Gally's POV

(Y/n) has been coming into my room every night for the past three nights and honestly, I've never slept better. I know she likes me but it's some unspoken rule not to talk about it but every night I feel like asking why? I know I like her too, she's always impressing me with the amount of effort she puts into the glade to make this a home.

She's not afraid to get her hands dirty and put in a little extra work if it helps out the rest of us. This morning when I braided her hair I left the majority down. just pulling back enough to keep it out of her face and there was no denying she was beautiful. I watched by the mess hall as she feeds Bark the leftovers from the animal she finished killing.

"Please Fry!" I hear Chuck beg inside, Fry laughs "Sorry Chuck, shouldn't have pissed off (Y/n). I'm in her debt so there's nothing I can do to help," Fry tells him making the boy beg harder. "Fry!" I call out "give the kid my dessert rations," I tell him causing Chuck to smile brightly at me.

"Gally thank you I owe you one! Whatever you want!" Chuck exclaims as Fry hands him a cookie it wasn't much but the kid was ecstatic. "So, (Y/n)'s really mad that you told the glade about her crush on me huh," I ask him my eyes drifting to the (h/c) haired girls. "She's been leaving a huge mess for me to clean up too, and she knows I don't handle blood well," he says grimacing at the memory.

I chuckle lightly at the thought of (Y/n) doing all this. "She can be pretty intense when she wants to be," I say trying not to reveal my own feelings quite yet. "She's crazy you mean," Chuck exclaims "don't call her that Chuck just because your upset with her," I tell him keeping him in line. She wasn't crazy and I wasn't going to let him portray her as crazy.

Chuck looks off at the girl and shrugs "whatever you say, Gally," he tells me walking away.

(Y/n)'s POV

I finished with the goat and bring the meat that I'd packaged up to Fry. "So, (Y/n) have you talked to Gally about your little crush?" he asks I immediately blush "nope, and don't plan on it anytime soon," I tell Fry who quirks an eyebrow at me. "You know (Y/n) you can't get a relationship with Gally that way," he tells me and I send a glare his way "I know that Fry! I just don't know how to talk about my feelings and rather just let things run their course,"

"That's dumb, you and Gally will never talk about it if you're waiting on the other one. He likes you too you know I see the way he looks at you," Fry winks causing a deep red color to envelop my cheeks. "We'll get there Fry, I just rather not ruin what's already good," Fry looks at me with pity and nods.

As Fry and I wrap up our conversation I notice the bruting blonde at the door and immediately wish he hadn't heard our entire conversation.
