Lloyds pov:

Jade came running into the monistary. His eyes were filled with glisining tears, and his new uniform was dirty. His pants were torn at the end and knees, showing his scrapped up kneecaps. His little tie was torn and all messed up. Jade ran up the stairs, past us all, and he slammed his bedroom door shut, locking himself away.

I ran upstairs and gently knocked on Jades door.

"Jade? It's me Lloyd. May I come in, please?" I whispered. I heard a little sniffle and the door opened slightly. Jade looked up at me and then broke down. He had a full blown melt down right infront of me. I picked him up, and embraced him in my arms as I carried him over to his bed, and sat down.

"Hey hey, sshh...its okay, buddy." I softly hummed as Jade burried his face in my shoulder and wept.

"N-no it's n-not!" He cried out.

"How so?"

"They are m-mean! T-they don't like me!"

"Alright. Deep breath. Explain to me what happened."

"O-okay...it all started when I got to school..."

*Earlier that day*

Jades pov:

"Are you all set for school?" Mom asked me as she helped me put my backpack on my shoulders.

"Yep! I got my uniform, my backpack, my pencil and folder and books!" I smiled brightly as I looked up at my mother.

"You're going to blow them away, I just know it. You're already so smart and you're looking so handsome in your little uniform." Mom smothered me in her warm hug.

"Mom!! You're squishing me!" I yelped as I pulled myself away from her.

"Oh hush! I can't help it, especially when you look so cute!"

"Mom, leave poor Jade alone. You already embarrass me enough." Lloyd chuckled as he approached me.

"You ready to go, Jade?" Kai grinned. "The team is all ready to take you to school."

"Yep! I'm all set! Let's go conquer Ninjago Prep!!" I cheered as Lloyd helped me climb onto his dragon. The ninja all laughed as we flew off on the dragons.

I waved goodbye to the ninja as they flew away on their dragons. I turned around to face the huge school I enrolled in. Ninjago Prep was a private school for young children. The school was huge, and made out of bricks, with a huge tower in the middle entrance with a clock on it and a bell in the tower. A concrete path with a few steps here and there welcomed me into the school.

As I walked in, the hallways were filled with other little kids chattering, running to class, and boys were pushing and shoving each other.

Typical

I walked up to my new locker, and opened it. I placed my backpack in the small locker, and took out my book, and homework folder. I closed my locker, and looked at my schedule. My first class was history with Mr. Sleeman.

I walked into class to see a tall man. He seemed to be about in his late 20's, maybe early 30's. He wore a slim grey suit with a black tie and black dress shoes. He had black wavy hair that complimented his dark skin and hazel eyes. Judging by the way he was dressed and his appearance, he seemed like the teacher who is friendly, but you wouldn't want to mess with him. I looked back at the class. Girls were already in their seats, chatting up a storm, while boys were in their own little groups, making dumb jokes. There was a group of boys that caught my eyes in particular. There were 5 of them. Blonde hair with blue eyes, white hair with brown eyes, red hair with grey eyes, black hair with light blue eyes. And finally brown hair with green eyes. He was sitting on a desk, grinning down at his four other friends. He had a black leather jacket on, over his white shirt, with no tie. He obviously played as the bad boy in this school. The boys all looked up from their group and stared at me. The leader grinned mischeiviously at me. I looked at the ground and scurried over to an empty desk by the side wall, near the front.

"Well look at the new meat, boys!"...Brown hair. He slammed his hands down on my desk as his buddies laughed. "What's you're name, new meat?"

"Jade."

"Hahahah!! That's a girls name! Girly girl alret!!" The boys hollered and chanted.

"I'd insult you but I don't speak the language of stupidity, so you wouldn't understand a thing I said." I calmly replied back and folded my hands. He glared at me with so much rage in his eyes.

"Listen here, you punk-!"

"AHEM!!" Mr. Sleeman gave a serious glance at the boys. "Jarred, Bentley, Harris, Conner, and Blake. Sit down!"

The four boys sat down, besides the leader.

"Don't make me tell you again, Blake. Sit down!" Mr. Sleeman growled, then Blake slouched down in his desk as Mr Sleeman began teaching class. Blake looked back me, glared and mouthed the words, "You're dead." I gulped and turned my focus back to Mr. Sleemans lesson. Maybe Blake will forget about it all.

The last bell rang and I ran out of class and straight to my locker. I've been trying my best to avoid Blake and his gang all day long, but i was bound to run into him at some point, which was right now.

As I ran down the steps towards the school gate, Blake shoved me to the ground, my hands scrapped against the concrete.

"Where do you think you're going, twerp?!" Blake grinned as his friends snickered and high fived.

"L-leave me alone, Blake."

"Hah! Jarred, pick him up. Conner, Bentley! Hold him up." Blake demanded. Jarred pulled me up and Conner and Bentley grabbed both of my arms and held me in a tight grip. Blake punched my face and kicked my stomach. He kept beating me up, till his hands hurt. His friends let go of me, and let me drop to the ground. I stood up, then Blake shoved me into the concrete. My pants ripped and my knees began to bleed.

"Just get lost, brat!" Blake shouted. "Get out of here, you piece of trash!"

I picked myself up and ran straight out of the school gates. I wiped away my tears with my sleeve and kept running. I didn't stop till I made it to the monistary.

*Back into the present*

"And as I was running away, t-they kept yelling at me r-really mean t-things!!" Jade bursted out into tears again. I used my thumb to wipe away the tears on his cheeks and hugged him.

"I get it, Jade. School can be tough, especially on the first day. People act all big and tough, but when those people try to bring you down, it means they are the ones that are already below you." I spoke softly and petted Jades hair. "Dont let them get you down. You're strong no matter what anyone says."

Jade sniffed and hugged me tight.

"Thank you, bubba." He smiled and wiped away his own tears.

"Anytime, Jaddie. Hey, why don't you, the team and I go out for some froyo?" I suggested.

"Yes! Yes yes yes!" Jade jumped up and giggled.

"Alright, but first let's get you cleaned up and into some comfy, clean clothes."

Once I helped Jade bandage up his cuts and bruises, and I helped him get into some clean clothes, we all went out to the froyo place, and ate frozen yogurt. Jade felt a lot better when Jay dropped a few puns and Cole insulted his puns. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for Jade...

...and a better day for Jay to be able make a pun without being insulted😅
