told you could leave to fatal memory loss, something about it effecting the memory of the Ruhk inside you. There it was again, you still didn't quite understand magic and things like Ruhk. You just nodded your head and the doctor proceeded to leave the room.
Already you were feeling much better from that magic he had used earlier. You picked up the little brown bottle of medicine the doctor had given you and figured that now would be as good a time as any for you to take it. You filled a little spoon like thing he had given you, to measure the medicine. Staring at it, you realized this would actually be the first time you ever had medicine. Would it taste good or bad? But what was most on you mind was if it would really work. You were sceptic about how a little bit of thick liquid could cure an illness. However, you gulped it down anyway, which caused you to gag on it. Disgusting!
You wiped your mouth and wondered if that medicine was actually making you feel worse. The horrible taste seemed to be making you stomach churn. Already you wanted to puke again and you wished you did because, it always felt so much better afterwards.
You cuddled into the bed and stared at the brown bottle on the bedside table as you began to fall asleep. Fatal memory loss, heh?

The Joy of Evolution
"Alright, so I have this idea, a completely original one by the way, never done before." I say. "Alright, lets hear it." You reply happily. "What if you got trapped in the body of a tentacle monster that looks like a virus in a world that is like a videogame, with skills and... whoops slip of the tendril there, what I meant to say is Mutations and Levels as you evolve your way up from being that lowly creature into a slightly better lowly creature, all the while, an evil devil person watches over you for entertainment purposes." I say making weird hand gestures across the table. "Oh and that main character used to be a human male and uses its past experience as one to survive in this new world as a little mass of flesh." I pull out a little ball with suction cup tendrils and show you. "So, what do you think?" " I dont know seems, a little sameish, I think Im gonna go." You say as you start to get up from your worn but still plush velvet chair. "Wait" I sigh, " I didnt want to do this but you leave me no choice, I promise you an extremely diverse harem..." The door closes as you leave. "They'll come back." I say hopeful. Cover: https://phil.cdc.gov/Details.aspx?pid=21073

Forged in Fear and Fury - An Apocalyptic LitRPG
In an attempt to prevent Earths ensuing demise, it is ripped from the void by an entity known as The Totality. It is then fused with a Lost Dungeon World to increase its inhabitants chances of survival in a new, system-enhanced universe. Cade Vale barely avoids death in the first second. Will he be able to overcome the rigors of this new world and survive? Will he be able to carve a new life out of the aether for himself and those whom he loves most? ...Will he be able to avoid becoming everything he hates in order to do so? Artwork by Kayla Basciano - Instagram: vulpix1323 Inspired primarily by the systems in The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound, The Genesis System, and The New World as well as by Savage Divinity, Azarinth Healer, and Shovels in Spades in general. I haven't been able to get these worlds out of my head and I've been waiting for something to fill the void left by the hiatus of Genesis, but so far nothing has scratched that itch as much as ProfoundMagician was able to with the world he created. I figure if I'm going to be thinking about this stuff as much as I do I might as well get better at writing while playing with a number of those ideas that I love. I have a number of specifics and events I want to show in the story, but a lot of the fun is coming up with ways to branch those together cohesively. This is an attempt to alleviate my depression by channeling my creativity into a hobby. Hopefully it's as enjoyable to read as it is to write.
