Ten minutes later, Willow nudged Lily's nose with her nose and said, "Lily. Lily, wake up. We're here." "Hmm?" Lily mumbled. Lily woke up her eyes and yawned. Then she gasped. She walked to the edge of the train and then jumped out. They were at the train station! Once Willow was out, she said, "Sorry it took me so long. I'm old. My back hurts." "No worries," Lily smiled. She ran through the train station and saw Bark. "Stop, Willow!" Lilt told Willow. Willow stopped in her tracks. Bark was leading Beauty, the THIRD Pup Star contestant somewhere. Lily crawled and hid under a car. It was dusty. Willow did, too, though she didn't know why. "Why are we hiding? Willow asked curiously. "That's Bark. And that's Beauty. Beauty is the third contestant in Pup Star. I don't know here he's leading her..." Lily explained. "Hmm, I know how to find out. Follow me." Willow said. She walked over to Bark but not in a visible way. She crawled under and jumped over everything. Once Lily and Willow were in a place they could see what Bark was doing, Lily said rashly, "I'm goin' in!" But Willow put her paw in front of Lily and then held her back by her scruff. "Sharp teeth, sharp teeth, sharp teeth!" Lily said as she wiggled loose. "Be patient." Willow said calmly. "Be patient?! Be patient!? Lily snapped. "Patience is the calm acceptance that things can happen in a different order than the one you have in your mind." Willow said wisely again. Lily grumbled. "I'm getting really tired of these "wise quotes". She growled. As Bark disappeared, Willow crawled over to him with Lily.
Once Bark, Kano, Beauty, Roland, and Julio were at the Bark Easy, Bark laughed as Roland put Beauty in the cage. "Huh? I thought you said this was gonna be a party!" Beauty said. "Yeah, I lied. Now, all I need to do is dog-napp three more contestants and then I'll get my revenge! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAH!!!!!!!!!!" Bark yelled maniacally.

"No!" Lily yelled but was quiet enough so that Bark couldn't hear her. Then she said, "Come on, Willow! I have to get Mia and tell her what's happening!" Lily started walking but stopped when she noticed that Willow wasn't moving.
"Willow? What's wrong?" She asked. "I can't go with you. I'm a wolf and I'll scare people." Willow explained. "Pfft, no you won't!" Lily said thinking that for once Willow was joking. But she wasn't. "Oh, you're serious." Lily said noticing that. "But, I need you! We haven't even made it through the forest yet. And that's the whole reason you came!" Lily said with tears filling her eyes. "Lily-" Willow said but Lily said, "Why do you have to go!?" "Leaving is sometimes tearful, sad, and heart-wrenching but I smile because I know you are forever mine and distance would never change that." Willow said smiling. But that quote didn't make Lily mad. It actually made her smile. Lily walked over to her and nuzzled her. Willow nuzzled back. "Just remember, you ARE a wolf. Your just in a dog's design. You can do anything you put your mind to. You are strong just like a wolf." Willow said as she walked away and then disappeared in the fog. Lily wiped a tear and then ran to Mia's house.

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
