《Ninjago Perfect Match Boyfriend Scenarios--Jay》How You're Both Dealing With It {Part III}

Okay. This is it. If this doesn't work, I'm doomed. I can only think of one more way to contact y/n. If I message her and she doesn't reply, I'll have to give up. Here goes nothing...
You're on your bed, trying to convince yourself to get up and do something, anything, when your computer chimes with a message alert. You leap over to your desk and open the message without checking to see who it's from -anything to get your mind off of Jay. You jump when you realize that Jay messaged you using Perfect Match. You blocked him on everything else, but you didn't even think about the Perfect Match website because the two of you don't use it anymore.
Zatrap: Hello?
Zaptrap: Y/n?
Zaptrap: I'm sorry.
Zaptrap: I miss you.
Zaptrap: I love you.
You stare at the screen and feel a wave of conflicting emotions. You're still hurt by what happened, but at the same time, you desperately want to believe Jay and forgive him. You stand up and pace back and forth across your room, trying to make up your mind. To forgive or not to forgive? To listen or not to listen? To be or not to be? ...you can't resist a smile as you imagine Jay making that joke.
"But that is the question," you sigh to yourself, flopping down on your bed. You lay there for about two seconds before you're up and pacing again.
I can't give up. Come on, y/n, don't let me down. Please read it, please, please, please...
An hour later, you're still pacing, and you're not any closer to making a decision. Finally, you decide there's only one thing to do: flip a coin.
You look around your room and finally find a dime in your pocket. You turn it over a few times and balance it on your thumb.

"Okay," you mutter. "Heads, I forgive him, tails, I move on." Then you flip the dime into the air. It spins and sails almost to the ceiling, then curves back down, bounces off the edge of your desk, and vanishes under your bed.
She'll show up. She has to show up. I have to believe that she'll show up. Don't give up, Jay...
You don't bother looking for the dime. As soon as it started coming down, you realized what you really want. First things first. You sit down at your computer and type up a quick reply to Jay's messages.
She's not coming.

THE SPACE LEGACY
-= New chapter every Wednesday! =- What would you do if you found an ancient spaceship? Michael Freeman is a disabled veteran who had just been fired from his mind-numbing cubicle job, which allowed his opportunistic girlfriend to dump him. Now, he only wants to spend some time in his grandfather's mountain cabin to unwind away from the drudgery of daily life with a cold beer in his hands. Standing in his way is an ancient spaceship with an emotional AI, nanites that have invaded his body, an international crime syndicate, a suicidal FBI agent on a vigilante mission, terrorists... and this is just the beginning. What can one man do when faced with insurmountable odds? Call it quits? Or… call some of his old army buddies and blow those obstacles to smithereens. Can he become more than he had ever dreamed, reaching further than any man before? Staying under the radar of the powers that be while righting a few wrongs of the modern world. He is sure of three things: 1. He really doesn’t want to follow the rules anymore... aside from his own. 2. Space is the ultimate frontier, and he had been given a turnkey technology to reach it—if they let him. 3. Those that want to hurt him and the people he cares about will rue the day they were born. You do not always get what you wish for… sometimes, you get one hell of a lot more. --- “Really entertaining, and a promising future.” - RR Reviewer “Good old sci-fi novel” - RR Reviewer “Sci-fi with a realistic MC” - RR Reviewer “Wow, seriously... just wow” - RR Reviewer “I'm hooked!” - RR Reviewer “A well crafted story.” - RR Reviewer “A Sci-fi Novel I can appreciate” - RR Reviewer “This is f....ing good.” - RR Reviewer -------------------------------------------------- Advance chapters available on Patreon -------------------------------------------------- The original art for the cover picture was made by N. 8 418Dungeon Sect
An RPG nerd is reincarnated as a dungeon core- only to get dropped into a Xianxia world by mistake instead. Probably not meant to be taken to seriously, more as an affectionate parody of both dungeon and xianxia stories. —————————————————— i am going to throw words at the page until it is a things i guess

The universe is destroyed and its inhabitants are thrown into Existence. Eli finds himself in a new world, with a new body, and a System that's more interested in how he'll die. Follow him on his journey of survival in Realms above ours. The story is already completely planned as far as major plot elements go, and it's LONG, chinese novel long. The premise isnt exactly the most original, but after a couple chapters you won't mistake it for any other novel. Be warned this has little in the way of childish wish fufillment and lots of characters are going to die, so don't get too attached. As this is my first attempt at writing, the begining will probably be a bit rough. Please don't shy from criticisms, and I plan to rewrite most of the begining chapters as I get better.

8 65A Fate Set in Stone (On Hold)
After dying and making his way into the afterlife, our protagonist happens to have a stroke of good luck. With the help of the substitute god of death, he's given a second shot at life in a world run by gods who probably played too many video games as kids. Monsters, magic, dungeons, bandits, and all that good stuff is there, except it turns out to be much different than Jed initially expected.(I picked some generic tags since this is my first story and I am not 100% sure where it is going to go. Mature warning is only there for some less-than-polite language.)
