H: the two of you have only been dating for about 6 months and you want to marry her already?

J: I know it's quick but I can't imagine my life without her, she is the one that I want to wake up to and the one to say goodnight to, she is the love of my life. All the time we have had together just seems like a dream but it isn't it's reality.

H: Jay I don't know what to say, but I do know that Erin hasn't been any happier since you two have been together. But it's just so fast and I don't know what to say because I don't want you to break her heart.

J: I would never break her heart and trust me when I say that. There is no one else in this world that could make me happier than Erin already has

Erin walks into voights office and takes a sit

H: Erin you know I can't tell you but I can tell you this you will find out one day and that day might be soon or down the road

E: you two are planning something and won't tell me fine but I'll figure it out he can't lie to me much longer he has such a guilt concessions

H: Erin let me tell you this don't ruin the surprise by being all nosy just let it happen and trust me you will love it, send Jay in I need to talk to him

Erin walks out hanks office and goes over to her desk

E: Jay Voight wants to see you in his office

J: did he say about

Jay walks into voights office

J: you said you wanted to see me

H: yes I have been thinking a lot about our conversation earlier and I have made my decision. I will let you but you have to promise me one thing, and that is you will always have her back and won't let anyone hurt her

Jay walks out of voights office and walks over to his desk to do some more paper work

E: so what did he want to talk to you about

J: nothing really

E: come on Jay why won't you just tell me

J: Erin I told you I will when the time is right and I can tell you this you will be finding out what we were talking about soon like really soon in the next week or so

E: Jay, I don't like surprises

J: Erin Lindsay you will love this one trust me

E: how do you know that unless it's that you ask me to marry you
