i rushed back to the makeup room and dragged Amber to the bathroom with me so i could explain the whole thing to them.

"that is fucking crazy!" they said.

"what the fuck do i do?" i asked, running my hands through my hair and pulling at the strands caught between my fingers.

"nothing." Amber replied. "there's nothing left for you to do."

"oh." i whispered.

they hugged me and kissed my forehead, "there's no point in trying to get something if there isn't anything left for you to get."

i cried in Amber's arms before we finished up our shift and drove home. we took a shower and decided to order deliveroo.

"you craving what i'm craving?" Amber asked.

"chinese?" i suggested.

"nah bro! KFC!" they yelled.

we ended up arguing over what to get and eventually just got KFC. we watched some more of skins before the doorbell rang.

"that was fucking quick." Amber said.

"i'll get it!" i told them

i went to the front door and opened it to see a familiar face.

"Billie?" i said, in a confused tone.

"Luna! you don't know what kinda shit i went through to get here!" she slurred.

"are you drunk again?" i asked.

"drunk? me? pfft! nah!" Billie pushed in and made her way to the couch. "Amber!"

"Billie?" they said. "the fuck are you doing here?"

she hugged Amber and smiled, "so you dating now?"

"what!" Amber laughed.

"oh! my bad, congratulations on your marriage." Billie said and sat on the couch.

"Billie. Billie!" i yelled at her so she could make eye contact. "you can't be here right now."

"just five more minutes, mum!" she said and snuggled onto the couch.

"what the fuck?" Amber replied.

"Billie get up." i pushed her. "Billie! get up!"

i pulled her off of the couch- sending her body to thud onto the hard wooden floor.

"ouch." Amber laughed.

"help me here." i said as they grabbed Billie by the legs and pulled her up onto the couch.

we sat her down on the couch and i slapped her a few times.

"wake up!" i told her over and over again but her eyes kept rolling to the back of her head.

"i don't think she drank enough to keep her awake. she had too much." Amber suggested.

"well she's not sleeping here tonight." i said. "so we gotta wake her up."

we tried everything- from shouting to banging pots and pans to playing heavy metal at full volume on my headphones.

"fuck!" i yelled. "i'm giving up."

"so you're letting her sleep here?" Amber said.

"fuck this." i said and dragged Billie's body out of the house.

Amber didn't help. i didn't want them to.

"oh shit! hey." i greeted our delivery person and smiled.

he looked at me in utter confusion.

"drunk." i laughed while animating someone drinking.

Amber got our food and the delivery man drove away. i pulled Billie into her car and grabbed her keys from her pocket.

"you letting her sleep there?" Amber said like it was a good thing.

"fuck no!" i replied. "i'm driving her home."

"okay, should i wait?" they asked.

"no, it's okay. you can eat." i said and drove off.

i drove to Billie's cabin and searched for the keys in her pockets before getting them. i opened the door and woke her up to get out of the car.

"Billie, come on. get up." i said and wrapped my arm around her hips.

she groaned as i pulled her up and put her arm around my shoulder.

"come on." i told her.

she opened her eyes a little while we made out way to the front door. i sat her down on the kitchen table before putting the lights on.

"holy fuck!" i yelled, seeing blood- soaked paper towels all over the floor. "what the fuck is this!"

she groaned and winced feeling the brightness in her eyes begin to settle.

"what's what?" she grunted.

"what the happened!" i asked her.

i closed the door and turned to face her.

"Billie?" i said.

"hmm?" she looked at me through her half- open eyes.

i stared at her, waiting for her response.

"accident." she answered and got up to go to the bathroom.

"the fuck?" i said. "what accident?"

i followed her to the bathroom but she closed the door on me.

"don't shut the fucking door in my face, Billie! what happened?" i asked again.

"just leave it, Lu. i'm tired." she whispered and closed the door.

i heard her lock it and waited by the kitchen table for her to finish. she took a while and when she came out her eyes looked redder than before.

"Billie. where's the blood from?" i said.

"forget about it." she replied and walked over to the counter to make a strong cup of coffee.

"no i wont leave it! there's literally a pool of blood on the floor." i told her.

"it's just a small pool." she laughed, downing the whole cup in one go.

"what the fuck is funny? what is it?" i asked.

