As Y/N and Ada were walking out of the police station, Ada was listening to the tape Y/N heard earlier. After it finished, Y/N decided to talk to her about it.

Y/N: "So, what did you learn so far?"

Ada: "Unfortunately, Ben didn't come through."

Y/N: "What info are you looking for then?"

Ada: "More info for the people responsible for this mess."

Y/N: "You mean whoever created these things and caused the outbreak."

Ada: "Yes. What about you? Trying to save the world?"

Y/N: "Just surviving and getting out of this hellhole but I'm guessing I might end up saving the world anyway somehow while I'm at it."

Ada: "Good luck with that."

They continued walking until they stopped at a road that ended.

Ada: "Roads out. We'll need to go around."

Y/N: "We can go through that gun shop to get there."

Ada: "Let's go."

They walked to a shop that read Gun Shop Kendo. The door was locked but it wasn't a problem for Ada as she went to the lock and picked it. After a few moments, Ada unlocked the door.

Y/N: "I would say you're the Master of Unlocking but I believe that title is already taken."

Ada ignored him and opened the door as they stepped inside.

Ada: "What a mess."

Y/N: "Might as well look for anything useful here."

Ada: "Don't expect find many guns. They might have already taken them all."

Y/N found a long barrel on a shelf. He walked over there and picked it up.

Y/N: "Should help increase more power for my shotgun."

He attached the part for his shotgun and it's size increased because of the customs.

Y/N: "You need any ammo?"

Ada: "No, I'm fine. Keep it for yourself."

He nodded and picked up the handgun ammo on the shelf. He also found a note on the table. It was a note from Jill.

Y/N: "Speaking of the Master of Unlocking."

Y/N read through real quick and moved on. He was about to go the back of the shop until a shotgun was aimed at him.

???: "Don't move."

He turned to the person with the gun. It was Kendo, the gun shop owner.

Y/N: "Easy, I'm not here to cause harm."

Kendo: "I said, DON"T MOVE."

Y/N: "We're just passing through here. Please lower the gun."

Kendo: "Like hell I will. You're going to turn around and go back the way you came."

Y/N: "There's no where else go there."

Kendo: "That's not my problem."

Y/N noticed a little girl behind Kendo. She did not look well as she looked infected.

Y/N: "Sir, Is your daughter alright?"

Kendo: "Don't talk about my daughter." He pumped the shotgun and had it aimed at Y/N's face.

Ada: "Drop it." She ordered as she aimed her pistol at Kendo.

Kendo had his shotgun aimed at Ada as Y/N pulled out his pistol at Kendo. Ada aimed her weapon at Kendo's daughter.

Kendo: "No! Wait!" He stepped in front of her and blocked her way.

Ada: "Step aside. We need to terminate her before she turns."

Y/N: "Ada..."

Kendo: "Terminate? That's my fucking daughter!"

Y/N: "Ada, please. Just let them go." He lowered his pistol.

Ada hesitated but decided to comply and lowered her gun.

Kendo: "Emma, sweetheart, I told you to stay put."

Emma: "D...Daddy?"

Kendo lowered his shotgun and walked by her side.

Kendo: "Yeah, Emmie. Daddy's here. I'm here, okay."

He hugged his daughter. Y/N could only watch the scene as there was nothing he could do for them.

Kendo: "Those fucking things outside... Look what they did to us. Those cops. They're suppose to know something. So how did this HAPPEN?! HUH?!" He shouted at the end as he turned to Y/N.

Y/N: "Sir, I'm not even a..." He said but wasn't able to finish as he grew silent.

Kendo: "She was our sweet little angel."

Emma: "Mommy?"

Kendo turned his attention back to his daughter.

Kendo: "Mommy's sleeping, honey. Okay? And I'm going to put you to bed too, okay? Emma."

He picked her up and carried her back inside the door her daughter came out of. He turned to the two for a moment as he was in tears.

