《Draco's Hufflepuff》Part 5

——————
I looked at how the wizard chess was going for Harry and pointed out a move he could do to help him win Ron for once in his life. "Harry, that's Katie" Hermione whispered to us as Katie walked past us to join some Hufflepuff girls in her year.
Harry instantly stood up leaving his game behind and I did the move for him until I noticed Hermione looking in the direction of the doors into the great hall. Malfoy stood there watching Harry talking to Katie, I noticed a frightened look on his face and Harry about to follow after him as he left the great hall.
I stopped Harry putting a hand on his chest "I'm more considerate, we wouldn't want any fighting" I told him sternly quickly running after Malfoy.
——————
I entered Moaning Myrtle's bathroom after Malfoy and he stood over the sink removing his west as tears fell quickly from his eyes until he noticed me. He instantly turned around his wand pointing in my direction, I raised my hands in surrender and looked him straight in the eyes.
"Malfoy, please lower your wand, I don't want any trouble, I just wanted to make sure you were okay, you're the one sending the letters aren't you?" I asked him calmly. His wand instantly got lowered all the way down "how" he managed out before a sob left his mouth and I hurried over helping him down to the floor.
He cried onto my shoulder as I stroked his back calmly trying to calm him down, after a couple of minutes he calmed down "how, how did you know" he managed a shaky breath as he asked that. "That doesn't matter, thank you for the pin, it was absolutely amazing, you didn't have to get me anything" I told him calmly trying to take his mind off of his task.

"You got me that muggle thing, I don't know what it does or how it works but the pattern is amazing" he said and I noticed a small blush on his cheeks as he pulled out of the hug. I gently chuckled "Draco, that's called a tie, I'll teach you how to use it sometime, how does that sound?" Draco nodded and I smiled.
"Great, should we set up a time? We could meet here or the ROR ?" I asked him and he took a deep breath when I mentioned the ROR. "Is your task in the ROR?" I asked and he instantly froze, before slowly nodding his head, I smiled a little at him and nodded, "okay are you free next weekend? We could meet up over here right after late breakfast?" I asked him and he shook his head.
"If I don't get the task done soon I'm afraid of the worst, my parents are already pushing me to complete it, I can't take any time off" he said and I nodded, "okay" I said a bit sadly and then heard the clock tower ring. "Shoot, Harry is probably looking for me, worried sick" I said panicked, "let me help you, send a owl if you need anything or if you want company doing whatever it is you need to finish" I told him smiling weekly.
Draco nodded weekly as well as we both stood up and I left the bathroom checking behind myself to make sure he was okay. I found Harry in the entrance hall looking around in horror "what did you loose?" I asked him smiling, Harry threw his arms around me in a tight embrace "Y/N, you've been away for two hours, where the hell were you? You had the map so I couldn't look for you!" Harry scolded me.

I smiled into his hug as I hugged him back "I was talking with Malfoy he's going crazy but I swear he isn't a death eater, I would have noticed. He has the sleeves in his shirt rolled up" I lied to Harry and he groaned, "that can't be true, he must be one" Harry said frustrated.
I sighed at him, "do you hate him so much that you can't believe your own twin when she tells you he isn't a death eater?" I asked Harry anger falling from my mouth. "I swear Y/N that's not it, he is one I know he is" by this point we had gathered a crowd again around us, Harry and I never fought sure we argued sometimes but never this badly.
"You know what, I'm not even going to bother, do whatever you do but don't come crying to me when ANYTHING goes wrongly" I told him leaving him standing there shocked, I noticed Draco standing in the corner having witnessed almost the whole encounter. I gently smiled at him and motioned him to follow me down, I went down to the dungeons, when Draco was close by I gently pushed him into an empty classroom.
"Y/N, what's going on?" He asked and I rubbed my template, "you have to tell me the truth, are you or are you not a death eater?" I asked him and he froze telling me everything I needed to know. Again I rubbed my template as I signed, "what do you have to do?" I asked him and he shook his head, "you know I can't tell you, you'd be in even more risk of getting killed if I told you" Draco said and I groaned.

Waking Up
The story of Larin the Builder in the aftermath of Awakening This short story is the epilogue of Awakening, the first book of the Chronicles of Mother's Gate series. This epilogue is a great follow-up to the novel, a bonus story that adds extra layers between books without being necessary to the main storyline.Waking Up follows the story of Larin, who is alive but unconscious after her ordeal in the Nine Hells. She awakens in A'lara City a few days later and recuperates under the steadfast care of her repentant friend Jorn.As she reacclimates to her waking state, Larin struggles with her gruesome memories of the Hells and her decision to conceal them from Jorn. This story answers the question, Is Larin all right? with a resounding yes, and some storms on the horizon. It also raises the question, What happened to her down there? and includes an excerpt from the sister story Falling Down, about Larin's ordeal in the Nine Hells. Praise for Waking Up and Falling Down: Loved it. The difference between the two stories is great! The difference between Waking Up and Falling Down is astounding. So much light and love in the first story. You feel safe reading it. Healing. The second, so much darkness, pain and despair. The choice of vocabulary is awesome and makes an impact. And this set of short stories ties the two books together so well.-- Dana V. of Texas ★★★★★
