Sincerely your Author :)
(Y/N)'s POV
We walked aimlessly down the halls, I followed severly feet behind him. His anger radiated around us making me anxious. I tried to cool my hands down but nothing worked, they stayed bright orange.
He threw open a door and walked inside. I followed sheepishly. He was sitting down at an old looking table. It was hand carved from wood with special animals ingraved into it.
The rest of the room was bland like the rest of the factory. The walls were bare besides the usual spider webs, and boxes were pulled against the walls.
The boxes looked special though, they were small but each had a name or two on it.
I absentmindedly looked at the names as I sat down next rhe Heisenberg.
Most of them ment nothing to me... Leonard King... Xavier White... Sammy Garcia...
None of the boxes stuck out either, except one. It was quite small, sitting on the top of the rest. Two names written hastily on the side. Sadie (L/N) and Michael (L/N).
Without saying anything I got up. I was faintly aware of Heisenberg watching me.
I opened the box, luckily my hands had cooled enough by then. In it sat two small items, a bracelet made of blue jewels and a wallet.
The bracelet was the first thing I picked up. The cold stones sending a shock down my arm, and an image to my head. I was in a field, held by a woman.
My mother.
My father sat across from us, it looked like we were on a picnic. Everyone was happy, except my father had worry lines pulling at his uneasy smile.
I picked up the wallet before the image faded, it didn't have much in it. A few Lei and a pen, but at the back sat a picture.
It was old and worn at the edges. A picture of the couple and a baby in their arms.
Me
I held my breath, as another image twisted in my vision. I was swinging high above the ground. The sounds of machinery heavy in the air. I was on the conveyor belt. All around me the soldats swung from the belt. The belt broke and I fell smashing into the hard ground below.
My mind was blank.
I couldn't think.
Heisenberg's hand was on my shoulder pulling me away from the boxes. I couldn't hear anything. A ringing filled the silence.
He was shaking me and talking but I couldn't make out any words.

I would've fallen to the ground if he wasn't holding me. Instead he caught me as I fell into unconsciousness.
The cold metal was the first thing I felt again. My head was pounding as I sat up on the autopsy bed. The ringing still faint in my ears. I could hear things again but everything was fuzzy.
Heisenberg was in front of me in a second, materializing from nothing.
"Come on we've got to go." He pulled me off the bed and down the hall. Every step I took I almost fell. My head got worse with every movement and his grip was relentless on my wrist.
I tried to twist away but he didn't let go, or slow his pace. I didn't want to hurt him. My hand heated up to a soft orange glow. Not hot enough to burn but hot enough....
He let go with a small grunt rubbing his palm. "What the hell was that for?! I'm trying to help you."
My vision blurred and stumbled forward again. He steadied my shoulders and helped ground me.
"I'm taking you to the Duke. He can help. Let me help you."
A hint of pain layed behind his words. I nodded to him. Slowly he picked me up. His pace didn't change, even with the added weight, and we quickly made our way to the elevator.
He stopped dead on his tracks. I didn't know what was wrong until he set me down and I remembered the empty elevator. A small note was stuck to the wall, that I didn't see before.
Customers elsewhere need supplies, be back later. If in dire need, I'll be at Castle Dimitrescu.
Heisenberg let out an exasperated groan.
"Of all the time to leave, why now?" He whined, sliding his back down the wall till he was sitting on the floor.
I sat next to him, leaning my head on the cool wall to try and ease the pain.
"What's happening to me? And how can the Duke help?" I asked. My whole body feeling exhausted.
He didn't say anything for a while. He looked lost in thought, staring into the distance. New lines dug grooves across his face.
His hat was nowhere to be seen, along with his hammer.
"The same thing that happened to me. And Alcina. And everyone else." He paused for a moment as if trying to find the right words. "Its like a trial. The cadou tests it's host every couple decades.
"It puts the body through... a lot of pain to see if it's still up to standards. Most people... well... they don't make it." His voice faded out.
The words washed over me. I knew he said the truth but I couldn't believe it.

