For the next few days, I keep busy and try to avoid Yoongi.

During lunch, I take my work and go somewhere else.

I know I am acting like a coward.

Jungkook and Jin oppa think so too.

But I'm scared of talking about the past, of opening old wounds.

I know I will have to do it eventually but for now, I'll just hide.

It's the best defense mechanism.

Keep your distance and you won't get hurt...again.

I've also been overworking myself trying to get things done so that I can go back home.

And because of that, I caught whatever stomach bug Alex had.

I wake up in the morning feeling like a got hit by a bus.

Feeling like crap I get my phone and text Jin Oppa

Min Jee: Oppa do you have Yoongi's cell number?

Jin Oppa: Yes, why?

MIn Jee: I can't make it to work.

Jin Oppa:01 XXX XXXX

I press the number and call.

As I'm about to hang up. I hear...

And I hang up.

Shoot even talking on the phone is exhausting.

I use all of my strength to get up and go to Alex.

I give him his medicine for the fever.

And I take mine too.

We get comfortable on the couch with our vomit buckets next to us, Just in case.

I keep an eye on Alex until he falls asleep and I follow him.

Yoongi's POV

I am walking out of the house when I get a call from an unknown number.

Usually, I don't answer but for some reason today I did.

To my surprise, it's Min Jee.

I know that she has been avoiding me and I gave her her space for now.

She said she won't be coming to work.

Before I can say anything she hangs up on me.

Will they be okay?

I save her number and try calling her back but she won't answer.

Damn it.

I drive to work and once in my office, I try again.

But still nothing.

I start pacing.

They are both sick.

She can't do it alone. I should go, right? AHH!

Ottoke?!

Namjoon walks into my office and sees me pacing like a mad man.

"Umm..are you okay?" he asks not sure what to do with me.

I turn to him and say.

"No, Min Jee called me that she can't come in today because she and Alex are sick. And now I'm worried. Who will take care of them if they are both sick?!" I say freaking out.

Namjoon smiles. He picks up his phone.

" Babe! Min Jee and Alex are sick and Yoongi is freaking out. Could you send him her address and door passcode?" he listens to whatever Jin is saying and smiles.

"Sure babe, Love you too" and he hangs up.

Namjoon pushes me toward the door and says.

"Go take care of your family. Jin will send you her address and pass-code and also a list of things you might need to take care of them. Good luck! and don't worry about the company we will take care of everything" He pats my back and walks away.

Just like Namjoon said Jin sent me everything.

I first went to the pharmacy and then the market.

I bought all the things I needed to make porridge.

I drove to her house.

At her door, I put the passcode and let myself in.

"Hello? Min Jee? Alex?" I say but I get no response.

I walk take off my shoes and spot Alex and Min Jee asleep on the couch

with buckets next to them?

why?

Walking to where Alex is.

I am about to take the bucket away when Alex wakes up and pukes in the bucket.

AH!! now I get it.

Alex starts to cry and I rub his back.

I give him water which he ends up puking.

He keeps crying.

"I don't like this," He sobs.

And I don't blame him, who likes being sick?

"I know buddy, It will go away soon," I tell him.

He holds my arm until he falls asleep.

Rolling up my sleeves I get to work.

I rinse the bucket and put the groceries away.

I've never really taken care of anyone.

Here I go.
