《Call Me Cute》Chapter Six

Dakota opened the door to his room and invited Frankie inside.
It was like any other teenager's room except it was clean and there weren't that many posters.
"Oh you can sit wherever you like."
Dakota smiled gesturing to the space in his room.
"Ah yes thank you." Frankie nodded going to sit at the small table in the center of his room.
"Tea? Coffee?"
"Tea please."
Dakota went to retrieve it and soon returned with what she requested.
"Smells good yea?"
"Yes the aroma is very calming."
She sipped the tea gently, smiling at how sweet it was, yes this is very- ah WAIT A DAMN MINUTE.
she spat the tea out, completely soiling the table, Dakota's clothes and his face. Dakota smiled at her, tea mixed with saliva streaming down his face.
"You could just say you didn't like it."
"No it's not...."
Frankie trailed off unable to finish her thought.
How'd I get here??
☆ A moment earlier...... ☆
"
Is your face okay?"
"Tsk, you're still alive."
"Really? Can you ever be nice?"
Dakota asked watching the displeased expression Frankie had. School had just ended and most kids were still laying about putting off going home. Dakota managed to catch Frankie before she left. After their little moment in the nurse's office two days ago she's been like a ninja, he's never been able to catch her.
Finally he saw her today.
He glanced up at the two women who were watching him, one had their mouth open in shock while the other stared at him keenly. He smiled waiting for Frankie to introduce them.
A minute passed....
"Aren't you gonna introduce me to your friends?"
"Aren't you gonna exit from my life?"
Dakota glared at her, knowing full well he was pushing it when she didn't exactly like him but he just needed a moment to talk to her.
"Hi! I'm Cammy."
"Ah...yes Hello, I'm Dakota."
"I'm Swan." The girl who was gaping at him before supplied, once she closed her mouth.
"Nice to meet you."
Dakota smiled glad that her friends weren't as vile as Frankie.
"You're pretty peppy... different from what I heard." Cammy remarked a thoughtful look on her face.
Dakota tensed, completely forgetting the reason he was even given the title of loner at school despite his two friends.
In all truth that was just a persona to avoid talking to people, it sadly ended up making him more popular than he expected.
Frankie in spite of her bitter and nasty attitude brought out the true Dakota, she made him feel surprisingly comfortable to just be himself.
"Yeaaa....I get that a lot."
"Liar." Frankie casually interjected causing Cammy and Swan to look at him quizzingly.
"F- Frankie can I talk to you for a-"
"No."
He sighed, of course it wasn't going to be that easy, thus why he came prepared. He leaned down to whisper in her ear.
Frankie shot up out of her seat so fast, that Swan jumped in surprise.
She felt her heart leap in her chest not having heard that name in so long. She flushed red and grabbed her things to stand by Dakota.
"Gotta go guys! I'll see you later, verm- I mean You... person... let's go!"
She grinned not looking the least bit happy and pulled Dakota by his sweater sleeve, still not wanting to touch him directly.
☆ Back to the present....☆
Right.
That's what happened. I was kidnapped.

"Stop lying"
I came here of my own free will.
She didn't think she'd hear those words again....
He leaned down to whisper in her ear.
"Do you.... remember the Gourmet bar?"
She shivered recalling her scarred past.
Dakota smiled sitting down, fully changed and the mess Frankie made was now gone, almost as if it never happened.
She glared at him, caught up in his hospitality and kindness that she almost forgot why she was here.
"How do you know about the Gourmet bar?"
Dakota leaned forward, resting his head on his hand, the other on the table close to his chest.
"Mmm what's this? A secret? the great Frankie Bennett had a secret?"
He mocked his tone higher than usual.
Frankie reached across to hit him, but he dodge graceful.
"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. So violent, one shouldn't resort to such things."
Frankie groaned wanting to just zap him out of existence. He's so annoying, she's been calling him a leech and a parasite, it seemed he was finally trying to live up to those pet names.
"What do you want?"
"I want a girlfriend."
"Huh eew! no?! Are you mental??" Frankie stood up ready to leave and Dakota quickly blocked her.
"Wait no! That's not what I meant! I mean girl friend, I need a girl who's a friend."
Frankie frowned.
"Don't you already have friends?"