"Anyways we have to get you to the Duke. No matter what. I can't lose... You won't have to go through that."
He stood up. I swear it looked like he was wipping a tear but he turned back to me with a neutral expression. He held out his hand. I took it and he carefully helped me to my feet.
We walked out of the factory, most of my weight on him, straight to the castle.
|Time Skip|
I didn't know when it happened, but apparently I passed out. Heisenberg was carrying me over his shoulder. I sat there for a bit to tired to move, but I eventually tapped his back and was set down on the ground.
We were right outside of the castle. Heisenberg pushed the doors open, without knocking and we walked in.
My head wasn't pounding like before but still ached. My legs were unsteady beneath me. A small pain was digging its way through my stomach.
Heisenberg pulled me along through the halls. He pulled me towards the Hall of Four, heading to the Duke's room. I tried my hardest to walk on my own but my legs kept giving.
We stopped dead in our tracks as Someone was being dragged on the floor towards the bedchamber.
"You head to the Duke, I've got to go save Ethan's sorry ass." He carefully let go of me and started to walk off.
"I'm fine for right now. Let me help, besides-" I paused as a wave of nausea washed over me from the pain in my stomach. -"Ethans already met me, and he might like a friendly face.
Heisenberg turned back toward me, with reluctance. He shook his head, but walked back over to me anyways.
"Fine, just.... We've gotta hurry."
He practically carried me as we ran. We pushed open the door to the bedchamber to a wicked sight.
Everyone looked at us. Lady D had Ethans hand in hers, blood on her mouth. Bela and Dani stood on either side of him, while Cassandra stood to the side.
"So the mutt decided to show his face after failing to kill one simple man." A small smile played at Alcina's lips.
Heisenberg grimaced but didn't say anything which was, out of character for him. Instead he just watched, taking in the scene.
Sweat dripped off my brow matching rhe dripping of blood from Ethans hand.
"You can't kill him Alcina. He's useful...."
Ethan looked back and forth between the two with a bewildered expression.
"How would he be useful? He'll get in the way of Mother Miranda's ceremony."
Heisenberg took a slow short breath, "He's going to help me take down Miranda, along with his child. And before you stab me with your long ass nails for going against her, tell me when the last time she did something good for you... for anyone."
"She gave me my beautiful daughters."
"She stole them from the village to experiment on.
"She gave me this castle and my supply of maidens."
"Miranda tested on you. Hurt you. Hurt me. Hurt Donna and Moreau. Do you not remember the endless tests and trials we went through?"
Lady D paused, I couldn't tell what she was thinking. I could barely make out the the details of the room over the blur in my vision.
I stumbled a little but no one noticed besides Heisenberg, I could feel my body temp rising. He held onto my arms were little tighter to steady me, but kept talking.
"Alcina please. Everything we went through is happening to (Y/N) now to. I'm not gonna sit around and let more and more people suffer the same fate."
She still hadn't answered. Her perfectly manicured hands rubbed at her temples as if trying to make the hard decision go away.
"Karl. I agree with you on this. I won't... I won't let her hurt anymore people. But how would the man and his child stop her?"
"Easy, they aren't normal people either."
I looked at Ethan who hadn't saided anything the entire time. He looked just as pale as I felt. Though his seemed to be from shock.
We made eye contact and he sent me a worried look.
"I trust you Karl. You... I... I'll help you."
Heisenberg must have been shocked, he let go of me quickly and ran over to Lady D. It looked like he was going to hug her but stopped last second.
"Thanks..."
She pulled him in for a short hug, then turned to Ethan.
"You better not fail."
Ethan let out a nervous laugh. As he wiped his bloody hand on his pants.
"This is great and all, but... can we go now?" I asked before passing out and colliding with the cold marbled floor.