"me! i did it myself!" she yelled. "happy now?"

i stayed quiet and stared into her dark red eyes.

fuck.

she went down the stairs to the vibe room as i followed after her.

"what happened?" i asked.

"nothing you should be worrying about." she replied. "shouldn't you be going home?"

"no. why would i need to?" i said. "shit. shat the fuck happened here?"

i looked around the room to see that it had all been trashed. glass had been shattered into a million pieces, the pillows where everywhere, every single cabinet and drawer had been opened and the paintings on the wall where crooked.

"did your friends do it? did you get robbed?" i asked her.

"go home." she sighed, putting the pillows on the couch and laying down.

"no. you look like shit." i said. "i'll go when i wanna go."

"okay." she replied, taking up the entire couch.

i stayed careful of where i stepped and look a seat on the couch by the wall.

"what did you do?" i asked.

"don't ask questions. you don't wanna know." she said with her eyes closed.

"sorry." i said sarcastically.

she turned around and looked at me.

"is this funny to you? because you can leave." Billie suggested.

"no. i'm just wondering why you're so persistent on hiding what happened." i admitted.

"isn't it obvious?" she whispered. "i'm a fucking mess."

"no you're not." i said.

"yes. i know that i can be narcissistic and self destructive sometimes but underneath all that i'm a good person. and i need you to tell me that. i need you to tell me i'm a good person, Lu." Billie whispered.

"you are a good person, Billie. i did doubt that, but i see you now. i know you're a good person." i replied.

"then why wasn't i good enough for you, Luna?" she said.

"i expected too much. and i looked at everything from a different perspective. i made assumptions. bad assumptions. and i'm sorry, Bil." i told her. "i'm sorry."

she looked at me and cleared her throat.

"you should go home." she said.

i looked her in the eyes and felt a sense of disappointment.

"yeah. goodnight." i said and made my way out the door.

i tried hard to hold in my tears yet again. i hoped she would run after me but after i had walked out of the door every single drop of hope i had poured out of me.

i failed again.

i walked out onto the grass and made my way to the highway and began walking to the nearest bus stop which was a few miles away.

it wasn't until i heard footsteps behind me i was able to feel joy. i turned around to see Billie running closer up to me.

yes.

i smiled and rsn towards her and jumped up as she kissed me. she twirled around in circles when out lips met and squeezed my thighs which held most of my weight. the soft pitter- patter of the rain against us dripping against our skin.

"i'm gonna drop you!" she laughed. "fuck!"

"no!" i yelled as we hit the ground.

Billie laid on top of me as we made out.

"my hands slipped!" she laughed.

"just shut the fuck up and kiss me, Billie." i told her as her hands ran up my body.

her wet hair dripped all over my face and i pulled back to smile at her.

"i love you, Bil." i admitted.

"i know." she rasped. "i love you too."

we got up and walked back to her cabin.

"i need to clean this up." she said.

"what happened?" i asked.

"i don't wanna talk about it." she replied.

"okay but can we take a shower?" i asked.

"fine." she whispered. "you missed him didn't you?"

"nope. definitely not." i lied.

"mhm, okay." she scoffed.

"we need to clean up your room, too." i suggested.

"ugh." she moaned and got into the bathroom. "no."

i joined her and turned on the water only to make out on the sink.

"oh no." i said.

"what?" she replied.

"i'm i gonna get filled again?" i joked.

"let's see should we?" she said and kissed on my neck before taking my shirt off.

"holy fuck." she said, staring at my tits. "they got bigger."

"stop!" i slapped her thigh.

she pulled herself a little further away from me.

"fuck." she winced.

"you okay?" i asked.

"mhm." Billie nodded and pulled down her boxers.

"oh, fuck no. Billie." i said, looking at the red bandage on her thigh. "Billie."

i looked at her with a 'why?' kind of face.

"i know." she said and pulled the bandage off to reveal the dark red dried- up blood that remained and threw it in the bin.

"that's quite deep." i told her.

"at least we're matching now." she laughed, pulling my pants off.

"no. Billie." i whispered. "why?"

"i don't know. we can talk about it tomorrow maybe, okay?" she asked.

"fine." i said and got in the shower with her after the both of us had finally finished getting fully naked.

"you got bigger too." i laughed.

"no i shrunk." she said. "i used to be eight, now i'm 7 and a half."

"i can change that." i replied and went down on her.
