"That feels better?" Dave asked as he massaged Naala's feet.
"So much better," Naala groaned laying her head back in the pillows. They sat in comfortable silence, as he moved from her feet to her pregnant belly.
"We really have another kid on the way," Dave said in disbelief as he rubbed the coconut oil over her protruding stomach.
"I know," Naala smiled putting her hand on top of his. "Baby number 4," She added with a light groan, all she could think of was her vagina stretching out.
"We're still not done," Dave said kissing her stomach lightly.
"Amir I think 4 is enough," Naala giggled moving his head from her stomach.
"This is our new start, this baby means so much to me Naala, thank you," Dave said seriously. Naala clung to those words, she had given him a great gift and three days later that gift was taken from them.
Naala blinked away the tears in her eyes as she thought back to that conversation they had before she lost the baby. They were both happy and content with each other and now they were the opposite.
The car came to a halt and Naala wiped her eyes quickly, because she didn't want Naleli to catch on. They got out of the car, their usual security heavier than normal.
Gregory stood by Naala's side, with his arms behind his back.
"Are you okay Princess?" He asked quietly. His face scrunched up with concern.
"Call me Naala, you know how I feel about that name," Naala responded shocking both Gregory and Naleli.
The large doors opened, allowing the two sisters to saunter into the meeting room. Naala kept her shades on, her head still banging from her hangover. Naleli on the over hand found it comical that Naala was so hungover.
All the workers stood to their feet as the girls walked in. Some looked down in fear and others acted like that didn't care about their presence. They waited for Naala and Naleli to take their seats, before they all sat.
"I'm keeping this short because I don't have time," Naleli said crossing her legs. "Someone is fucking with us, and I don't like that,"
Naala looked around the room at all the different faces, trying to spot who looked dodgy.
"How much money was missing this week Trey?" Naleli asked Trey who sat forward.
"30Gs," Trey mumbled. Naleli kept a straight face whilst all the workers began to talk amongst themselves.
"So what's that got to do with me?" One of the workers said roughly standing up. Naleli chuckled and held her hand out to Tarek. When the feeling of the cold metal of the gun graced her hands, her smile got wider.
"Well Key, when you mess with my money, it makes me angry," Naleli said playing with her gun.
"I know one of you knows something," Naala said clearing her throat. "We're all friends here right? Let's do this nicely,"
"Bitch shut the fuck up, who the fuck do you —" Naleli cut Key off by letting two shots off, one to his left kneecap and the other to his right.
"Don't call her out her name," She said whilst he hollered in pain.
"Anyone else have anything to say?" Naleli spoke looking around the table. Everyone shook their heads and looked at Key who was basically foaming at the mouth.
"Find our money," Naleli said before getting up. Naala followed suit and they left the room.

"Can you get me an Advil?" Naala asked her driver who was stopping at CVS for her. "And a plan B," Naala added passing him a hundred dollar bill.
"Still haven't told him you don't want anymore babies?" Naleli asked Naala.
"He won't get it," Naala replied putting her head back against the seats. "I let him think that we're trying to save him from the heartbreak,"
"That's wrong," Naleli answered. "You never know, he might get it."
Naala thought about it for a moment, her sister was right. Keeping this from him was only hurting him in the long run.
"I'm right aren't I?" Naleli said looking at her. "Can I also add that he would probably beat your ass?"
"Shut up," Naala said with a half smile. Their conversation ended there as Naala started thinking of possible ways to tell Dave about how she felt.
The driver dropped Naleli off first and then proceeded to Naala's house. When they arrived, she grew nervous. After the night before, Naala was scared to face him again, especially after all that was said.
She walked into the house slowly, her head still hurting from all the alcohol she consumed last night.
"Hi baby," She said reaching down to pick up Cabo. "You miss your brother and sisters huh?" Naala spoke to him, kissing his fur.
She walked around the house looking for Dave and finally found him outside, smoking a blunt.
"Isn't it too early for that?" Naala asked quietly putting Cabo down so he could run free.
"It's never too early," Dave replied looking back at her. "You good?" He asked blowing smoke from his nose and mouth.
"I'm fine," Naala nodded. When she moved closer to him, he put the blunt out.