Kendo: "Just go. Give us some privacy."

He closed the door as Y/N and Ada stood there, watching. A gunshot was heard a few seconds later. Y/N looked down after witnessing this event. He clenched his fists tightly

Y/N: "A lot people suffered from this. It's even worse when you're forced to kill your loved ones. And it's because of someone creating this mess."

He turned to Ada

Y/N: "Look, I know I'm just a civilian I'm not some agent, police officer or anything like that. But I want to find out who's behind this and stop them. This can't happen again and I want to prevent it." He said as he was determined to stop Umbrella.

Ada walked towards him and looked at him in eye contact.

Ada: "My mission is to take down Umbrella's entire operation. We may not make it out."

Y/N: "You probably might be right. But let's do it."

Ada nodded. They continued on and entered the fence door, leaving the gun shop area.

Ada: "Heard of the Umbrella Corporation?"

Y/N: "Yeah, they're that pharmaceutical company aren't they. Do they have something to do with this?"

Ada: "Correct. They've secretly been making bioweapons. They have a virus. It turns people into indestructible monsters."

Y/N: "Like Mr. X?"

Ada: "Yes, like Mr. X."

Y/N: "Should have known they would make something dangerous eventually. Those bastards never stop researching things."

Ada: "They're business is life itself or as they say at least."

Y/N: "Now it's undead. Doesn't exactly count on researching life."

Ada chuckled as they start walking on a metal platform.

Ada: "Not a fan of them, I take it?"

Y/N: "Not one bit. Now here we are, trying to put an end to their work."

Ada: "And that's why I'm here, looking for Annette Birkin. She's the one at Umbrella responsible for unleashing the virus. I'm going to bring her down."

Y/N: "Maybe, we'll take down the rest of the corporation while we're at it."

Ada: "Easier said than done. They have branches stationed all over the world and a huge amount of influence and money. "

They come to the end of of the metal platform and jumped down. They soon found an entrance to the sewers.

Ada: "This is how we get to Annette."

Y/N: "Great, going in a sewer. This is going to be fun." He said, sarcastically.

Ada: "Indeed. After you."

Y/N: "No ladies first? Alright."

Y/N entered the pipe with Ada behind him. They started to continue their conversation as they travel in the sewers.

Y/N: "Of course, a scientist had to pick being in here. But where else would you hide?"

Ada: "According to HQ, this leads right into Umbrella's secret facility."

Y/N: "You know, it's kind of amazing how they're able to create these secret facilities without getting anyone's attention."

Ada: "Welcome to corporate America. Umbrella's been controlling Raccoon City for years."

Y/N: "It wouldn't surprise me if they were capable of creating a city sized facility right underneath a city."

Ada: "Who knows. They might have already made something like that."

As they travel further in the sewers, the ground was suddenly shaking.

Y/N: "I don't think that was an earthquake."

Ada: "I sure as hell hope so."

At the end of a sewer gate, they saw a large creature from the other side pass by as it was patrolling the sewers.

Y/N: "Well, shit. Just when it couldn't get worse."

Ada: "Best if you don't say that. You'll regret it."

Y/N: "Right, sorry."

Ada: "And stay sharp. God only knows what's down here."

Y/N: "As long as we're not running into some big worm down here."

Ada: "You never know."

They passed by a large chest and entered a metal door. They were heading deeper into the sewers as the ground shook.

Y/N: "There's that shaking again."

Ada: "It's not too late to turn back, Y/N."

Y/N: "I already had two people coming after me. Dealing with one more monster won't make a difference."

Ada: "Sounds like you're popular here."

Y/N: "Apparently."

They ended up at a metal platform and water below it. Y/N was the first to jumped down. He landed on the sewage water and covered his outfit in it.

Y/N: "Gross, one reason to hate sewers."

He looked back to Ada.

Y/N: "Don't worry, the water's fine. This is where we have to go right?"

Ada: "Unfortunately."

