《Peter Parker field trips to SI and Avengers Compound!》Eerily Quiet

😅😅😥
Peter couldn't figure out what was wrong when he woke up Wednesday morning. His spidey senses were lightly tingling, setting off small alarms in the back of his mind. Stark Tower, where Peter lives with his parents, Tony and Pepper Stark, felt eerily quiet. Everything seemed to be... less than usual. Something in his enhanced senses felt off.
Shrugging it off, Peter prayed it was simply because his parents were both gone on a business trip and had left earlier this morning for Italy. Peter had chosen not to go on the trip since he had been there a hundred times and wanted to experience a hopefully ordinary field trip. He'd even gone as far as to hide the permission form and forge his mom's signature. The last field trip he'd gone on had involved a kidnapping and tests that made him Spider-Man. The memories of Hydra would never leave him as he dreamed.
Sighing loudly at his growing uneasiness, Peter grabbed five apples and a banana. Juggling these items in his hands Peter made his way into the private elevator that only a select few had access to. If Peter was being honest, most with that access didn't use it as often as an ordinary person would.
The elevator moved smoothly down the many floors of the tower too silent for Peter's liking. A prominent noise, one so often in the background, Peter couldn't quite place what was missing. A quiet ding brought Peter out of his search for the missing sound.
Entering the private garage Peter found happy waiting for him in a black car that definitely gave off a sense of subtlety compared to some other cars they owned. Deciding he was just being paranoid Peter forgot about his little noise problem. Instead, he immediately went into a rant about his patrol the previous night. This guy had kept smiling even after being webbed to the ground. Something about it gave Peter the creeps, a feeling as if that guy knew something important that Peter didn't. It wasn't a foreign feeling, that's for sure.

Pulling up to Midtown, Happy gave his usual goodbye, "Get out before I put that web of yours down your throat."
"See you later Happy! Don't be so grumpy all the time, it really doesn't suit you." And with that Peter closed the door and rushed to his Chemistry class to wait for the bus.
Ned and MJ were chatting excitedly about where they were going. The teachers had only said it was a large scientific facility. Peter knew that nowhere the school could take the chemistry classes would be as advanced as his home, but thought it interesting to explore another place researching different, or possibly similar things to Stark Industries. To see how the interns got involved and how experiments are done.
"Peter! Did you see Flash's post on Instagram?" Peter's best friend waved at him to hurry over. "Apparently his parents found out where we were going and told him. He hasn't said where it is yet, but... he did mention you. Actually, most of it was about you."
"What did he say this time?" Peter rolled his eyes as Flash turned to him grinning from ear to ear. Yet another person that knows something Peter doesn't. Why is this becoming an unwelcome trend?
"Oh, you know, the usual stuff about how he'll expose all your lies." MJ casually threw a pencil into the back of said bully's head, getting his attention. "How, Penis Parker couldn't possibly know Tony Stark. He's too dumb." MJ mimicked Flash's voice with a smirk. "If you ask me, Flash Thompson is just jealous of a serious nerd."
Flash stood angrily and stomped his way over to the trio. "Jones, do you want to get punched?"
"No, do you?" MJ raised an eyebrow questioningly. Flash took a step back in surprise. "Surely your not afraid? I mean if you aren't already, you should be." Her expression grew dark as she took a step towards him. "I've been in a few fights before."

The look on Flash's face was priceless, a mixture between shock, confusion and fear. Peter and Ned couldn't hold back their laughter as he slowly walked back to his friends who had been watching the whole altercation. When MJ turned around smiling sweetly the laughter just became worse.
"You guys are losers," she stated as she sat down and pulled out her sketchbook, quickly capturing the look that had held Flash's face moments earlier.
"Dude, even I was getting nervous," Peter laughed. Ned nodded in agreement as they sat in their desks.
"You should be," MJ glanced at him with a straight face. "I know all your secrets."
As much as it sounded like a threat Peter knew MJ didn't mean much by it. Hopefully.
Mr. Harrington walked in as the bell rang. He seemed more excited than Peter's ever seen him. This trip must really be interesting if even the teacher is excited.
"Settle down now class, I have to do attendance and then we can get on the bus!" Mr. Harrington said, quieting the teenagers. Getting through attendance in record time, they were all on the bus ready to find out where exactly they were going. Mr. Harrington had decided that they could figure it out when they got there. This left the class excitedly chatting in frustration. Peter and Ned included.
"Oi, Parker! You're going to love this field trip," Flash shouted, "I can't wait to see your face when we get there!"
As Peter ignored Flash's taunts, discussing favourite superheroes with Ned, he soon realized that the roads they were taking looked awfully familiar.
"Oh, please tell me we aren't going where I think we're going," Peter pleaded to any gods that could possibly be listening. You never know, Loki might be hiding in his backpack again. "Anywhere but there. I'd rather go to a Febreez factory than there. Please."
Ned looked at him quizzically along with MJ, "What's the matter?"
The bus turned into a large parking lot that surrounded a very large tower. As gasps erupted in the bus Ned and MJ turned there heads to look out the window. Peter resorted to slouching as far into his seat as he could.
"Oh," Ned said, finally realizing why Peter had been so upset.
"Peter, your in for it now," MJ said reassuringly. "This is truly an amazing day."
"Your not helping," Peter said bitterly as they began getting off the bus.
"Oh, I know."The three were the last off the bus.
No one was prepared for what would happen during this dreadful trip to Peter's home. Not even Peter himself could've predicted how it would end.
