After a few minutes of continuous sobbing, Bennett finally decided to quieten down to auditable whimpers, then pin drop silence.
Wiping his tears away with his palm, he rested it on both of his knees and stared at the wolf. The boy gave a soft laugh before asking, "Have you been waiting here all day? sorry, I didn't bring any food of your liking, take an apple if you please." He took out an apple from his satchel. "It's all I have, worst to worst, I don't have anything to eat for dinner. But that is nothing compared to you, so take it!" The pyro wielder said as he handed the apple to the red-eyes wolf. "Also, you don't mind me staying for the night once again, right?" The white-haired boy said sheepishly.
After chewing finish the apple, the wolf signalled Bennett to follow it. As the boy did so, they entered the forest of the unknown.
As the grey-furred wolf spotted a wild boar, it pounced on and killed it with his claws that are as sharp as blades. Shocked, the green-eyed adventurer approached the wolf who was not far from him.
"Oh! Is this for me to eat Wolfie?" Bennett asked as he picked up the meat with his fingers. "Now I don't have to starve for dinner!" The boy exclaimed. "Now we have to find a place to rest for the night and create a bonfire to cook the meat!" Planned the unlucky adventurer.
It was close to dusk as the sky was purplish-blue. They found a big tree to rest under, Bennett found sticks and twigs to create a bonfire. He pierced through the raw and uncooked meat with one of the sticks, and gently roasted it under the flaming fire. Eating the meat hungrily with satisfaction, the grey-furred wolf watched the boy do so.

"Mmm, it's delicious! It filled my empty stomach!" Bennett chortled cheerfully. When the thought of why he was here in the first place came to his mind, the boy got a little upset.
Hugging his legs with his face resting on his knees upright, he questioned softly, "Why is the world so cruel to me?" The boy sighed, playing the grass with the stick that he pierced through the meat earlier. "You might be wondering what was I referring to huh," Bennett said as he turned to the wolf and giggled softly. "My group members blamed me for my bad luck messing up their research, and one of them even told me to give up on my dreams..." The green-eyed boy said as he pouted his lips and buried his face between his knees in the same position.
His fingers ran through his messy hair as he looked up and stared into space blankly. Shaking his head back to focus, the boy thought of an idea. "How about we adventure together? Since being in Wolvendom can be boring sometimes, I can bring you to the outside world beyond these trees!" Bennett told the red-eyed wolf. The wolf seemed to agree with the adventurer. "I'm not giving up on my dream just yet," he said determinedly.
"Oh! By the way, I can't be calling you Wolfie all the time right? Why not I give you a name?" The white-haired boy asked. The wolf made an animated nod.
Rubbing his chin, the boy thought of a name for the lone wolf thoughtfully.
"Ah! How about Razor?" The green-eyes adventurer said. The wolf's tail wagged wildly, indirectly telling Bennett that it likes the name a lot. He giggled gleefully. "So, from now on, we're adventuring together! I thought of a domain that we can try out, if we pass its trial, we would get the treasure!" He carried on with his conversation as Razor listened quietly.

"You're quite the quiet one Razor, unlike those playful ones," Bennett said. "You must be a great listener, I like it." He continued.
As he laid down on his back, he gazed up at the infinite stars that appeared in the night sky, it was a full moon that night.
Exhausted, the green-eyed boy rested the back of his hand on his forehead. This wolf is an extraordinary one, it seems to understand what I say to it every time! Bennett though as he slowly closed his eyes and drifted to sleep.

Sage ▸ Stiles Stilinski [Book One]
"You do realize that I'm supposed to tell you when you're throwing yourself into a dangerous situation and that doing this will probably get you killed, right?" "I don't need you to take care of me, Sage." "Says the werewolf that fell into the floor." Sage Connelly was notoriously known for the fire that killed her entire family when she was only ten years old. Granted, that name held importance for an entire year before people eventually forgot about the Connelly's and the other family involved in the fire, the Hale's. Nearly six years later, when the little girl is not so little anymore, Sage comes back with more than just a leather jacket hanging on her shoulders. She comes back with a personality distinctly different from what her old friends remembered, not only stunning Jackson Whittemore into silence but efficiently taking away Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski's ability to talk about the dead body found in the woods the night before. Even more, the bite on Scott's body that held an importance only two people in town could help him with: Sage, to her dismay, was one of them. When Derek Hale calls upon her help, giving her the title of Scott McCall's personal babysitter, she's inevitably forced to tag along with the boy's trusty side-kick. The introverted and overly, well, intimidating qualities that the blonde had lead Stiles Stilinski into an unfathomable struggle of convincing himself that Sage Connelly was just a crush, and that Lydia Martin would forever be the one holding his heart. That lasted as long as the one-way conversation the boy had with the strawberry blonde in the middle of a hospital. His downward spiral leads him directly into the arms of a stubborn, damn blonde that was confident she didn't need a boy in her life that was still tripping over an elementary school crush.