The ground started to shake again.

Y/N: "On second thought, maybe coming down wasn't a good idea."

He turned around and looked at the dark tunnel. Y/N got his weapon out to prepare for it.

Y/N: "(It's going to be that big alligator, isn't it? Another reason to hate sewers.)"

Without warning, the large came out of the sewer water and started to make it's way toward Y/N.

Y/N: "Oh shit! This was a horrible idea!"

Ada: "Y/N! Get out of there!"

Y/N: "You don't have to tell me that!"

Y/N began to run the other direction as the alligator was going after him. He had to focus on running straight while avoiding the garbage. The alligator wasn't making it more difficult as it tried to lunge at him to bite him. Y/N avoided it's mouth by running to where it wouldn't catch him. It was repeating the process a few times as Y/N had to dodge it's bite. He knows he would be dead if that large jaw catches him

A little later, Y/N ended up sliding down the sewer path and passed by a pipe. The alligator had it's jaw on the pipe as it was trying to chew it out of the way. Y/N got up and saw that the pipe said flammable gas. Fire was starting to come out of the pipe as it chewed on it.

Y/N: "Careful what you chew, Gator."

He fired his shotgun at the pipe as it exploded. The alligator's head was blown off and came sliding down on the sewer ramp. Y/N sighed in relief as he survived against another boss.

Y/N: "How long can I survive this game?"

Ada: "Y/N, up here!"

A ladder came down by Y/N's side. He climbed up and regrouped with Ada.

Y/N: "How did you get here so fast?"

Ada: "I found another route right after you jumped down."

Y/N: "And we couldn't look around first instead of me being chased by an overgrown alligator?"

Ada: "I warned you about what we might be facing."

Y/N: "Yeah, yeah. Guess, these viruses really show how powerful they can be."

Ada: "I'm impressed you made it in one piece."

Y/N: "I'm starting to wonder if I'm unknowing wearing plot armor."

Ada: "Wearing what armor?"

Y/N: "Plot armor. You know the type of armor that makes you survive against anything."

Ada: "Sounds ridiculous."

The two stepped into an elevator. Ada pushed a button and the elevator starts goes down.

Y/N: "It does. But's it's the only thing I can think of."

Ada: "I think you watch too much TV."

Y/N: "Too true. So who does Umbrella sell these bioweapons to? The military?"

Ada: "They sell the viruses to whoever their clients are and Annette is the one who makes those viruses. Scary as that alligator was, Annette is far more dangerous."

Y/N: "(Not as dangerous as Chris Redfield. That guy can single handedly take on those monsters no problem.)"

The elevator came to a stop and they stepped out of it. They entered the next few rooms and entered a small hall. There was a woman in a scientist coat examining a zombie corpse.

Annette: "Definitely William's handiwork."

Y/N: "Annette?" He said as he pulled out his pistol and had it aimed.

She turned her attention to the duo.

Ada: "Annette Birkin."

She had her gun aimed at Annette.

Y/N: "So it is her."

Annette: "Not much time. Need to dispose of it." She said as she stood up.

Ada: "We're here for the G-Virus."

Annette: "That's not going to happen."

Ada: "I'm warning you, doctor."

Annette: "Oh yeah?"

She lights the zombie on fire and begins make a run for it.

Y/N: "Stop!"

Ada: "After her!" She pursues her.

Y/N: "Ada, wait!" He shouted as he followed.

Ada was about to go after Annette but a few bullets were being fired at her.

Y/N: "Ada!"

He tackled her out the way to avoid the bullets however, he got hit by one of the bullets while saving her. Annette started to run again as Ada fired her pistol at her. Annette closed the door behind her as she turned to the two.

Annette: "You'll never get the G-Virus!"

The behind her was closed and sealed off.

Ada: "Didn't expect that from a scientist."

She turned to Y/N who was bleeding from the bullet wound.

Y/N: "Son of a bitch. This hurts."

