I overlook the village below me,

The blood filled streets of my broken kingdom.

Still death lays over us like a black sea,

The poor enemies ruthless and fearsome.

I stand strong in its neverending wake,

And fight against the horde of vicious beasts.

The foul stench of fear makes my stomach ache,

While they marvel in their feasts.

Rose blood coats their fur like paint coats a wall,

Howling so loud the world hears their faux win.

They stand above me and seek my downfall,

Not knowing that true strength comes from within.

They set their gleaming gazes upon me, mad and evil,

As I approach, just as lethal.
