They, being Noelle, Bennett and Razor, all gathered in a little circle in the middle of Barbara's room as she picked up a broom and paced around the room.
"Now, I shall give you guys roles!" Barbara announced. "I am the princess, Noelle is my knight in shining armor, Razor you're a prince, my brother, and uh... Bennett... mmm, you're the big bad monster that eats people, okay! Let's play!" "Wait but why am I the big bad monster." Bennett complained unamused. "Because you look like one, let's get on with it now, no complaints!" Razor and Noelle stifled a laugh as Razor stared at Barbara dumbfounded.
They all took their places.
"Okay, cue the big bad monster! Wow what a beautiful day today... too bad a can't share it with Noelle my favorite knight!" Barbara sighed. "Truly unfortunate." Razor shook his head.
"Raaaah!" Bennett roared as he held his hands up next to his face, his hands assuming the claw motion. "Aaaaah! Oh my god it's hideous! It's gonna eat us alive! Horrendous! Disgusting!" Barbara screamed. "Oh no, we have to go away before this ugly being eats us! Oh, we're going to die" Razor exclaimed. "Not on my watch!" Noelle held a cardboard claymore, hitting Bennett on the side with it. "Ouf-! I mean, Ohhh I'm gonna eat you first you stupid little Knight!"
Bennett grabbed Noelle's claymore, but in one swift motion she dodged and hit him in a head, harder than expected, and he fell to the floor, grasping his head. "Bennett!" They all rushed to him. "Ugh, Noelle I think you defeated the monster..." Bennett moaned in pain.
"Woohoo! Go Noelle!" Barbara cheered. "Bennett is okay?" Razor asked looming over him. Ohh, yeah I'm okay Razor thank you mmmmhehe-" Bennett giggled. "You literally sound like me right now, do I have to slap you?" Barbara said, her eyebrows furrowed. "No! No, I don't! I'm okay! I'm fine!" Bennett said, stumbling upwards. "Uhh, could we act out something else?"

"Okay, uh... we're a family." Barbara thought aloud. "And... you and Razor are the parents because I'm not sharing Noelle, Razor you're the mommy and Bennett is the Daddy, I'm the gay child and Noelle is my girlfriend, no questions asked or I'm pounding your face into minced meat." Barbara explained, grinning.
Bennett gave her a knowing look, like "I know why you made me paired with Razor like this..." Razor, on the other hand, seemed perfectly fine with it, almost content. S-So we're dating...?" Noelle said bright-eyed. "Yes, uh... is there a problem?" Barbara asked, worried. "Oh no, no problem at all! Let's get on with it then!"
They all got into position, with Bennett and Razor being forced to spoon on a couch by Barbara, and her and Noelle taking the bed. "Okay so we're waking up in the morning, and... go!"
"Mmm good morning Razor." Bennett breathed into Razor's neck, sending a shiver down his spine leaving him speechless. "Razor?" Bennett whispered. "O-Oh! Right! Uhh, good morning Benny." Razor smiled. "Oh my god good morning Noelle!" Barbara giggled, locking Noelle in a big bear hug, ruining Bennett and Razor's little moment. They all get up and fake stretch.
Bennett makes him and Razor some 'coffee' as Noelle and Barbara go to Barbara's little kitchen. "Good morning girls, how did you sleep last night?" Razor smiles. "Wow it's almost like we're a real family, like Razor and I are actually married, hehe..." Bennett giggles to himself but instantly shuts up. "What was that, dear?" Razor grins as Bennett jumps at the nickname. "Uhhh, nothing I'm going to work bye." He says quickly grabbing any random bag as a briefcase. "Oh, dear, wait, we haven't said bye yet hm?" Razor Noelle and Barbara tackle Bennett in a big hug.

Then, Razor does the unthinkable, he grabs Bennett's face and kisses him on the cheek. The kiss is short but it lingers, and Bennett could've sworn he felt his brain frying and melting right there on the spot. "I-I yes uh um y-yeah I'm going now mhmmm bye bye." Bennett almost falls trying to get back up as Razor giggles. He quickly exits the room.
"Woah, get a room." Barbara rolls her eyes. "You guys are so cute to be honest, not as cute as Barb though." Noelle grabs Barbara's arm and nuzzles her face into her neck. "Are you two dating?" "Oh... not yet." Barbara smirks.
On the other side of the door, Bennett quickly escaped to the bathroom. "I-It's hot..." He says, lightly tugging at his shirt collar to get some air.
Of course, it's not actually hot. Bennett is just to flustered to function like a normal human being. "He... kissed me. Well he kissed my face but that's still me! Oh god... I feel like a girl who just went to prom with her middle school crush this is so embarrassing...!" Bennett washes his face and hands and rubs his face, lightly slapping his cheeks. "Okay Bennett... get yourself together like fuck oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck..." He inhales and exhales a few times. "Okay, I'm fine."
He sighs one last time as he exits the bathroom. He hears Barbara and Noelle laughing, but no Razor. He slowly enters the room. "Oh dad you're back!" Noelle says happily. "Ohh I missed you guys, gimme a hug!" Bennett grabs them and hugs them really tight. "Where's mommy?" "She went to sleep~!" Bennett glanced over and, sure enough, there was Razor, passed out on the couch.
Bennett knelt down in front of him and took in the view. The way his smooth hair drapes over his eyes like curtains, the small scar he has on his eye that Bennett wonders about, his curly eyelashes, his soft, plump lips, his chubby little cheeks, the way his chest rises and falls with every breath, his one pierced ear, and his smooth hands and slim fingers. Surely, Bennett could stare at him for days.
"Mmm..." Razor stirred in his sleep and, to Bennett's dismay, rolling around onto his other side, facing the back of the couch. "I'm sure you could spoon him ya know? There's room for two of you." Barbara teased. Bennett blushed. "I... wasn't thinking about that!" Bennett huffed. "So stingy..." Barbara muttered, laying her forehead on Noelle's shoulder.
He just watches as Barbara and Noelle act like a new couple. "I'm tired Noelle~! Take me to bed!" Barbara groans. Noelle picked her up. "Ah! Noelle I wasn't serious!" "But you asked for it and I'm here to serve you as your knight!" Noelle walks them over to Barbara's bed. "Seriously how much do you work out?" "Hmm, as much as I need to for the martial arts club. "Right!"
Bennett watches them, then glances at Razor's back. "Why not..." Bennett whispers, climbing onto the couch, pulling a blanket the rests on the other side of the bed over them and he wraps his arms around Razor's waist and sleeps.