"They don't know that I crossdress."
"Then tell them."
"What no I can't!"
Frankie sighed sitting back down, understanding his reasoning but wanting to refute it.
"If I refuse?"
"Naturally Gourmet bar would become a sensation again."
Frankie gasped, and glared at his smug expression.
Gourmet bar.
It was a hidden location back in her first year of highschool. As Frankie was at a loss with men; She really wanted to not be straight.
Gourmet bar was a bustling lesbian club where all forms of people came. It's there she got lap dances from transgender folks, body shots from strippers, kissing women who were too drunk to see she was a minor. Not only that but during that time she tried smoking in hopes that it might jam the 'I hate men' side of her brain, she drank and she even did graffiti. It was a dark time.
She did all the things a highschool student shouldn't be doing.
"Do you have proof?"
Dakota grinned pulling out countless printed pictures of the very things she wish she could forget.
"AHHH!! OKAY I'VE SEEN ENOUGH!"
she sighed, she's managed to get back on the right path but of course her past haunts her.
"Where'd you get those pictures?"
"No worries I destroyed my source so really I'm the only one who has these."
She clenched her teeth in annoyance deciding not to ask anymore questions. She didn't like this....thing.... in front of her but she knew he wasn't a horrible person, generally speaking.
"What will I do....?"
"You'll just hang out with me, maybe go shopping?" He grinned already imagining it. Frankie sighed folding her hands.
Shopping?...mmm. yeah she could do shopping....
"That's it?"
"Yes! What do you take me for? I just want to hang out."
"Fine! I'll be your girl friend."
"Yay!!" He cheered smiling sweetly. Frankie gazed at him for a moment, a thought coming to mind. She wondered if it was okay to ask but didn't dwell on it too much before continuing.
"Why do you crossdress?"
Dakota's smile fell a little and Frankie waited for him to answer, when it hit her.

"Pervert?"
"Stop it!" Dakota warned slowly, he chuckled bitterly.
"Mmm. I guess that's what most people see it as."
"I'm guessing it isn't?"
He smiled leaning back on his hands.
"I do it because I want to feel cute, I want to feel pretty and I like how I feel when I'm crossdressing, I feel....more alive." He blushed a little never having to admit or say why he does what he does.
"Boys don't get much freedom to do anything, but girls do. When I see girls wearing cute skirts or even having a bow in their hair....they just always looked happy to me. I want some of that happiness too...."
It started when he was ten, stealing his mother's tops and wearing them as makeshift dresses.
He remembered how taken back he was when he looked in the mirror and how he immediately fell in love with the person staring back at him.
He soon got into make up when he met his first girlfriend at the age of 16. She would usually test out her makeup looks on him and boast how her boyfriend allowed her to practice on him. He'd act like he hated it but he was secretly thrilled.
He continued to quietly do it until now, when he has somewhat accepted himself but still kept it hidden so as to not make others uncomfortable.
He hated himself a lot for it at one point. He didn't understand why doing things that weren't labelled for his gender made him wrong or different.
He didn't feel like a woman or wanted to be a woman he just wanted to be cute, feel pretty to be happy.
"happiness huh....?" Frankie contemplated looking thoughtful. Dakota watched her quietly, taking in the cute poffy double pigtail hairstyle she had today and the way her plump lips pursed as she pouted, probably not wanting to do as he asked. He smiled unknowingly as he continued to watch the cogs in her head turn.
Part of his request was in fact to have someone, a girl friend he could just be himself around and she was the only one who knew and hadn't judged him for it. He's never had a close girl relationship either, and he wanted to see if it was as fun as it looked.
Of course he would be subjecting himself to verbal abuse and He hasn't really questioned why he even wants to be verbally abused more than the usual but he just knew he enjoyed her presence in general, in spite of her nasty attitude.
"All right! Deal! Let's do this and you better keep your promise swine!"
She spat holding her hand out for a handshake. He chuckled and wondered quietly to himself if he was a masochist.
☆
Dakota smiled putting on his peach colored lipstick. By a miracle he managed to convince Frankie to stay a bit longer so he could do a mini fashion show. If she was going to hang out with him she needed to get used to seeing him dressed up.
He'd be lying if he said he wasn't taking this as an opportunity to also show off his wardrobe.
