《Jade Garmadon: Lloyd Garmadons little brother》Chapter 13 ~Siblings Fight

I slammed my bedroom door shut, making the walls quake. I threw open my closet door, grabbed my backpack, threw all my notes and folders to the ground and chucked the bag onto my bed. I stomped over to my dresser, took out some clothes, and shoved them into my backpack. Angry tears burned my eyes as I packed my backpack.
I picked up the gi I got for my birthday. Tears now flowed down the sides of my face as I starred at the black with purple shinny swirled cloth. Astrid rubbed up against my legs, but I moved her away with my foot. I wasn't in the mood for her sympathy. I threw the ninja gi across the room in anger, then put my backpack on one of my shoulders.
I walked over to the window and opened it, then sat down in the window sill, looking back at my room.
I wasn't going to miss this place.
*BACK TRACK!!!* *earlier in the evening*
Jade was now suddenly distant. He didn't talk to me much and he stayed in his room for most of the day. He didn't smile anymore, and he wasn't ever in his childish mood as he used to be. As each day went on the more worried I got. Something is obviously wrong, and the only way to find out is if I ask him.
Jade was sitting at the table, eating some mac and cheese. I sat down across from him and looked right at his face. He looked up at me then back at his food.
"Jade, what's wrong?"
"Nothing"
"...Whats wrong?"
"I said nothing."
"You have been distant for the past few days..."
"..i like my peace and quiet."
"You hardly ever talk to me anymore."

"I've been busy."
"With what?"
"...kids stuff.."
"Jade...youre lying"
"No I'm not, Lloyd"
"Yes you are."
"You can't prove it!"
"Yes I can! You don't look at me, and you hide your face with your hair!"
"..Im not lying!"
"You just stuttered!!"
"No!!"
"Yes you did!"
"........." he was silent as he glared at the floor.
"Jade, what is wrong?"
"...shut up."
"What??"
"I said shut up!!!" Jade glared at me now. He was standing up with his fists clentched so tight, his knuckles were right.
"Dont you ever talk to me like that! You're not allowed to say that!"
"Shut up! Shut up! SHUT!! UP!!!"
"Jade stop it! You're acting like a brat!!"
"I am not a brat!!"
"Yet you're acting like one! Tell me what's wrong!"
"You!! You are my problem!!"
"W-what?"
"You're always going on missions and hanging out with the team or you're too busy training!"
Now I was the silent one...
"You never play any games or read any books or even draw with me anymore! You make me feel so...forgotten!!"
"I'm sorry but it's my job to protect the city! It's not like I can just quit being a ninja!!"
"You jerk!!!"
"Brat!!"
"I hate you!! I wish you weren't my older brother!!!" Jade screamed at me then ran away.
What have I done?
It's been 2 hours since Jade and I were yelling at each other. Apperently the others overheard the fight as well, and came straight into the kitchen as soon as Jade ran away to his room.
I stood up from the table and went upstairs to Jades room to go apologise.

I knocked on his door.
"Jade?...its me Lloyd..im sorry, buddy. Can I come in please?"
No reply.
"I know you're mad. Please just let me in."
No reply.
"I'm really sorry, Jade. I mean it. Can I come in?"
No reply. Screw it. I'm going in.
I opened his door to see hos closet open with all his school supplies on the floor, some of his clothes missing from his dressers, and his gi on the ground. I found a pieces of broken glass, and a picture in a broken frame of Jade and I. I picked up the picture, and as I did I felt a cold breeze hit my face. I looked over to see the window wide open and the curtains blowing in the breeze.
No!!
I dashed down the stairs, putting the picture in my back pocket. I threw on my green hoodie and ran outside.
"Lloyd wait up!!" I heard Kai yell from behind me. I skidded to a stop and looked over my shoulder.
"Whats going on dude?" Cole raised an eyebrow as the team caught up to me.
"Jade ran away!" Tears formed in my eyes and my voice cracked as I tried not to cry.
"Then why are we standing around?!! We gotta find him before Mr. C or something else bad finds him!!" Jay shrieked. We made our elemental dragons appear and flew off.
Oh please be safe Jade. I'm so sorry.

Many a story has spawned from these two tales. Countless retellings mixing in their own fictions. But all stories spawn with a kernel of truth to them, and the story of Davy Jones is no exception. Those who've met the legendary seaman and his ghostly ship might call him a ferryman, escorting the drowned to their respective afterlives. Others might call him a devil, meting punishment on those deserving. The true story is always slightly different. Davy Jones is a ferryman, but not one for the afterlife, as Walter finds out. No, Davy Jones manages those who die at sea while in debt, and Walter died with a lot of debt. Unable to pay, Davy puts Walter to work. The specter has just the job for the dead college graduate. Another god, Sod, needs an afterlife for his new world. Davy tasks Walter with the job. Suddenly, Walter finds himself having to run a fledgling underworld with little instruction from Sod. To top it off, the denizens of Sod's world have their own ambitions to achieve godhood, and they won't take kindly to Sod's newest employee shaking up the status quo.
