He raised a stitched eyebrow at me and smirked. "You look scared, Doll. Is it the scars? Wanna know how I got them?" He said and my breathing got heavier.
"I know how you got those scars Joker...you told me. And no your scars don't scare me. I have some of my own too." I said and he looked at me. "I don't see any..." He said and my eyes started to burn.
Doesn't he remember I cover them?
I went to my eyebrow and hesitated to take my stuff off. "Are you sure you don't remember me Joker?" I asked as he looked at me confused.
I sighed blinking away the burn in my eyes "You started taunting Batman...That Flying Rat beat you up real bad. He made you loose your memory of the past few months. Thats why You dont remember me. Do you feel okay?" I asked and he smirked at me.
"Did you call Batman a Flying Rat? I like ya already,Doll." He said and I smiled. That got him by surprise as I walked closer.
"I don't like the thought of Batman being on Gotham's good side. I honestly think he is as crazy as the rest of the villains... considering he dresses up as a Bat." I said hoping his memory comes back if I talk to him.
"Well thats uh, different. Finally somebody gets me. Ya look awfully familiar and to comfortable around me, Doll." He said and My smile brightened a bit.
"Ive worked with you before Joker...I wasn't actually a ray of sunshine before I was Mayor." I said as he narrowed his eyes at me.
He chewed on his lip as he examined me carefully. My smile became small as I realized our deal has been paused for a moment. What if he never gets his memory back? A voice in my head said and I cursed at it.
He shook his head and smiled. He started laughing. Like a lot. He dropped on the floor and kept laughing loudly as I gave out a shaky sigh.
"Do you guys think I'm stupid? Yeah right...You cant expect me to believe this shit!" He said laughing again as I walked a bit more up to him. "Watch your language!" I said and he stopped laughing and looked up at me.
"Uh, I do what I want...follow no rules." He said smirking at me and I crossed my arms. "But you can be kind...Kindness is not weakness." I said and his smile dropped again. I saw in his eyes that he was thinking about something.

He stared at me not being able to look away from my eyes as he cleared his throat. "So you have worked for me before?" He said looking me up and down again. "With you...not for you with you." I said and he rolled his eyes. "Prove it" He said resting his arms on his knees.
"You got shot in your arm and I stitched it up in your office. Batman threw you a bat toy at your side and I patched you up in my kitchen. You have a cut at your jaw matching batman's." I said as he reached up and touched his jaw feeling the little scar.
"How do I know that you just made that up?" He said raising a eyebrow at me. He stood up leaving me hurt as he started laughing again.
"Ya may be a good story teller and not uh, be scared but that doesn't fool me, 'Mayor'" He said as I started backing up. His chained wrist came to the last of the chains connected to the wall.
He was a few feet away from me and he just smiled at me. Like if all I said was a terrible joke.
He started laughing again as I walked to the door and nocked on it. "Tell them they will have to do better..." He said.
"Whatever you say...Jack." I said and the door opened as his laughter died down.
---
"Thanks Commissioner"
I said as he nodded and gave Batman a 'Good Luck' glance and left. Once the door closed I heard the lock click and I crossed my arms and looked at Batman.
"Have you seen Joker...He is beat up pretty bad." I said clenching my jaw as I talked to him. "The Joker wouldn't tell me where the b-" He started and stopped when his eyes met mine.
"Tell me Batman...If a Autism Child does the same as Joker did...Would you beat the living daylight out of him?" I asked passing the same story threw him. "No"
"Between Just You And Me...Nobody knows who you are...and if you are going to be on the good side then you will follow the same rules they do. You aren't classified as a special cop to go beat Joker that is mentally unstable."
"Your just mad that I made him forget you V." He growled and I hardened my glare as I saw him clench his fists.
"You are talking to Miss V-The Mayor of Gotham City- Not anybody else. Because Joker lost his memory we have no Freaking Idea where the bombs could be now. All because the Joker went inside your brain and made you crack! I cant have someone with a weak mind go in with Joker because you loose it and these kind of things happen!" I said at him raising my voice.