Of course she refused at first but Gourmet bar kept her in place. He did feel some excitement from blackmailing her. It was bad he knew that, but he didn't care.
He's shown her two outfits so far and the reaction was admittedly lukewarm. She thankfully wasn't mean but she wasn't excited either. This was his next bet, it's one of his favorite outfits, deep down he hoped she liked it.
He stepped back to look at himself and felt his entire body tingle, his heart swell and his cheeks flushed staring at the cute girl in the Mirror. She looked like a model, she wore a full purple shorts suit with a daisy patterned sheer overall shirt. Her thighs were covered by thin white stockings that highlighted her long legs, she finished off with a simple round tip one strap heel.
Nodding to himself in satisfaction.
He fixed the purple clips on his long straight black wig, adjusted his bangs and left the bathroom.
He smiled entering, his face went red as it did each time he came to stand infront her.
He swallowed thickly as that odd new feeling rushed through his body.
It wasn't the first time someone has seen him in his female get up but it the first time someone knew that he wasn't really a girl underneath. He couldn't tell if that was the reason or if it was Frankie, but his body felt hot as her eyes travelled over him.
"Well....what do you think...?" He asked shyly. He can't believe how bashful he was being right now but all Frankie has said for the last two was 'oh looks cool' and while nothing was wrong with that he wanted a better compliment.
He was being greedy.
"Wow...."
He stared at her wide eyed.
".... you're.... you're so cute. This is insane!" Frankie mumbled, her own face going red completely entranced by him. Her eyes lingered on his shorts and how revealing they were.
Isn't that a bit short? It hugged his hips so well.
Dakota tensed.
It's what he wanted to hear all along, it's what he wanted. He just didn't know it would affect him so much.
He wobbled a bit feeling his knees give out beneath him. At this point he was as red as a tomato. Frankie got up to steady him but hesitated to touch him, she led him to the bed and sat him down.
"Wow.... Seriously you look so much like a girl...."
Frankie whispered to herself, sitting beside him. She stared, she could still see traces of Dakota the male but it was barely there. Dakota's face was completely red, his uncontrollable blushing adding to the charm of his outfit. Frankie raked her eyes over his body again to land on his stockings.
They looked really soft.
She glanced back up at him to see he wasn't even looking at her.
She reached her hand out to touch his cheek, watching as he shivered and turned to her.
She started at her hand in awe.
She was touching a boy- ah...well... He was dressed as a girl but still! It counts. She doesn't even feel sick at all, no thoughts of wanting men to disappear either! Is this witchcraft? Is this a miracle? Is she cured?
She moved from her hand to look Dakota in his glossed over eyes; he looked somewhat strained. She frowned not sure why he looked like that but she was too fascinated by what she was doing to really question it. She was doing the impossible, for all her years of being alive she's never willingly touched a male...but right now....
Dakota felt like he was about to die.
He was so embarrassed and happy that nothing could top this moment.
He met the determined and curious eyes of Frankie and another shiver ran through his body, he moved his hands to cover the growing bulge beneath his shorts.
Suddenly Frankie's hand was on his inner thigh stroking the material of his stockings. It was a brief moment but it was enough to have him squirm silently and almost whimper.
"Ah Frankie!!". He yelped not expecting her to touch him there.
"Oh sorry, they just looked soft...." She trailed off pulling her hand back. She stared at his thighs a second longer before looking up.
"Anyway, this the last outfit right?"
Dakota felt like a bucket of ice water fell on him, He stared at the blank look on her face.
She was completely oblivious to how she was making him feel and the mood she unintentionally created. How can she not feel the tension between them? Was it just him?
"You.... can go.... thank-"
"I said don't thank me!" She spat standing up from the bed to point an accusing finger at him.
She stared at him a moment longer before turning to leave.
"Mm.... You look nice so... Yeah. Later!" She mumbled picking up her bag.
"Wait! Remember you gotta lis-listen to me okay?"
She glared at him but rolled her eyes turning to go. "Yeah yeah I hear you." She grumbled waving him off.
Dakota watched her go and sighed removing his hands. His bulge now obvious and pulsing, he stared down at it feeling filthy, but there's no mistaking it.
He was turned on from having Frankie watch him.
