At work, Min Yoongi has been really nice.

 He even bought me lunch when I was buried in files.

" Here you go," He says giving me a bag. 

"What is this?" I ask opening the bag.

"Your Lunch," He says. 

" Oh wow! Ummm... you really didn't have to but thanks." I say.

 " Do you mind if I join you?" he says.

I really wanted to yell No.

Not wanting to be rude I agree.

 "Sure, please have a seat," I say making some space for him to sit. 

We eat in silence for a while.

"Your work has helped us a lot. Thank you!" He says.

 With the spoon in my mouth, I say "Your welcome" with a mouth full.

He laughs at me and wipes my face.

 "Aish you are still messy when you eat," He says smiling and going back to his food.

Not sure what to say or how to react I go back to my food too. 

He continues to do the same thing day after day.

 He comes to my office and eats Lunch with me.

 And it's nice.

 At first, we would just eat in silence. 

That was 5 days ago.

 Now we talk more about work and about ourselves.

 He asks me about Alex and I tell him. 

Feeling weird.

I want to be like 'He is your son' But I am too scared. 

what would he say?

One of our lunch dates... ugh no they are not lunch dates..are they?

 Whatever!

 We are eating having small conversations like always when Yoongi clears this throat and says. 

"Min Jee about what happened in high schoo...." I freak out and I jump from my seat. 

My mind says not ready, not ready, not ready. 

"I-I just remembered I have an appointment, I have to go!"

I grab my bag and run out.

I am such a coward I know but I'm too scared.

The scars I have from the past are too deep. 

I just can't.

I just stay there watching her run away from me. 

The look she had on her face of pure fear and pain. 

Today I might have failed but I won't give up.

We will clear things up.

I will beg for her forgiveness.

I already lost her once because of my own stupidity.

I won't lose her again.

I won't let go of her this time.

Picking up the unfinished lunch I walk to my office.

I need to think of a better plan to get close to her.

To make her see how sorry I am and how I won't ever let go of her.

My phone starts to ring. Looking at the caller I.D. It's Ji Soo. Hmm.

Ignoring her phone call I get back to work.