Gates open periodically, leading to alien worlds, while dungeons form from damaged minds, creating nightmares for the unsuspecting. Some might see it as the end times. A hellscape. A story of humans pushed to their breaking points, desperately grasping for the last bits of humanity as the world crumbles around them. But a few might disagree. One man, in particular, sees opportunity. A chance. A path forward, to bring humanity from the depths of despair and turn it into a victory - a luxury. To remake the world even better than it was, dragging earth forward onto the galactic stage. It will require violence, lies, betrayals, magic, more violence, and the occasional genocide. But, hey. Everything worth doing is hard, right?

What would he do? What will he do? Cover is found here and all credit goes to the origninal producer of the artwork: https://www.pinterest.com.au/pin/847732329833010318/ Note: There is not set release schedule and there likely won't be one. There may be a month's between releases which are only 1000 ish words in size. So I highly reccomend coming back when there is a decent amount of reading material present. There is also no set plan for this fiction and it'll be used to release some stress, improve my writing, and to list down concept ideas possibly.

Shadowrun: Blake Island School of Magic
It's a high tech, low life. It's the Seattle Metroplex in 2074. It rises like a steel and concrete cancer out of the earth. Poverty is rampant, corruption is everywhere, crime is out of control, corporations basically control everything, the old United States is fractured, magic has come back and now it turns out that humanity has been joined by elves, dwarves, orks and trolls. The old world ended but the rent is still due. Life goes on. You'd be surprised what people can adapt to, especially if they don't have a choice. One of the places where life goes on is just west of Seattle. Surrounded by the waters of the Puget Sound is an island. On that island is the Blake Island School of Magic. A decade ago it was known for producing some of the most talented awakened in the world. That reputation was hijacked by the wealthy corporate elite who now park their teenage children there. And since it's a boarding school, their parents mostly forget about them. Three young people, who are certainly not wealthy or elite, are chosen this year to attend this school of magic in hopes of revitalizing their reputation for talent. One from the ash drifts of the Puyallup Barrens, one from the most densely populated slum hive in the world and one from prison. This is their story. -- This story is set in the Shadowrun universe. If you're not familiar with Shadowrun, it mostly tells the stories of deniable mercenaries called shadowrunners in a cyberpunk dystopia. Instead of telling another story solely about shadowrunners, this story will tell the tale of young people navigating a world that is indifferent to them at best and actively hostile at worst. Shadowrunners will be in the story and we'll see them operate, but they won't be its main focus. This story originally began in 2017 as a passion project and continues to this day on the Somethingawful.com forums. The unedited version is over a million words strong. There are currently seven books in this series and I am currently in the process of editing them. If you read this story then you won't lack for content. -- The Topps Company, Inc. has sole ownership of the names, logo, artwork, marks, photographs, sounds, audio, video and/or any proprietary material used in connection with the game Shadowrun. The Topps Company, Inc. has granted permission to the Blake Island on Royal Road to use such names, logos, artwork, marks and/or any proprietary materials for promotional and informational purposes on its website but does not endorse, and is not affiliated with Blake Island on Royal Road in any official capacity whatsoever.

Mobius
Far in the future, humans have thoroughly colonized space through the use of floating colonies and artificially replicating the Earth whenever possible. Most of these endeavors have gone well, with humanity spreading across the universe like the seeds of plants floating in the wind. Yet still there lurks the great mistake, the endless station of Mobius, a megastructure which hasn't ceased its building in over a century. Dante, a man living in this megastructure, is tasked with the recording of stories told by criminals, particularly those who travel between strata. One day, a prisoner is captured claiming to be Captain Pluto, an infamous criminal thought to be fictitious by most scholars. Even more curious, he claims to hail all the way from Stratum 56, a location so far away from Dante's Stratum 999 that it would take lifetimes to traverse such a distance. Dante must discern whether or not the story is false or true, and the longer he lets Captain Pluto speak, the more difficult his task becomes. *****Average chapter length will be 10k words give or take. This isn't a very serious story for me. I'm writing this to blow off steam. Updates will happen infrequently because of this, and it will most likely be unpolished unless I begin to take it more seriously.