Ada: "Y/N."

Y/N: "Don't worry about me. Go after her before she get's away. I'll be..."

He couldn't finish as Y/N passed out from the blood loss."

Ada: "Y/N! You're not going to die on me."

Ada took the time to disinfect the wound and remove the bullet from Y/N. She soon wrapped the bandages around the wound and covered it. She also took off her coat wrapped it around Y/N. Ada got back up as she did what she could for him. She had to get back on track and catch up to Annette.

Ada: "I'm right outside the facility, in pursuit of Annette." She said, talking to someone on the walkie-talkie.

She listened to it and heard the response.

Ada: "If it's not on her, It must be in the NEST."

She listened to it again, waiting for it finish.

Ada: "Once it's in hand, I'll call for extraction."

She finished and put the walkie-talkie away. She looked back to Y/N one more time.

Ada: "Don't die, Y/N. I owe you."

She resumed in going after Annette.

Ada: "You can run, Annette, but you can't hide."

There was fan that was not working but she had a device to remotely control electronics. She aimed it at the fan and overload it until it was destroyed. She climbed up the ladder and entered the vent.

Unknown to her, there was someone behind her as he saw her climbed into the vent.

???: "That woman in the red dress. That can only be... Ada." He said, angrily.

He turned to Y/N who was unconscious.

???: "I'll deal with you after I'm done with her."

He passed by Y/N and started following Ada.

Ada reached the other side of the vent and overload the fan. She jumped out and landed in front of a zombie. She pulled her pistol out and quickly took care of it. There was an electronic locked door. But it was no problem for her thanks to her device. She unlocked it and entered the next room.

She was in a large area with containers and machines around. Ada head downstairs and went for the small elevator but there was no power and she started to look for where to restore it. Ada had encountered a few zombies on the way. She had mostly avoided them to save ammo. When she found the generator, she hacked it and turned the elevator back online. Ada started to make her way back while dodging zombies in the process.

Ada arrived back to the elevator and went up to the next floor. She saw Annette from the other side of the window.

Ada: "There you are."

Annette was leaving to another hall as the door closed after her.

Ada: "Always was good at running, Annette. I'll give you that."

Ada entered the hall where Annette was. As she was trying to catch up to her, the elevator that Ada just rode was going back up. She turned to see who it was. As the elevator reached the floor she was on, it was a man in a military outfit. He turned his attention at Ada as he glared at her.

Chris: "ADA! I'm going to finish what I should have done a long time ago!"

He started to make his towards her by heading for the door Ada just came in.

Ada: "Don't know what he's talking about, but I get the feeling he's not very friendly. Better lose him fast."

She used her device and quickly got the door opened. She stepped in and found another fan.

Chris: "You've been an obstacle to the Redfield bloodline for far too long! It's bad enough you try to take Leon away from Claire but now you're doing the same to Y/N! I won't let that happen!"

Ada started to overload the fan as she turned and saw Chris getting closer.

Chris: "Once you're out the way, he'll have no choice but to see my sister!"

Finally, the fan was destroyed and Ada slipped through and made it to the other side. Ada quickly went for the door and manage to lose Chris.

Chris: "God damn it! She got away."

Ada: "(Who is he and how does he know my name. And who's Leon? I'll think about it later. Right now, I should catch up to Annette.)"

Ada entered a furnace room and started to look around. She later opened the big furnace and looked inside. At the end, there was a corpse holding a wristband. She picked it up, knowing it will help her get in the next door.

After she picked it up, the furnace door closed, locking her inside. On the other side, she saw Annette as she looked like she had won.

Ada: "Bravo, gonna burn me alive now?"

Annette: "You'll never get your filthy hands on G."

Ada: "I'm not the only one after it. You realize that."

Annette: "Then you won't die alone."

She closed the slider and left as the furnace was starting to heat up. Ada had to look for a way out before she was burned. Ada had her hacking device and looked for the locks to overload them.
