We were laying on Christy's bed watching Orange is the New Black on her laptop. I was laying on her chest, wearing one of her big t shirts and everything felt right.

"I'm really proud of you, you know?" I looked up at her and brushed the hair out of her face.

"Yeah?" She reached under my shirt and started rubbing my back slowly.

"Yeah I am. My little champion." I kissed her cheek and she smiled. She didn't say anything but I could tell she was getting tired.

"Babe, go to sleep." I told her. I closed the laptop, put it on the nightstand, and started shifting positions so she would be the little spoon.

"No no no, I want to stay up and cuddle with you." Christy said sleepily.

"I'm always available for cuddling, just sleep babe." I told her as she closed her eyes.

I wasn't too tired so I decided to go on my phone for a bit. I was scrolling through Instagram when I saw that Christy posted a photo about an hour ago. It was a picture of her and I at the game and we were kissing. The caption was 'winning on and off the field.'

I smiled and gave Christy a kiss which caused her to shuffle a bit in her sleep. I set my phone on the nightstand and closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.

When I woke up the next morning, Christy was still sleeping. I rolled over and turned to face her. She looked so peaceful when she slept, I never got tired of looking at her. I loved her hair that was always soft silky and brown. Her soft brown eyes that were always so full of love and happiness.

I thought about how Christy was the opposite and how we were the stereotypical lesbian couple. The blonde and the brunette. We were both athletes and her light brown eyes contrasted my baby blue eyes. She was short and I was tall. She was like my other half.

I pulled her into my arms as she shuffled a bit in her sleep. I'm pretty sure I'm falling in love with her. She made me happy, very happy.

Suddenly someone stormed into the room. "Wakey wakey! Please don't be having sex." Maddie said with her hands covering her eyes.

I rolled my eyes at her. "We're not, and Christy is still asleep."

Charlotte then appeared into the room. "Come on now Mads leave them be."

"Alright babe I'm coming." Maddie said as she walked out of the room with her girlfriend.

Christy groaned as she began to wake up.

"Good morning baby." I kissed her on the forehead.

"Morning." She grumbled as she began to wake up.

"Come on baby there's breakfast outside."

Christy opened her eyes and looked at me. "Okay, let's go."

I laughed as I watched Christy jump up from the bed and pull me up from the bed. When we got to the kitchen, we saw that there was eggs, bacon, and hash browns cooked and Christy grabbed a plate and filled it up. We both headed to the dining table where everyone else was already eating breakfast.

"Morning." Steph and Katelyn said together without looking up.

"Morning." Kayla and I said simultaneously.

"So Katelyn and I were looking last night and I thought we should go play paintball today. How does that sound?" Steph said while adding ketchup to her hash browns.

"Sounds great." Maddie said and Charlotte nodded.

"Christy? Kayla?" Katelyn asked.

"Sounds good. Kay?"

"Ready to get your butt kicked by me?" I said with a smirk.

"Um we'll see about that." Christy snapped back.

"How about the three sisters against the three girlfriends? To make things interesting." Katelyn suggested.

"Well I hope you guys like getting your ass kicked by the Johnson family." Maddie said.

"That's not what you're going to say when I shoot you in the ass." Charlotte said.

"Ohhhhhh! Shit Charlotte is going to get you." Steph teased Maddie.

"You better watch out." I told Maddie with a chuckle.

"Let's finish this meal up and get to the range. It's about an hours drive." Steph said as she got up and brought her plate to the sink.

"Let me tell you this, you'll never be able to catch me out there babe." Charlotte told Maddie. "There ain't no rink out there on the field."

"Actually I think it should be Christy who should be watching out for herself. She's got a soccer player to catch and run from." Maddie snickered.

"Uh let me just put out there that I'm a sprinter than an endurance runner so..." She attempted to defend herself.

"Um no you're toast." I told her. "I'll be after you the whole time babe."

"Well catch me if you can." She teased as she gave me a kiss.

"Gross," Maddie made a face.

"Shut up babe you'd do it to me too." Charlotte said as she pulled Maddie's face and gave her a kiss.

Maddie immediately had a huge smile on her face and gave her a kiss back.

"Ew." Christy mimicked her earlier tone.

"Don't make it worse." I told her and she shut up right away.

"Looks like the girlfriend's got the Johnson sisters whipped." Charlotte said sand she leaned over to give me a high five.

"You do not," Christy argued.

"Mhm sure." Maddie said while laughing.

We all finished our breakfast while teasing each other and put the dishes in the dishwasher.

Christy and I walked back to her room and I sat on her bed. She looked for clothes I could wear since it was probably going to get messy.

She gave me an old t shirt and I decided to wear my jeans there.

"Ready to go?" Steph said while knocking on the door to Christy's room.

"Yeah we're coming out."

The 6 of us walked out of the house and walked toward Steph's SUV. It could seat 7 people so Steph and Katelyn sat in the front, Christy and I sat in the middle, and Maddie and Charlotte sat in the back. Christy and I were holding hands during the car ride and her head was resting on my shoulder. Christy fell asleep and at some point, so did I. When we got there, we were awakened by Maddie.

