For the one month, Bennett and the wolf, Razor have been adventuring throughout Mondstadt, going on treasure hunts, trying out domains, exploring dangerous areas. Though those were sprinkled with bad luck, they both enjoyed their nip and tuck adventure and seemed to be unbothered by it. They also trained together by fighting against monsters that tried to attack them "We shall go through thick and thin." A phrase that Bennett told Razor to promise him.
Though adventuring for a month, there was something that Razor was hiding from Bennett-it, or he has a human form.
"Woah! An exquisite chest! Awesome!" Bennett exclaimed optimism, a chest was unlocked in front of him after fighting off the hilichurls guarding it with Razor. It was another day of treasure hunting. This time, they were in Brightcrown Canyons.
Out of a sudden, blue-ish portals appeared in front of them. As it opened, a huge number of Rifthound wolves stepped out of the portal, accompanied by Abyss Mages.
The pyro wielder pulled out his sword and Razor went into his enhanced phase of him, purple appearing at the tip of his fur and tail.
"Attack them!" The Abyss Mage ordered. A huge fight broke out.
A cacophony of loud sounds could be heard on the battlefield. The fight was furious.
Attacking the enemies with his sharp claws and tail that possessed the power electro, Bennett and Razor were nominating them though outnumbered.
As the unlucky adventurer thought they might be winning, the tables turned unexpectedly. As Razor was taking down one of the Rifthound wolves, another came from behind and reached its claw out to attack the grey-haired wolf.
Seeing this, Bennett reacted quickly and stopped the black-furred wolf's attack with his sword. Unfortunately, his swords couldn't hold for long and snapped into two, receiving the Rifthound wolf's deadly across his body. The boy fell back, severely injured. A dribble of blood came out from the corners of his lips and his clothes were stained with blood from the attack.

Razor looked in horror. Seeing his partner trying desperately to get up but to no avail, it wanted revenge. As some Rifthound wolves were about to attack Bennett, a mysterious power took over him as its eyes glowed purple, giving an impactive force that pushed away the Rifthound wolves near the boy. With its electrocuting tail, Razor swirled around with it with all its might, giving out a deadly strike that killed all the enemies on the battlefield.
After things settled, the severely injured adventure crawled to the nearest tree and leaned on it, with his hand on his wound, blobs of blood oozing out of it.
The wolf was worried seeing Bennett on the verge of death, suffocating from blood loss. Razor knew that it had to act quickly. Sniffing around, hoping to sniff out a Wolfhook by luck.
It was a miracle that the red-eyes wolf found one not long later. Relieved, it ran back to where Bennett was resting at.
Then, a dilemma hit Razor. If it wanted to treat the green-haired boy, it will have no choice but to turn into its human form to do so. But what if Bennett dislikes him because of that?
But then, the sight of the white-haired adventurer slowly dying made Razor's heart ached. Purple mists formed and surrounded the grey-furred wolf as it closed its eyes. Bennett, watching it was confusing, unsure of what is happening.
As the mists dispersed, Bennett widened his eyes, shocked by what is in front of him.

8 217Becoming The Wolfman
Hello everyone. I’m an avid reader but I’ve never tried writing my own novel to be published. So I’m going for it on Royal Road and let's see what happens. Prologue My story begins while working as a Security Officer. I’m Bill501 aka the Wolfman as I have about 15 different Wolf tattoos. Not that you would know it since I have to cover them all for work. I’m sitting at my desk waiting for lunchtime and greeting all the employees in the building as they walk by. All the sudden I have a splitting headache and I’m trying not to show it because I don’t have sick time and I don’t want to go home sick and lose money. Suddenly a screen comes up but it just looks like floating text. It says Welcome to the System. Hell I read at least 5 novels a week that start that way so I’m like hell yeah so worth the headache. I’m over here saying status and character screen and anything else I can think of to bring up my stats and it doesn’t do shit…. 15 minutes later I get a message that says loading…..

8 185THE WHISPERS IN THIS DARK, CRUEL, AND GHOSTLY WORLD
(Vampires & Humans Vs. Werewolves & Ghosts???)It is the year 2201, and the human race is at war with not only the next evolution of the human race, werewolves, but also against Nature itself. An Ancient race of underground dwellers called vampires live and tries to protect humanity by bringing the human population underground in their habitat. The humans and Vampires live in fear of the werewolves, but that is not all, If this was the worst of it all, then it would have been a rather nice end for a good bedtime story about humans and vampires leaving in harmony underground, but this was not the end and neither is this a bedtime story. Nature (planet) still had big plans for the world, even with the creation of its henchmen, the werewolves (who have no control over themselves at all, merely acting based solely on their biological instincts), that was still not enough for nature. Nature still needed one last thing, something that could give those werewolves orders, tell them what to do, guide them, something that would be a personification of nature itself, something that would be nature's full power, with its wisdom and knowledge, something that would be its symbol. Ghosts.