"I wanted us to talk about last night," Naala added sitting across from him on a patio chair. Dave nodded and looked off, his attitude towards her was cold.
"What's on your mind?" Dave mumbled,
"A lot," Naala muttered, "But first, I'm sorry." Naala said looking at him.
"I'm trying to find the words to explain how I feel right now but I can't. I should have never tried to hurt you - that was wrong." Naala continued. "There's no excuse for what I did with Gregory either, that was again - wrong,"
"Naala I don't care about those things," Dave said honestly sitting forward with his elbows resting on his knees. "I care about you, and how you're feeling. Yesterday you said you died with our baby, I hate that I couldn't see that,"
Naala closed her eyes to stop the burning sensation indicating her tears were about to fall.
"I thought I was there for you, I thought that I was enough to keep you going Love," Dave said getting up from his seat.
"You are enough," Naala said her voice cracking. "I'm the one that's not enough for you."
"Stop saying things like that," He said sitting beside her. "Tell me how you feel Naala, honestly,"
Naala looked at him and took a deep breath, "I feel empty. Like the baby sucked all the life out of me when it died. I feel like the one thing you've always wanted, I can't give you anymore. I'm insecure but I feel worse when I see how much you want to have more children. I wish I could do that for you but I honestly don't think I can,"

"Everyday I wake up and I'm in pain. I try and forget, trust me, I want to forget but you are living proof of everything I've ever lost," Naala said with tears streaming down her face. She remembered the time her and Maniya went through his pros and cons.
The only con Naala could think of was that he represented her pain.
"Naala," Dave said softly grabbing her hand. Naala moved her hand,
"No you wanted to know how I feel," She sniffed. "I feel weak, like I want to die, all the time. I dream about killing myself, that one day I'll be driving and there be a bridge and I don't stop - I just keep driving."
"I've been taking my meds faithfully, never miss a day but this feeling isn't going anywhere Amir," Naala cried into her hands.
"I don't know how to help you," Dave said taking her hand,
"Neither do I," Naala replied in tears. "But I don't want to be here anymore," Naala weeped.
Dave's eyes started to water as he listened to his wife admit she wanted to die.
"I need you Naala, we need you," Dave responded referring to their kids.
"You deserve more than me Amir, you deserve to be happy - I can't give you that," Naala said tearfully.
"I am happy," Dave defended. "I'm my happiest with you, only you," He said moving her onto his lap.
"Naala you're my world, no one would ever make me happy the way you do, I just wish you could see that. I'm in love with you, and I'm gonna help you be the person you need to be." Dave mumbled rubbing her back. "I'm gonna make this life worth living,"
"I'm sorry," Naala cried. "I'm sorry that I'm this broken woman —"
"Shh," Dave said wiping her face. "You aren't broken, you don't need fixing, you are just hurting. All your life all you've known is pain and I didn't help with that,"
"I'm sorry baby," Dave said kissing her cheek repeatedly. "I'ma help you," He said quietly. Naala cried in his arms, letting go of everything she was feeling.
"I think we need a break from New York," Dave mumbled rubbing her thigh.
"Yeah," Naala whispered holding his hand. She was safest in his arms and she hoped he would keep his promise to her.
~~
"We'll be landing in 30 minutes ma'am," The flight hostess said to Naala.
"Thank you," Naala responded leaning back into Dave's arms. He tightened his wrap around her and kissed her head.
"I love you," Dave said pecking her lips several times. Naala smiled and kissed him back,
"Are you trying to get into my pants?" Naala laughed playing with his fingers.
"Yes," Dave mumbled rubbing her butt. "You've been holding out on me,"
"I think my pussy's broke," Naala replied quietly so Naleli wouldn't hear them.
"Yuck," Naleli said from behind them, "But if she isn't down then I'm always available,"
"Naleli shut up," Naala said kissing Dave once more. He pulled her into his lap and rested his head in her neck.
"Get me off this plane," Naleli complained, Dave and Naala had been hugged up the whole flight and the sound of them kissing was making her sick.
"Don't be jealous," Naala said turning to look at her,
"I ain't jealous of y'all toxic ass relationship," Naleli said bluntly. She sipped her drink and sat back.
"We aren't toxic baby don't listen to her," Dave said once Naala started to frown.