"Wake up sleepy lovebirds!" She said while messing up both Christy and I's hair. "Man all you guys do is sleep. Is that what y'all do when you hang out? Take naps together?"

"That's cute, we should do that babe." Katelyn said to Steph.

"We live together Katelyn."

"Oh yeah I forgot." Katelyn said while laughing.

We got out of the car and went up to the admission booth. Katelyn paid for Steph's ticket and her own and Maddie did the same for Charlotte.

I headed to the booth and paid for Christy's ticket and my own. Then we split into two teams, the Johnson sisters and then the girlfriends.

We got suited up in the protective gear, plus shirts that already had paint on them, the helmet, then we were given guns with loaded with green paintballs.

"You guys ready to kick some ass?" Katelyn said as we walked onto the field.

The field had a bunch of red and yellow inflatable bunkers dotting the landscape. There were also a few old cars that served as protection in it along with a platform for people who were considered out. We were playing elimination style paintball but with all had 5 lives each. If we got shot we would have to go back to our starting point in the field before proceeding further. Last person standing wins. If you get shot multiple times at once, it still counts as one life lost.

"3, 2, 1 GO!" The worker shouted.

The other team started shooting right away and I ducked for cover. I waited a few moments before moving to another bunker for cover and then the next.

Then I saw Charlotte sneak up on Maddie and shoot her in the butt.

"Ow! God damn it Charlotte!" Maddie said as she fell to the ground from the impact. Charlotte just giggled and ran away from her while Maddie chased her.

I ran to another bunker and I spotted Christy hiding behind the bunker next to mine, then I ducked down and hid behind my own bunker, hoping she didn't see me. I waited a second and sprinted toward her bunker and pressed the trigger button on my paintball gun.

Green little pellets came out of my gun and hit Christy on the back. She spun around and started shooting at me and white paintballs started hitting the front part of my body.

"Ow fuck!" I said as the paintballs hit me. These things actually hurt.

"Whoops sorry babe." Christy said as she ran away, toward another bunker.

I started to leave the bunker until I saw Steph and I started shooting at her. She turned around and I ducked behind the bunker. Then I saw Katelyn was next to me.

"Steph's right there and she's headed this way." I said as I ran toward another bunker.

Steph spotted me and started shooting at me until she got hit from behind by Katelyn.

"Gotta watch your back, babe!" Katelyn shouted as she ran away from the bunker. Steph started chasing Katelyn and I kept moving, looking for Christy.

I spotted Maddie hiding in the bunker abject to mine and I started shooting at her and she started shooting back.

My gun was starting to get hot so I stopped and stayed at my bunker for cover. When I turned around I saw Christy standing over me and pointing the gun at me.

"Hello baby, how's it going." It was pretty intimidating since she was standing over me, not caring if she gets hit.

"Ummm hey there you know I was just thinking that-"

Suddenly Katelyn appeared behind Christy and started shooting at her from behind. I took that as my chance to escape and sprinted toward another bunker.

"5 MINUTES LEFT!" The announcer shouted.

I hid behind a tree for a while and then I spotted Christy. I started shooting at her from afar, which wasn't the best idea because there guns were not built for long range shooting.

She spotted me and started running toward me while shooting. I hid behind the tree for cover and the next thing I knew, she was next to me.

"You can't escape this time." She said while pointed her gun at me.

I pointed my gun at her and clicked the trigger but it was empty.

Christy smiled as she shot me once in the chest and the buzzer sounded, signaling the end of the game.

I took off my helmet and she did the same. We were both completely covered in paint.

"How did it feel getting your ass kicked by me?" Christy said as she kissed me.

I put my arm around her and pulled her closer to me. "Um no, I should be asking you that. How's your back?" I said with a sly smile

"It hurts from the times you and Katelyn shot me in the back, cheaters." She pushed me away slightly. "If my back has bruises from the game, you're going to be massaging and rubbing my back."

"Anything for you baby." I said as I kissed her.

We met up with everyone else at the platform and everyone was covered in paint also.

"So who'd you think won?" Katelyn said.

"The Johnson sisters, duh." Maddie said proudly.

"Um I don't think so, especially after Charlotte shot you in the butt." I said with a smile.

We all laughed as Maddie glared at Charlotte. Charlotte gave her a kiss on the cheek and her glare was replaced with a smile.

"Says the girl who was cornered by me." Christy teased.

"Yeah and then Katelyn saved me so."

Christy stuck her tongue out at me and we all laughed. We declared it a win of the girlfriends but the Johnson sisters demanded a future rematch sometime in the future. It was so on.

We then drove to a pizza parlor for dinner. We ordered two large pizzas but since Maddie, Charlotte, Christy, and I were all athletes in season, we devoured the whole pizza.

"I feel like we're raising a herd of hungry wolves." Steph said as she ordered another medium pizza.

"We basically are. Look at these hungry savages. Plus they killed the salad bar too! Well except Christy but that means she killed more slices of pizza." Katelyn said while sipping her soda.

We finished the third pizza and Steph dropped me off at my place.

"Bye, I'll see you later." I said to Christy as I gave her a quick kiss.

"See you later."
