He put the flower back and before leaving said. "You don't have to forgive Ivar. I understand that you can't. But you cannot go on not talking to him." She nodded to her brother as he walked to help those going with him.
"I'm glad, that you are doing a least a little better." She nodded to the words Halfdan and said "Why must you go with my brother?" "Because I wish to see the world and travel." She smiled and patted his shoulder "then I shall be here waiting for you to return."
He looked at her with a smile "I wish that you could join us. But I will do as a promise to return to you." She gave him a kiss to his cheek and hugged him tightly. "See you when you return." She told him as she walked to find Hvitserk.
As they started to sail away she couldn't find Hvitserk but she ran up the hill to find Ubbe. He was watching them sail away. "I saw you and Halfdan. I am not going to say anything because I know you are strong and can make decisions for yourself."
She smiled and hugged him "I want to stay with you, Ubbe. I trust you more than Ivar at this time." He pulled back and nodded "you shall stay with me, dear sister." She then noticed he saw something behind her as left.
She stayed and waved to last boat to leave and some waved back seeing her. She wished Bjorn and Halfdan safety on their travels. She then ran to the water and grabbed some rocks.
She sat there for a next couple of minutes thinking of if she should talk to Ivar. She let her emotions get the better of her and decided not to. She couldn't forgive him or talk to him just yet.

She walked to where everyone was gathered and saw Floki talking to Ivar. She noticed that Floki looked up towards her and gave her a soft smile. She ran up to him dropping everything she had picked up. "Why must you leave me as well."
She held onto him tightly as he put his hand on her head and said "take care of yourself. I will always be with you." He then pulled away as he moved to get into his boat. She moved towards Ubbe and Hvitserk as she was pulled into a side hug by Ubbe.
"Is it true he has completely committed himself to the sea?" Ubbe asked Hvitserk as Grace moved to look at him. But quickly turned her head at the sound of Ivars voice. "Do not worry. I have given him the means to guide himself. We do not want him to be lost."
She shakes her head and watches as her brothers and everyone around them follow him down yelling towards him. She smiles giving a silent wave as she moves to find somewhere to sit.
Later that night she sat at the table next to Ubbe as she hadn't wanted to be near Ivar. "Speaking for our father, I think we should claim and settle the land given to us by Ecbert. The Saxons are in disarray. This is a good opportunity."
She listened to his words carefully as she took a drink from her cup. "We have the resources to make a permanent settlement." "Do you agree, Ivar?" She looked towards Hvitserk after he asked but he kept his head down. "I don't want to disband the army. In fact, I want to continue the war against the Saxons while we are still in a position of strength."

She stood causing Ivar to stop his rant. "All you want Ivar is blood. Not everything can be solved in blood but you don't understand that, I guess that's why Sigurd is dead." She spat towards him throwing the cloth she had sat on her lap.
She made her way out of the tent to the one she was to share with Ubbe and laid on the bed. She made herself comfortable to wait for Ubbe to show up and fell asleep.

Syche: The Dark Element
In a modern world where the four elements (no, not those elements; don't stop reading yet) are controlled by the select few born with the gift, seventeen-year-old Joshua Rasgard is horribly, painfully normal. And that’s not changing. No really. He survives by his wit and acute knowledge of how adventures should go, unlike his younger brother Kael who would rather disintegrate his problems to ash. Together, they're on a globe spanning treasure hunt that is about to take a dark turn. While hunting for clues, Joshua decides to rescue an ex-superpowered-assassin named Gianna. Doing so puts a target on all of their backs and thrusts them into a global conflict not unrelated to the treasure hunt. The one thing Joshua knows is that he is out of his element.

Divine Intervention Online
Vin is an ex-slave who wields sacred knowledge to demand freedom for his people. Seth is a reluctant player stuck in a game that is set to last 200 more years. When their paths converge, even the false gods will take notice. * * * Hello and thank you for giving Divine Intervention Online a chance. This is not my first book (that honor belongs to The Flock by Chris Sauter- available on Amazon). This is hopefully going to become my second book, the first of a planned LITRPG trilogy. This is a labor of love, dedicated to my absolute obsession with the LITRPG genre that has held me in its grasp for over 3 years. There will be dark situations that perhaps only adults should read including: slavery, violence and the results of war. There will be no harems, little profanity, but possibly some triggers for people who don’t like torture, violence, and other dark stuff.