"Joker is a Criminal. There is no other way to get information out of him. I do what I can do to help this city unlike you that-" he started and I walked up to him.
"For your information Joker doesn't remember me at all. At All. Second...your way of interrogating Joker or anybodies way of interrogating him has never worked. It is going to cost a fortune to get bomb detectors to scan the entire city and even more to deactivate them." I said to him.
"I am Being The Mayor of this City...you may be the hero that Gotham city deserves but not the one it needs. If you want to help this city you do it by the same rules that all the other cops do...or other wise you are basically considered a criminal." I said and I saw anger rise in him.
"Deals...That is what you do. Lets make a deal right now Miss V." He said and I crossed my arms and looked at him. "What type of deal?" I asked narrowing my eyes at him.
"You say Joker doesn't remember you at all. We will both interrogate him. If my way works You let me keep doing what I do. If your way works...then I will give in to GCPD rules." He rasped out.
"We have classified No recording Rooms because the asylum doesn't allow your strategies anymore. We have it different days. Me before you because I don't want him lightheaded when I do my mental tricks on him." I said and he looked out the window and nodded.
"Okay Batman you Have a Deal" I said drawing the X on my hand and shaking his. Im gonna have to get Jokers memory Back quick. Ill probably get the most dangerous bombs out but leave the others.
Well I gotta let Joker have his fun. Im a thoughtful mayor. Hehehe. "Ill go see him tomorrow and you see him on Wednesday." I said and he nodded.
I turned around and walked towards my desk. I heard some creaking noises and turned around. He wasn't there anymore. But the window was open. I walked to the window and stuck my head out. "Use the door next time!"

(Joker'sPOV)
"Whatever you say...Jack."
Jack
That name rang in my head. How the fucking hell does she know my name? No thats not my name...jack is dead. How the hell does she now that name?
"You told him to call you Jay...is that your real name?"
"Id never tell that douche my real name, toots."
"Would you tell me?"
I started chuckling to my self holding my head as the head ache started again.
"Jack! Jack"
"Calm down there Rose."
I started laughing harder as the pounding in my head got worse. This cant be real. She is mayor...how the hell did I end up with a mayor?
"So Are ya in or no?"
"Why do you ask me like if your asking me to be part of a big time crime deal?"
"Because its a field we are most familiar with..."
"Im in'
Why the hell did I do that? She couldn't have said yes. Only someone as crazy as me would want to be with a scarred monster like myself.
"Scars are trophies to treasure from your accomplishments-"
I rolled up my sleeve and looked at the gash at my arm. The flash of memory as she showed me the one on her arm. And I saw the one on her face.
But she didn't have one when I saw her in the morning. Yeah right... I doubt she would have any scars. But she didnt get scared of me...and she did guess all the scars I had.
"I like your scars..."
She didn't say that...nobody likes my scars, not even me. They bring fear to gotham and terrorize all of them. Why would she say that?
"The way they Identify you...I mean when someone sees a Glasgow smile the first thing they think will be The Joker. Mine is just there."
I grunted again as the pain got to me and I started to laugh. The pain was unbearable and thats why I laughed. I cant stop looking at her I just cant. The hell? I just want to grab her-
"C-Can I touch your scars?"
The memories came pouring back in as I laughed and laughed. I heard the door open as a few guards came in with tranquilizers. They asked what was going on but I just kept on laughing.
They don't care whats wrong...they just know I'm wrong so I just laugh. Confusing us both with my crazy laughs...Gripping at my hair and clenching my side as a final memory came before the syringe took its effect.
"Smile, because it confuses people,Doll." I said as she looked up at me with those big silver eyes.
"Smile because its easier than explaining what is killing you inside."

"J-Joker...The Mayor wants to s-see you again."
Haha My Young Beauty...
