"And then I was thinking that we could have this whole thing where you make a dramatic entrance before walking down the aisle. Oh! And maybe you could like show off your belly or something," my mom says. My mom was helping me plan my wedding and agreed to let me choose what I wanted, but of course that never happened. She felt the need to give out a gazillion ideas, no matter how ridiculous or dramatic they were.

"Mom that's great and all, but what about what I want to do?" I ask exhaustingly.

"Ok. Well what do you want to do?"

"Maybe walk normally down the aisle? I'm already gonna be bringing in enough attention since I'm the bride. And also because I'm barely 18 and already pregnant."

"Yes that's true, but don't you want something exciting and extravagant?"

"No. I just want a normal, basic wedding. I even asked Ahk if he wanted to include his Egyptian tradition and he said no. He just wants it basic."

"Wow. Now THAT'S surprising." I nod my head.

My mom looks around for a bit before she thinks of something. "So what about the dress? Is that going to be basic?"

I laugh for a bit. "Now for the dress, I'm going all out. Larry actually found out that my dress was in some museum. I forgot where so don't ask. So he had it shipped over and now it's at the cleaners."

"Aren't you worried that they're going to mess it up?"

"If they mess it up, I'll sue."

My mom sighs. "Look I don't mean to make you feel bad but I REALLY wanted you to wear the dress I wore at me and your father's wedding." I look at my mother, of course feeling bad.

"Mom if that's what you really want, then I'll wear yours," I say.

"No no no. It's fine. You can just wear the dress that you wore at your wedding. It was very beautiful anyways." My mom stands up from the dining room table to go upstairs. Before she steps onto the staircase, an idea pops up in my head. It wasn't a good or bad idea, but it was a crazy idea.

"Wait mom," I say as she turns to look at me. "I have an idea."