"You really think we're toxic?" Naala asked Naleli who raised a brow,
"You really think you're not?" Naleli said blankly. "I would love to be this clueless,"
"Naleli come on," Dave groaned when Naala stared pouting and her eyes watering.
"What?" Naleli shrugged. "Naala you can't seriously be crying right now,"
"Why would you say something like that?" Naala said tearfully. Dave rubbed her back and whispered in her ear, convincing words.
"She didn't mean it baby, it's alright," Dave said kissing her cheek.
"I did mean it," Naleli said loudly, "Don't tell me what I did and didn't mean. You're clueless to the fact that your relationship is literally a shitshow," Naleli continued.
"You're being mean Leli and you know I'm sensitive right now," Naala said putting her head on Dave's chest.
"When aren't you sensitive?" Naleli retorted sipping her flute of champagne again. Dave gave her a death stare and then carried on soothing Naala.
"When was the last time you took a pregnancy test?" Dave asked her lowly.
"I'm not pregnant Amir and now isn't the time for that," Naala said dismissively. When she noticed his face drop, she turned to face him.
"I'm sorry, I don't think I'm pregnant, that wouldn't be possible," Naala answered in a softer tone.
"Because of all the plan B's she forces down her throat every morning," Naleli perked up.
"I'm gonna punch you," Naala snapped. "Why are you being extra annoying today,"
"The alcohol," Tarek mumbled from beside Naleli. Naala even forgot he was there because he was always so silent.
"Shut up, you don't know me," Naleli said mugging him.
"Having a baby with me is that bad?" Dave asked with a hurt expression.
"No Amir it's not that," Naala sighed sitting up.
"Then what?" Dave snapped back. Naleli giggled and sat up in her seat.
"This is how it starts, it may end up in sex or her punching him - you never know," Naleli said Tarek. Naala glared at her then back at Dave.
"You know how I feel about having a baby right now, it won't work," Naala replied trying to hold his hand.
"So you've been lying to me?" He sighed, "That's fucked up Naala even for you,"
"You couldn't seriously think we was gonna have another baby straight away Amir. That's crazy," Naala shook her head.
Dave understood where she was coming from but didn't understand why she had to lie. He would have never forced her into anything she didn't want to do.
"Did you feel like I forced you into it?" Dave said holding onto her waist.
"Yes," Naala muttered. "I'm still hurting and adding another baby into that wouldn't work,"
"Then next time tell me, Ion like you feeling like that," Dave said softly. Naala nodded and he leaned down and kissed her lips. "When you're ready, if you'll ever be ready - I'll wait for you,"
"Boringgggg," Naleli dragged out emptying her glass and then slamming it back down. "Get angry with each other, have some angry sex or something. Don't leave us hanging," Tarek shushed her and Naala shook her head.
"Leli you are banned from alcohol till I say so," Naala said sitting back for the rest of the plane ride.
~~
Naala and Dave crept into the movie room, they purposely told Naala's mom not to tell the kids they were coming.
A secret life of Pets was playing on the big screen. Sinai was cuddled up next to Maniya and Phat and Saint was hanging off one of the chairs watching the screen.
Naala went up behind Malia and kissed her cheek several times.
"Too many kisses mommy," Malia complained without thinking. When she realised what was happening she jumped up.
"Mommy!" Malia squealed clinging to her neck. Saint shot up and rubbed his eyes running over to Naala.
"I knew you would come back," Sinai said hugging Dave tightly. Maniya smiled widely, happy that her sibling were happy.
"I missed you guys so much," Naala said softly giving them all kisses. "You didn't miss me Papa?" Naala laughed when Saint rubbed her kiss of his cheek.
"He did," Sinai spoke quickly. "He's been sleeping with Niya every night because he said she smells like you,"
"Stop," Saint blushed holding onto Naala's leg. Dave lifted Malia up and brushed her hair out her face.
"Where's the baby?" Malia asked her dad whilst looking at Naala. "Malia wants to see the baby," She added. Dave and Naala didn't tell the younger ones about the baby because they didn't think they would get it, therefore Malia expected to see a new baby.
Naala parted her lips to speak but Naleli beat her to it.
"Ew children," She said looking at them.
The children looked at her in bewilderment, they were looking at double of their mother.
