Yoongi's POV

Hours pass and no one has puked, thank God!

But Alex wakes up.

His fever has gone down but I still try to keep him hydrated.

I give him some ginger ale and it seems to be settling well.

Alex holds my hand when I am about to go to the kitchen.

"Cuddle with me" He says making my heart melt.

How could I say no to him.

I sit on the couch and he climbs on my lap.

I snuggle my son for the first time.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I ask and he nods as he snuggles closer to me.

I go through all the movies they have until he picks Lego Batman.

Never seen this.

Thank goodness it has Korean Subtitles.

I am enjoying the movie when I notice that Alex has fallen asleep again.

I cuddle with him for a few more minutes enjoying this feeling before kissing his forehead and laying him down so that I can make porridge.

I search for an easy recipe and get to work.

While the food is cooking I look around the house.

It looks so homey and warm.

There are drawings framed on the walls and pictures everywhere.

As I look around I notice Min Jee wakes up and goes for the bucket.

I rub her back and she looks up "What are you doing here?" she asks and pukes again.

Nice.

I rub her back and say."I am here to take care of you guys"

She lays down and says "Thank you" before falling asleep again.

"I'm glad I could be here taking care of you both" I brush the hair that is on her face.

It must have been hard doing everything alone.

"Who took care of you when you get sick?" I ask her knowing I won't get an answer.

I check on the porridge and serve it and let it cool down.

Alex wakes up again and he looks much better.

I feed him the porridge.

We hang out on the couch and played video game.

Around 8 I give him a bath.

"Wash my hair," He says and I did as told.

He brushed his teeth and I helped him dry off.

Once we were done Alex got on his bed and said "Can you read me a story? Mama always reads me a story" He smiles up at me.

"Sure thing," I comply.

Walking to the shelf I pick a book and read it.

Before I was done with the book. he was already asleep.

I got up and picked up another book and read it for him.

Before leaving his room I kissed his little cheek and go to check on Min Jee.

She was up.

"Hey how are you feeling?" I ask.

She looks my way and says. "Better but my head is killing me".

I get Tylenol water and porridge and go sit next to her.

She takes the medicine and begins to dig in.

"Mmm.. this is good," she says surprised.

I laugh.

"I'm glad you like it!. It was my first time making it" I admit.

"Really?! wow I feel honored," she says teasingly.

She finished everything and lays down.

"Where is Alex?" she says.

I tell her I gave him a bath and put him to bed.

"Thank you Yoongi, I don't know why you are being so nice to me but I really appreciate it," she says sleepy,

" Anything for you and Alex," I say.

"Go sleep on my bed,get some rest" She says and she goes to sleep.

I do as told.

Laying on her bed.

I smell her pillow and hug it.

AH! it smells just like her.

And I am welcomed by sweet sleep.
