《The red one | Sam U'ley》Chaper tweleve

AN: sorry this chapter is so short. This is just a filler chapter because I don't want to rush her finding out about him :)
Sam's POV
I looked down to my sleeping imprint and tucked a peice of her hair behind her ear. She was so beautiful it almost hurt me to look at her.
When I saw that filthy leech touch her I went red. All I could think about was tearing his throat out, and so I did. Thinking he could touch my imprint and not have consequences.
I let out a humorless laugh at the thought. I sighed again and looked down down at river. I honestly don't know what over came me to make her come here.
The leech was dead so there was no threat, but I needed her to stay with me, so I could make sure with my own eyes she wouldn't be in any harm; and she wouldn't, not while I'm alive.
"How did I get so lucky," I whispered looking down at her. She snuggled more into my chest causing me to wrap my arms tighter around her.
I didn't know when I was going to tell her about me being a wolf. There wasn't exactly a right time. What if she regrets me? What if she leaves. I unconsciously tightened my grip on her at that thought.
I'd do anything to make her happy; even if that meant letting her leave, though I'd probably follow her. I'd do anything for her. If she asked me to rip my limbs out; I'd do it without a second thought.
"Sam," I heard river say. I looked down at her and gave her a small smile. She went to sit up, but I stopped her.
"Your still hurt," I said as I slowly helped her up. I sat her in my lap so she was facing me. I put my hand on her face and stroked her cheek.

"What time is it," she whispered as she rubbed her eyes. She was so adorable. I looked over to the clock to see it was 2 am.
"It's late," I said looking back at her.
"I need to go home," River said as she started getting off me. I grabbed her hips and kept her in place. She looked down at me. I heard her heart race a bit fast as I rubbed my hands up and down her waist. I smirked a bit.
"I already told you. It's not safe and you have to stay with me," I said looking into her eyes. She looked at me for a moment before nodding.
"Sam," river said after a moment of silence; looking down.
"Hm," I said.
"Do you think that when people die they go somewhere," she said as she moved closer to me. I looked at her for a minute before answering.
"I don't really know. I'd like to think they do and that there looking over us, but I don't know. I had a friend once who said they all the people who have passed are stars and that they look over us while we're sleeping and make sure nothing happens to us," I said as I rubbed her thighs. She looked at me and nodded slowly.
"Why?" I asked. River let out a breath.
"My parents. I like to think that they are looking after me. Stupid, I know," river said as she shook her head. I slowly grabbed her face; gently and made her face me.
"It's not stupid river. They are looking after you. Okay, they'll always be here with you. If not up there. I'm here," I said as I pointed to her heart. River looked at me with tears in her eyes. I instantly though I had made her sad and started apologizing only for her to start laughing; making my heart flutter at the sound.

"I'm not sad Sam. I'm happy, thank you," river whispered the last words to me. She leaned closer to me and put her head into my neck and sighed. My whole body felt like it was on fire from just her touch; as innocent as it was.
"Are you sure that the doctors said you were fine because your are always really warm," my angel said. I let out a small laugh and rubbed my hands up and down her thighs.
"Of course I'm alright. I promise you," I said as I sat my head down on her shoulder. "Let's get you to bed," I said as I hooked my hands underneath her thighs and hoisted her up. She let out an adorable squeal and held onto my neck tighter.
"Sam put me down I'm going to crush you," she said into my neck as I walked over to my room.
"Your not going to crush me angel, your too light," I said with a small laugh as I sat her down. I put my covers over her and back up and bet and looked at her.
She had her eyes closed and her hair sprawled out on my pillows. The sight alone made me want to jump and kiss her, but I couldn't. Not yet at least.
I sighed and turned to walk out the door, but was stopped by a hand grabbing my own. I turned around to see my angel sitting up and looked at me.
"Can you stay with me, please." She whispers as she looked into my eyes. I instantly nodded and crawled into my bed with her. I hugged her from behind and out my head into her neck and took a deep breath in.
I couldn't get enough of her scent. She smelt like cherry's and flowers. I moved my head up a bit and have her a long kiss on her head.
"Goodnight river,"
"Goodnight Sam,"