"Leli I said wait till I tell them," Naala groaned mugging her sister.
"Who are you?" Malia said blankly to Naleli. Naleli returned the stare,
"Who are you?" Naleli asked her,
"I'm Malia." Malia said sarcastically, "This is my daddy," She said putting her hand on Dave's shoulders.
"I'm Naleli," Naleli replied. "This is my daddy," She added pulling Tarek next to her. Dave burst into laughter,
"You're a mess," He shook his head at her. Sinai stared at Naleli and then at Naala.
"Mommy you have a twin?" She asked with a shocked face.
"I do," Naala nodded. "Leli these are my babies," Naala smiled at her.
"I don't care," Naleli said bluntly looking around the room.
"Oop," Maniya giggled, it was funny because Naleli was Naala on steroids.
"Malia doesn't like you," Malia said pointing at Naleli. Naala gasped and pulled her hand down.
"Phat we don't say things like that," Naala scolded her.
"Naleli doesn't like her either, don't worry," Naleli said with an amused look.
"Naleli she's a child," Miani's voice boomed through the room. They all looked in her direction,
"Hey mom," Naala muttered turning her attention back on Saint. Naala was still in a weird place with Miani due to the lies she had been told.
"Mother," Naleli squinted at her making Tarek release her hand. Naleli glanced at him but didn't say anything, clearly he was embarrassed to be seen holding her hand.
"I'm trying to understand why you girls are here, instead of back home figuring that mess out," Miani snapped. Naala blinked at her mom and then looked at her kids,
"Do you think now is the right time?" Naala asked her calmly.
"Yes, especially when there are people trying to kill you!" Miani shouted. Dave cleared his throat and took Saint's hand, leading the children out of the movie room.
"Stay calm," He said before kissing her forehead. Naala barely paid attention to him because she was furious at her mom for blurting that out.
"Why are you here rather than sorting out the mess?" Naleli argued. "Why are we burdened with it?"!
"Because you are the leaders," Miani replied in a sharp tone. "Yet you've led us nowhere,"
"What have you done for us?" Naala added causing Miani to turn to her. "We've been shot at, on several occasions but what have you done for us?"
"Naala I won't be disrespected in my own home," Miani warned.
"Then I'll leave, I didn't want my kids here with you anyway," Naala shrugged turning on her heels. "Naleli you can stay here with her or you can come with me."
"You don't have to tell me twice," Naleli responded and they both left the room, leaving Miani on her own.
~~
"Nasir mind the water," Naala called out to Saint who was playing dangerously close to the ocean.
"Chill," Dave said with his arms firmly around her waist. He had rented out a yacht for the family, he was treating this as a vacation and wanted Naala to be as relaxed as possible.
"But look how close he is," Naala answered holding onto the side of the boat.
"He can swim," Dave reassured her. He looked to the side of him and saw Naleli and Tarek lying side by side on a pool chair, laughing at something on Naleli's phone.
"The witch is laughing," Dave whispered to Naala causing her to tear her eyes away from the kids and look at Naleli.
"She really likes him," Naala commented with a small smile.
"She doesn't like anybody," Dave chuckled. Naala shook her head and drank some of her cocktail. Dave wanted to tell her to stop drinking because it obviously didn't help her condition.
"She likes me," Naala argued, she turned around in his arms and flung her arms around his neck.
"Why you staring at me like that?" Dave chuckled rubbing her ass in circular motions.
"I wanna suck your dick," Naala said bluntly. Maniya who was sat close by gagged.
"Do y'all ever stop?" She asked in a disgusted tone. Naala laughed and looked at Maniya,
"When you have a man like mine, you'll get it," She said with a smile. Brianna lifted her head out of Priest's neck,
"You'll never get it Niya, they aren't normal," Brianna said laughing. Naala rolled her eyes and leaned onto Dave,
"We're normal right?" Naala asked him with a pout. Dave nodded his head.
"Mmm, they just jealous," Dave said pecking her lips. Naala returned the kiss and he lifted her up so her legs were wrapped around his waist.
"Enough," Maniya groaned looking away. Naala pulled away first and give him three last pecks.
"Why can't we be toxic?" Brianna mumbled slapping Priest's chest. "It looks exciting," She whined looking at Naala and Dave kiss on each other.
