O'Connor returned to the police station. He felt defeated after his search for Nadine left him futile once again. At the same time, the 10-year-old boy he bumped into perplexed him. He never met him before, yet he looked at him as if he's afraid of him.

He sees Moreau walking by his office door. "Moreau?"

Moreau comes back to the doorway. "Inspector?"

"I saw and met the strangest boy ever."

"Where?"

"Off 53rd Avenue."

"What did he look like?"

"About 5 ft 3 inches tall. Tan skin. Curly brown hair. Blue eyes."

"That must be Leo Walker."

"Are you a relative?"

"No, he's the son of my friends, Tod and Gina. They live at the same street."

"He was in hurry to see his friend."

"Really? Gina told him that he was alone recently. He always heads out and doesn't seem to talk about his whereabouts."

"Funny thing is he said this friend of his lives on the other side of town. But, on the way here, I decided to check on him. But, no one from that area saw him at all."

"Huh."

"Moreau, do you mind if I ask for the boy's address?"

Moreau gives him the address. O'Connor pondered and said, "It's about time I meet this boy and his family."
